| 1 | 联合多种CT征象鉴别肺部病变良恶性的临床价值显示文摘目的拟定一种联合多种CT征象对肺部病变良恶性进行初步判断的标准,并与病理结果进行对照研究,评价其临床应用价值。方法纳入2010年3~4月入住我科胸部CT检查有异常征象者,根据患者影像学改变,按制定的判断标准进行初步判定,并行纤支镜等检查,将判断的结果与病理结果进行对比分析。结果本组共纳入患者105例,其中病理明确诊断85例,以本研究制定的标准判断为恶性肿瘤者27例,良性者58例;判断为恶性者的27例中,病理诊断为恶性者22例,良性者5例;判断为良性者的58例中,病理诊断为恶性者3例,良性者55例;判断的准确率为90.59%,灵敏度为88.00%,特异度为91.67%。结论本研究制定的联合多种CT征象标准对于判断肺部病变良恶性有良好的临床应用价值。 | 何威 Subhash Yogi 程德云 Nikunj Yogi 余建群 李学明 李婷 陈代云 苏雪英 | 2013 | 四川大学学报(医学版)2013,44,3: | 2 |

| 15 | Green tea extract as a cryoprotectant additive to preserve the motility and DNA integrity of human spermatozoa显示文摘Cryopreservation impairs sperm quality and functions,including motility and DNA integrity.Antioxidant additives in sperm freezing media have previously brought improvements in postthawed sperm quality.Green tea extract(GTE)is widely considered as an excellent antioxidant,and its beneficial role has been proven in other human cells.This study aims to evaluate the GTE as a potential additive in cryopreservation media of human spermatozoa.In part one,the semen of 20 normozoospermic men was used to optimize the concentration of GTE that maintains sperm motility and DNA integrity against oxidative stress,induced by hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).Spermatozoa were treated with GTE at different concentrations before incubation with H_(2)O_(2).In part two,the semen of 45 patients was cryopreserved with or without 1.0 ng ml^(-1)GTE.After 2 weeks,the semen was thawed,and the effect on sperm motility and DNA fragmentation was observed.Our data showed that GTE significantly protected sperm motility and DNA integrity against oxidative stress induced by H_(2)O_(2)when added at a final concentration of 1.0 ng ml^(-1).We found that the addition of 1.0 ng ml^(-1)GTE to cryopreservation media significantly increased sperm motility and DNA integrity(both P<0.05).More interestingly,patients with high sperm DNA damage benefited similarly from the GTE supplementation.However,there was no significant change in the reactive oxygen species(ROS)level.In conclusion,supplementing sperm freezing media with GTE has a significant protective effect on human sperm motility and DNA integrity,which may be of clinical interest. | Odai AM Alqawasmeh Mingpeng Zhao Carol PS Chan Maran BW Leung Ki C Chow Nikunj Agarwal Jennifer SM Mak Chi C Wang Chi P Pang Tin C Li Wai K Chu David YL Chan | 2021 | Asian Journal of Andrology2021,23,2: | 0 |

| 18 | Emerging therapies for inflammatory bowel disorder显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disorder(IBD)affects over 5.2 million individuals in North America and Europe alone.IBD is a term used to describe a condition of chronic inflammation in the Gastrointestinal tract-primarily the intestines.While the exact etiology is not fully understood,it is generally accepted that the cause of the inflammation may be due to an abnormal immune response to the gut bacteria.IBD is a progressive disease and can cause various gastrointestinal-related complications.This makes it crucial to discover new treatments and to improve the treatments that are already available.The aim of the study is to answer the question,“What are the emerging therapies for IBD”?In this section,the currently available therapies for IBD are discussed,among which some have already been shown to be effective against IBD whereas some are still in various stages of clinical trials.These therapies include drugs that affect janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription pathway,drugs that impact anti-adhesion molecules,drugs that inhibit anti-interleukin,drugs that modulate sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor,drugs that inhibit phosphodiesterase-4,and finally a technique known as fecal microbial transplant.Many treatments are available today,and new ones are constantly emerging.Some therapies like phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitors and fecal microbiota transplantation that may be the optimum treatment are still under clinical trials,and more research is required for them to be safe,viable,and beneficial options,whereas others are available for usage by the patient but have adverse complications and side effects such as anti-tumor necrosis factor-αor janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription inhibitors. | Mohammad Waqas Aafreen Ali Nyaz Nikunj Agarwal | 2022 | Gastroenterology & Hepatology Research2022,4,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Time-resolved spectral analysis of prompt emission from long gamma-ray bursts with GeV emission显示文摘We performed detailed time-resolved spectroscopy of bright long gammaray bursts(GRBs)which show significant GeV emissions(GRB 080916C,GRB090902B and GRB 090926A).In addition to the standard Band model,we also use a model consisting of a black body and a power law to fit the spectra.We find that for the latter model there are indications of an additional soft component in the spectra.While previous studies have shown that such models are required for GRB 090902B,here we find that a composite spectral model consisting of two blackbodies and a power law adequately fits the data of all the three bright GRBs.We investigate the evolution of the spectral parameters and find several interesting features that appear in all three GRBs,like(a)temperatures of the blackbodies are strongly correlated with each other,(b)fluxes in the black body components are strongly correlated with each other,(c)the temperatures of the black body trace the profile of the individual pulses of the GRBs,and(d)the characteristics of power law components like the spectral index and the delayed onset bear a close similarity to the emission characteristics in the GeV regions.We discuss the implications of these results and the possibility of identifying the radiation mechanisms during the prompt emission of GRBs. | Arikkala Raghurama Rao Rupal Basak Jishnu Bhattacharya Sarthak Chandra Nikunj Maheshwari Manojendu Choudhury Ranjeev Misra | 2014 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2014,14,1: | 0 |
