1Formation and evolution of layered structure in dissimilar welded joints between ferritic-martensitic steel and 316L stainless steel with fillers显示文摘Dissimilar high-energy beam(HEB)welding is necessary in many industrial applications.Different composition of heat-affected zone(HAZ)and weld metal(WM)lead to variation in mechanical properties within the dissimilar joint,which determines the performance of the welded structure.In the present study,appropriate filler material was used during electron beam welding(EBW)to obtain a reliable dissimilar joint between reduced-activation ferritic-martensitic(RAFM)steel and 316L austenitic stainless steel.It was observed that the layered structure occurred in the weld metal with 310S filler(310S-WM),which had the inferior resistance to thermal disturbance,leading to severe hardening of 310S-WM after one-step tempering treatment.To further ameliorate the joint inhomogeneity,two-step heat treatment processes were imposed to the joints and optimized.δ-ferrite in the layered structure transformed intoγ-phase in the first-step normalizing and remained stable during cooling.In the second-step of tempering,tempered martensite was obtained in the HAZ of the RAFM steel,while the microstructure of 310S-WM was not affected.Thus,the optimized properties for HAZ and 310S-WM in dissimilar welded joint was both obtained by a two-step heat treatment.The creep failure position of two dissimilar joints both occurred in CLAM-BM.Guoliang Liu Shanwu Yang Jianwen Ding Wentuo Han Lujun Zhou Mengqi Zhang Shanshan Zhou RDKMisra Farong Wan Chengjia Shang 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11:4

3Operation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Listed Companies of Swine Industry:Empirical Analysis Based on Data of 16 Listed Companies in 2010-2014显示文摘Listed companies of the swine industry,as an important form of agricultural industrialized operation,are typical representatives of large-scale production and the level of their operation efficiency exerts a direct influence on the healthy development of the swine industry.Using the DEA-based Malmquist method,this paper made a static and dynamic evaluation of the operation efficiency of 16 listed companies in China's swine industry in 2010-2014. It obtained following results:( i) The overall efficiency of listed companies of China's swine industry remained at high level and the development trend was excellent.( ii) Different types of enterprises had difference in the overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. In general,pig feed processing companies had the best performance,followed by slaughtering and deep processing companies,and swine breeding companies were the worst.( iii) The total factor productivity characterized by the Malmquist index declined year by year in 2010-2013 and was improved in 2014,mainly due to technological progress.( iv) The total asset turnover ratio,equity concentration,and R & D management level had a significantly positive impact on the operation efficiency of listed companies in the swine industry,while the human capital had a significantly negative impact.Mengqi YOU Zhenhong QI Ai’e WANG Xinrui LI Weihong HUANG Wenbin WAN 2017Asian Agricultural Research2017,9,3:2
4A hygro-thermo-mechanical constitutive model for shape memory polymers filled with nano-carbon powder显示文摘The nano-carbon powders are often used as fillers to endow the shape memory polymers(SMPs)with electroconductivity.It has been found that the shape memory effects(SMEs)of SMPs filled with nano-carbon powder can be triggered both by temperature and by water.To reveal the driving mechanism of SMEs,a constitutive model for describing the thermally activated and moisture activated SMEs of these shape memory polymer composite(SMPCs)is developed here.Because both of the SMEs share the same driving mechanism,the variable moisture is incorporated into the framework of a thermo-mechanical modeling approach to disclose the effect of moisture on the thermoviscoelastic properties.The SMPCs are regarded as isotropic materials and the effect of carbon powder on the mechanical properties of the matrix is also considered in the paper.Because the complete recovery may not be reached even they are exposed to the stimulus environment long enough,the blocking mechanism is also considered here.This is the mainly new contribution compared to the early work.Using the method of parameter determination presented here,the effectiveness of the proposed hygro-thermo-mechanical constitutive model is confirmed by comparing the model results with the test data of uniaxial deformation from the literature.Jianping Gu Xiaopeng Zhang Hao Duan Mengqi Wan Huiyu Sun 2021International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2021,12,3:1
5A dual-signal sensor for the analysis of parathion-methyl using silver nanoparticles modified with graphitic carbon nitride显示文摘A highly sensitive and selective method was developed for both UVevis spectrophotometric and fluorimetric determination of organophosphorus pesticides(OPs). This method used silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) modified with graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_3N_4). The AgNPs reduced the fluorescence intensity of g-C_3N_4. Acetylthiocholine(ATCh) could be catalytically hydrolyzed by acetylcholinesterase(AChE) to form thiocholine, which induces aggregation of the AgNPs. This aggregation led to the recovery of the blue fluorescence of g-C_3N_4, with excitation/emission peaks at 310/460 nm. This fluorescence intensity could be reduced again in the presence of OPs because of the inhibitory effect of OPs on the activity of AChE. The degree of reduction was found to be proportional to the concentration of OPs, and the limit of fluorometric detection was 0.0324 mg/L(S/N=3). In addition, the absorption of the g-C_3N_4/AgNPs at 390 nm decreased because of the aggregation of the AgNPs, but was recovered in presence of OPs because of the inhibition of enzyme activity by OPs. 6Reversible light-driven magnetic switching of salen cobalt complex显示文摘Spin-crossover(SCO)metal complexes are expected to be widely used in data storage materials,display devices and sensors.Although a lot of spin-crossover photoswitches have been developed,the reversible photomodulation cases that work at room temperature are limited.Herein,a novel cobalt complex o-1-Co(II)wherein the salen unit bridges with bis-diarylethene has been designed as switch to construct'off-on'logic operation at room temperature.The complex o-1-Co(II)displays an abrupt,reversible and hysteretic spin crossover(T1/2↓=166 K,T1/2↑=177 K,andΔT1/2=11 K)between the high-spin(HS)and low-spin(LS)states.Meanwhile,photocyclization of o-1-Co(II)with UV light produces a photoresponsive closed form c-1-Co(II),which always stays at low-spin without SCO at all.Moreover,the magnetic switching of the complex can also be achieved with redox reactions between Co(II)and Co(III).Song Wan Mengqi Li Zhipeng Zhang Hancheng Xi Hong Yang Qianfu Luo Wei-Hong Zhu 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,9:0
