| 1 | Efferent limb of gastrojejunostomy obstruction by a whole okra phytobezoar:Case report and brief review显示文摘A phytobezoar is one of the intraluminal causes of gastric outlet obstruction,especially in patients with previous gastric surgery and/or gastric motility disorders.Before the proton pump inhibitor era,vagotomy,pyloroplasty,gastrectomy and gastrojejunostomy were commonly performed procedures in peptic ulcer patients.One of the sequelae of gastrojejunostomy is phytobezoar formation.However,a bezoar causing gastric outlet obstruction is rare even with giant gastric bezoars.We report a rare case of gastric outlet obstruction due to a phytobezoar obstructing the efferent limb of the gastrojejunostomy site.This phytobezoar which consisted of a whole piece of okra(lady finger vegetable) was successfully removed by endoscopic snare.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first case of okra bezoar-related gastrojejunostomy efferent limb obstruction reported in the literature. | Thant Zin Myat Maw Dinker Ramananda Pai Rosaini Binti Paijan Myo Kyi | 2012 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2012,4,5: | 1 |
| 2 | Activity-density and spatial distribution of termites on a fine-scale in a tropical rainforest in Xishuangbanna,southwest China显示文摘The community composition and activity-density of termites can influence nutrient cycling and other ecological functions.However,the spatial distribution and the activity-density of termites on a fine-scale in tropical forests are still unknown.We checked the spatial distribution patterns of the feeding groups and species of termites and their co-occurrence pattern in a 1-ha(100 m×100 m)plot,and their correlatiion with the environmental factors.We used a standard protocol to collect termite assemblages and classified them into five feeding groups based on their preferrred diet:fungus growers,litter feeders,soil feeders,soil-wood feeders,and wood feeders.We measured the environmental factors:soil pH,litter mass,aboveground plant biomass,and topographic position index(TPI).Soil-wood feeders showed the highest activity-density,followed by wood feeders,fungus growers,soil feeders,and litter feeders.Soil-wood feeders and fungus growers demonstated a strong correlation while litter feeders showed weak correlations with other feeding groups.Termite feeding groups and most of the termite species displayed a positive association with the high TPI and the low soil pH patches.Our results indicated that the examined environmental factors influenced the termite community assemblages and distribution patterns on a fine-scale in tropical rainforests. | Myo Thant Xiaobing Lin Anjana JAtapattu Min Cao Shang-wen Xia Shengjie Liu Xiaodong Yang | 2023 | Soil Ecology Letters2023,5,1: | 0 |
| 3 | 利用GPS数据研究中缅边界地区现今地壳形变特征显示文摘中缅边界地区位于缅甸弧东缘—青藏高原东南缘—巽他板块的衔接地带,地质构造复杂,区内多条活动断裂横跨中缅两国.为了研究中缅边界地区现今地壳形变特征,本文收集处理1998至2020年中国和缅甸的GPS数据,获得了中缅边界地区高空间分辨率的GPS速度场,并采用多尺度球面小波方法计算了多尺度应变率场.结果表明:(1)印度板块向缅甸块体东侧强烈挤压俯冲作用导致位于缅甸弧的GPS测站以约30 mm/a的速度沿NNE向随着印度板块向青藏高原推挤,缅甸弧地区剪切应变积累明显,主压应变率在弧外侧表现为垂直构造走向的近东西向挤压,在弧内侧与伊洛瓦底江盆地表现为平行构造的近南北向挤压.实皆断裂处于主应变率与剪应变率的高值区,存在分段活动性:北段两侧的速度呈现明显的差异,剪切应变积累显著,呈现右旋剪切运动和缩短;中段以约20 mm/a的速度向NNW向运动,具有右旋走滑兼拉张特征.(2)川滇块体围绕东喜马拉雅构造结顺时针旋转,GPS速度方向从构造结北侧的近东西向运动偏转到川滇菱形块体为向南或东南运动,并在滇西南地区呈弥散型分布,速率向东南逐渐减小.其中,小江断裂带总体为左旋走滑.红河断裂中段具有较低的走滑速率,而北段和南段具有较高的剪切速率.大盈江断裂呈现出东西向拉张的特点,表现出明显的左旋走滑特征.龙陵—瑞丽断裂呈右旋走滑兼拉张特征.南汀河断裂、孟连断裂、景洪—打洛断裂等均处于低剪切状态,以左旋走滑为主.西北—东南走向的澜沧断裂、无量山断裂则表现出右旋走滑特征,北西走向的龙陵—澜沧断裂带表现为右旋走滑为主兼具拉张性质.(3)实皆断裂、畹町断裂、南汀河断裂、无量山断裂中部等地区应变积累较快,其地震危险性值得关注.本研究对于认识中缅边界地区的构造动力学特征,评估该区的地震灾害具有科学意义和现实需求. | 邹芳 孟国杰 吴伟伟 Myo Thant 赵倩 赵国强 | 2023 | 地球与行星物理论评(中英文)2023,54,6: | 0 |
| 4 | 滇西南地区深浅部构造变形特征显示文摘滇西南地区是地震多发区,研究该区的岩石圈深浅部变形特征是认识其孕震环境和地震成因的重要途径.基于自主观测和收集的GNSS观测资料,通过融合给出滇西南地区最新的GNSS速度场.采用多尺度球面小波方法计算应变率张量,分析主应变率、面应变率和最大剪应变率的空间分布特征.结果表明,滇西南地区表现出近NNE—SSW向的挤压和NNW—SSE向的拉张.近EW向断层表现为左旋走滑,近NS向断层表现为右旋走滑,黑河断裂和无量山断裂之间的区域具有明显的面压缩与面膨胀转换,畹町断裂、龙陵-瑞丽断裂东部、南汀河断裂东部、黑河断裂、澜沧断裂和小江断裂跨过红河断裂延伸到孟连、孟兴断裂区域具有较高的剪应变率,最高达到50 nstrain/a.利用1976-2020年的震源机制解,采用区域阻尼应力反演方法反演应力张量,并解算反映主应力相对大小的R值分布,反演结果表明,滇西南地区受到NNE—SSW向的主压应力作用,整体上处于走滑应力状态,而大盈江断裂东部腾冲火山附近的南北向断层存在正断兼斜滑的特点.滇西南地区的主应力大小在空间上具有明显的差异性,南汀河断裂以南是主应力最大的区域,其走滑特征也更加明显.此外,还收集了滇西南地震波各向异性数据,分别对比主应力方向和主应变率方向的夹角、主应力方向和Pms快波偏振方向的夹角、主应力方向和XKS快波偏振方向的夹角、Pms快波方向和XKS快波偏振方向的夹角,得到地表和中上地壳、中上地壳和下地壳、下地壳和上地幔构造变形的差异性,发现滇西南地区下地壳和上地幔变形机制不相同,解耦并不全部位于下地壳和上地幔之间.在龙陵-瑞丽断裂、南汀河断裂、孟连断裂附近下地壳和中上地壳之间存在变形差异,下地壳与上地幔变形一致,表明该区域下地壳与中上地壳发生解耦,滇西南部分区域可能存在上地幔涌入下地壳的热物质流动通道,存在局部的下地壳流. | 杨业鑫 孟国杰 吴伟伟 罗艳 Thant Myo | 2023 | 地震2023,43,1: | 0 |
