1Nondestructive determination of nutritional information in oilseed rape leaves using visible/near infrared spectroscopy and multivariate calibrations显示文摘Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content are the three most important nutritional parameters for growing oilseed rape. We investigated visible and near infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy combined with chemometrics for the fast and nondestructive determination of nutritional information in oilseed rape leaves. A total of 154 leaf samples were collected, with 104 randomly selected as the calibration set, and the remaining 50 samples used as the validation set. The performance of eight different preprocessing methods was compared in partial least squares (PLS) models. Some effective wavelengths selected by a successive projections algorithm (SPA) were also used to develop linear SPA-PLS, nonlinear back propagation neural network (BPNN), and nonlinear least squares-support vector machine (LS-SVM) models to determine nutritional information. The best prediction models were DOSC-PLS for nitrogen with r=0.9743 and RMSEP=0.1459, DOSC-SPA-BPNN for phosphorus with r=0.7054 and RMSEP=0.0594, and DOSC-SPA-BPNN for potassium with r=0.9380 and RMSEP=0.1788. The prediction precision for nitrogen and potassium determinations was acceptable for further practical applications, whereas further studies are needed to improve the prediction precision for phosphorus. The results indicated that Vis/NIR spectroscopy is feasible for nondestructive determination of nutritional information in oilseed rape leaves. 3Research Data Management Implementation at Peking University Library:Foster and Promote Open Science and Open Data显示文摘Research Data Management(RDM)has become increasingly important for more and more academic institutions.Using the Peking University Open Research Data Repository(PKU-ORDR)project as an example,this paper will review a library-based university-wide open research data repository project and related RDM services implementation process including project kickoff,needs assessment,partnerships establishment,software investigation and selection,software customization,as well as data curation services and training.Through the review,some issues revealed during the stages of the implementation process are also discussed and addressed in the paper such as awareness of research data,demands from data providers and users,data policies and requirements from home institution,requirements from funding agencies and publishers,the collaboration between administrative units and libraries,and concerns from data providers and users.The significance of the study is that the paper shows an example of creating an Open Data repository and RDM services for other Chinese academic libraries planning to implement their RDM services for their home institutions.The authors of the paper have also observed since the PKU-ORDR and RDM services implemented in 2015,the Peking University Library(PKUL)has helped numerous researchers to support the entire research life cycle and enhanced Open Science(OS)practices on campus,as well as impacted the national OS movement in China through various national events and activities hosted by the PKUL.Hua Nie Pengcheng Luo Ping Fu 2021Data Intelligence2021,3,1:5

13Haploidentical transplantation has a superior graft-versus-leukemia effect than HLA-matched sibling transplantation for Ph- high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘Background: Compared with human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-matched sibling donor (MSD) transplantation, it remains unclear whether haploidentical donor (HID) transplantation has a superior graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) effect for Philadelphia-negative (Ph-) high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). This study aimed to compare the GVL effect between HID and MSD transplantation for Ph- high-risk B-ALL.Methods: This study population came from two prospective multicenter trials (NCT01883180, NCT02673008). Immunosuppressant withdrawal and prophylactic or pre-emptive donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) were administered in patients without active graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) to prevent relapse. All patients with measurable residual disease (MRD) positivity posttransplantation (post-MRD+) or non-remission (NR) pre-transplantation received prophylactic/pre-emptive interventions. The primary endpoint was the incidence of post-MRD+.Results: A total of 335 patients with Ph- high-risk B-ALL were enrolled, including 145 and 190, respectively, in the HID and MSD groups. The 3-year cumulative incidence of post-MRD+ was 27.2% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 20.2%-34.7%) and 42.6% (35.5%-49.6%) in the HID and MSD groups(P = 0.003), respectively. A total of 156 patients received DLI, including 60 (41.4%) and 96 (50.5%), respectively, in the HID and MSD groups (P= 0.096). The 3-year cumulative incidence of relapse was 18.6% (95% CI: 12.7%-25.4%) and 25.9% (19.9%-32.3%;P = 0.116) in the two groups, respectively. The 3-year overall survival (OS) was 67.4% (95% CI: 59.1%-74.4%) and 61.6% (54.2%-68.1%;P = 0.382), leukemia-free survival (LFS) was 63.4% (95% CI: 55.0%-70.7%) and 58.2% (50.8%-64.9%;P= 0.429), and GVHD-free/relapse-free survival (GRFS) was 51.7% (95% CI: 43.3%-59.5%) and 37.8% (30.9%-44.6%;P= 0.041), respectively, in the HID and MSD groups.Conclusion: HID transplantation has a lower incidence of post-MRD+ than MSD transplantation, suggesting that HID transplantation might have a superior GVL effect than MSD transplantation for Ph- high-risk B-ALL patients.Trial registration: ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT01883180, NCT02673008.Fan Menglin Wang Yu Lin Ren Lin Tong Huang Fen Fan Zhiping Xu Yajing Yang Ting Xu Na Shi Pengcheng Nie Danian Lin Dongjun Jiang Zujun Wang Shunqing Sun Jing Huang Xiaojun Liu Qifa Xuan Li 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,8:0
