| 1 | Relating Cd2+binding by humic acids to molecular weight:A modeling and spectroscopic study显示文摘Molecular weight(Mw) is a fundamental property of humic acids(HAs), which considerably affect the mobility and speciation of heavy metals in the environment. In this study, soil humic acid(HA) extracted from Jinyun Mountain, Chongqing was ultra-filtered into four fractions according to the molecular weight, and their properties were characterized.Complexation of cadmium was investigated by titration experiments. For the first time,Langmuir and non-ideal competitive adsorption-Donna(NICA-Donnan) models combined with fluorescence excitation-emission matrix(EEM) quenching were employed to elucidate the binding characteristics of individual Mw fractions of HA. The results showed that the concentration of acidic functional groups decreased with increasing Mw, especially the phenolic groups. The humification degree and aliphaticity increased with increasing Mw as indicated by elemental composition analysis and FT-IR spectra. The binding capacity of Cd^(2+) to Mw fractions of HA followed the order UF1(< 5 kDa) > UF2(5–10 kDa) > UF4(> 30 kDa) > UF3(10–30 kDa). Moreover, the distribution of cadmium speciation indicated that the phenolic groups were responsible for the variations in binding of Cd^(2+) among different Mw fractions. The results of fluorescence quenching illustrated that the binding capacity of Cd^(2+) to Mw fractions was controlled by the content of functional groups, while the binding affinity was largely influenced by structural factors. | 2 | Recognition of walking environments and gait period by surface electromyography显示文摘Recognizing and predicting the movement and intention of the wearer in control of an exoskeleton robot is very challenging. It is difficult for exoskeleton robots, which measure and drive human movements, to interact with humans. Therefore, many different types of sensors are needed. When using various sensors, a data design is needed for effective sensing. An electromyographic(EMG) signal can be used to identify intended motion before the actual movement, and the delay time can be shortened via control of the exoskeleton robot. Before using a lower limb exoskeleton to help in walking, the aim of this work is to distinguish the walking environment and gait period using various sensors, including the surface electromyography(sE MG) sensor. For this purpose, a gait experiment was performed on four subjects using the ground reaction force, human–robot interaction force, and position sensors with sEMG sensors. The purpose of this paper is to show progress with the use of sEMG when recognizing walking environments and the gait period with other sensors. For effective data design, we used a combination of sensor types, sEMG sensor locations, and sEMG features. The results obtained using an individual mechanical sensor together with sEMG showed improvement compared to the case of using an individual sensor, and the combination of sEMG and position information showed the best performance in the same number of combinations of three sensors. When four sensor combinations were used, the environment classification accuracy was 96.1%, and the gait period classification accuracy was 97.8%. Vastus medialis(VM) and gastrocnemius(GAS) were the most effective combinations of two muscle types among the five sEMG sensor locations on the legs, and the results were 74.4% in pre-heel contact(preHC) and 71.7% in pre-toe-off(preTO) for environment classification, and 68.0% for gait period classification, when using only the sE MG sensor. The two effective sE MG feature combinations were 'mean absolute value(MAV), zero crossings(ZC)' and 'MAV, waveform length(WL)', and the 'MAV, ZC' results were 80.0%, 77.1%, and 75.5%. | 5 | The First Discovery of the Earliest Devonian Conodont Zonal Fossil from the 'Gavuu Member' in Mushgai Area of South Gobi,Mongolia显示文摘Conodont Caudicriodus woschimidti woschmidti has been found from a big outcrop (hill) of the Bayan-Kho-shuu Ruins Section which was previously assigned to the Silurian Gavuu Member of the Mandalovoo Formation. This is first time to find the lowermost Devonian conodont zonal fossil in Mongolia. The lower part of the Gavuu Member is Sil-urian. But the strata from where we collected samples M-9~M-12 definitely belong to Lower Devonian (lower Lochko-vian) rather than Lower Silurian. | 7 | 蒙古古生代地层研究的新进展显示文摘蒙古国古生代地层的研究以往主要侧重底栖大化石的研究,很多地层的时代划分、归属问题不能得到很好的解决,底栖化石的地方性很强,不能与国际直接对比。牙形刺是古生代地层的主导化石,很多古生代地层问题都可以用牙形刺解决并进行可靠的洲际间对比。2001年笔者在蒙古南戈壁采集了158个样品,经分析发现了大量牙形刺标本,解决了很多蒙古的重大地层问题。Arynshand组应当归入下石炭统,泥盆-石炭系界线在Arynshand组之下,而不是在此组的内部。Mushgai地区Bayan-KhoshuuRuins剖面的Mandalovoo组Gavuu段的上部应属早泥盆世早期,而不是以前所确定的早志留世,称为奥咯诺伍德组(OlonovootFormation);Gavuu段的下部仍归早志留世。Mandalovoo组应提升为Mandalovoo群;Gavuu段应提升为Gavuu组。南戈壁ShineJinst地区Tsakhir剖面Tsagaanbulag组的时代是早泥盆世洛霍考夫期,而不是中晚志留世,Ulaan-Shand剖面Tsagaanbulag组的时代也是早泥盆世洛霍考夫期。Chuluun组的时代为早泥盆世晚埃姆斯期。Tsagaankhaalga组的时代为早艾菲尔期。Indert组为早石炭世。蒙古古生代海相地层大部分是浅水相地层,并可能存在5个间断:志留系的文洛克统和罗德洛统的下部,下泥盆统布拉格阶的一部分,中泥盆统艾菲尔阶上部,泥盆石炭系界线地层。蒙古国南部和中部很可能缺失上二叠统的海相沉积。 | 王成源 Weddige Karsten Minjin Chuluun | 2006 | 吉林大学学报(地球科学版)2006,36,5: | 2 |
| 8 | HPLC and GC methods development for the analysis of key intermediate for synthesis of dicamba显示文摘The microreactor based hydroxylation process of 1,2,4-trichlorobezene for producing 2,5-dichlorphenol,the key intermediate of dicamba,is energy efficient and cost effective.But the 2,5-dicholorphneol is present in a mixed state after production.The reaction mixture contained the main by-product 2,4-dichlorophneol,low-content by-product 3,4-dichlorophneol,and other impurities.The difficulty in separation and analysis limits the application of this process widely.The current work aimed at establishing effective analysis methods by gas chromatography(GC)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The GC method was not able to separate 2,5-dichlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol completely,but the developed HPLC method worked efficiently.The linear correlation coefficients of 2,5-dichlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol were both higher than 0.999,and the average recovery was 100.33% for 2,5-dichlorophenol and 100.13% for 2,4-dichlorophenol,respectively.The relative standard deviations from precision tests were both less than 1%.The contents of 2,5-dichlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol were determined with external standard method.The HPLC method has the advantages of simple operation,good separation efficiency,high accuracy and precision,and was successfully applied for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2,5-dichlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol of the sample solution. | Zhenming Zhang He Zhao Xiaohui Wang Weiming Ni Fengsheng Gao Jianrong Wang Minjin Liu Yongli Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5: | 2 |
| 9 | Band tillage with fertilizer application for unpuddled transplanting rice in northeast of China显示文摘Many technological innovations have been developed in agriculture for rice cultivation.Farmers still rely on intensive soil tillage,broadcasting fertilizer,excess irrigation water and labor for rice production.Rice cultivation under unpuddled condition in band-tillage(BT)is a new alternative rice cultivation system in the regions where rainfall,fresh water resources,fertilizers and labors are limited.Therefore,the concept of inter-row BT(T-shaped)with row fertilizer application in soils for unpuddled transplanted rice cultivation(T1)was carried out at Fangzheng,Harbin in the northeast of China.The improved system(T1)was compared with traditional practices(T2)in randomized complete block design with three replications.T2 was done with removal of crop residue,full tillage,broadcasting fertilizer and puddled soils by using the conventional machine.Test results showed that all parameters were satisfied and met the requirements of agronomic performances.The variations of fertilizing stability and evenness were 1.84%and 1.72%,respectively.Soil cone penetration resistance was less in T1 than T2 after tillage.Irrigation water was saved by 26.3%in treatment T1 as compared with T2 for wet land preparation,and wet soil resistance depth had no significant difference.Planting depth was significantly different between the treatments which was affected by intensive tillage and puddling in T2 as compared with T1.Soil temperature was nearly similar,but comparatively 0.23°C(on average)higher than traditional system throughout the crop growing season.Crop growth rate and grain yield increased by 8.5%and 5.3%,respectively in band till with fertilizer placed compared to conventional practices of puddled transplanting.The unit production cost(¥/kg of grain yield)was found lower by 12.3%in treatment T1 than T2.The output-input ratio was marginally greater in treatment T1;1.51)as compared to T2;1.32).Short-term findings suggest that inter-row BT system with row fertilizer application could be used in unpuddled rice farming system instead of traditional puddled rice cultivation. | Khokan Kumer Sarker Xu Chunlin Wang Xiaoyan Li Minjin Li Lianhao Liu Guiming | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4: | 2 |
