1A novel surface molecularly imprinted polymer as the solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the selective determination of ampicillin sodium in milk and blood samples显示文摘Surface molecularly imprinted polymers(SMIPs) for selective adsorption of ampicillin sodium were synthesized using surface molecular imprinting technique with silica gel as a support.The physical and morphological characteristics of the polymers were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),elemental analysis and nitrogen adsorption–desorption test.The obtained results showed that the SMIPs displayed great adsorption capacity(13.5 μg/mg),high recognition ability(the imprinted factor is 3.2) and good binding kinetics for ampicillin sodium.Finally,as solid phase extraction adsorbents,the SMIPs coupled with HPLC method were validated and applied for the enrichment,purification and determination of ampicillin sodium in real milk and blood samples.The averages of spiked accuracy ranged from 92.1% to 107.6%.The relative standard deviations of intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 4.6%.This study provides a new and promising method for enriching,extracting and determining ampicillin sodium in complex biological samples.Ningli Wu Zhimin Luo Yanhui Ge Pengqi Guo Kangli Du Weili Tang Wei Du Aiguo Zeng Chun Chang Qiang Fu 2016Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2016,6,3:6
2Silver nanoparticle labeled immunoresonance scattering spectral assay for trace fibrinogen显示文摘Silver nanoparticles in size of 8.0 nm was prepared by the trisodium citrate and used to label goat anti-human fibrinogen. In the pH 5.8 Na2HPO4-NaH2O4 buffer solution (PBS) and in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and KCl, the immune reaction between silver-labeled goat anti-human fibrinogen and fibrinogen took place and led the resonance scattering intensity at 465 nm (I465) to decreasing. The I465 decreased intensity was linear to the fibrinogen concentration in the range from 0.067 to 1.67 μg/mL, with a detection limit of 0.024 μg/mL. 3Risk factors of major intraoperative bleeding and postoperative bleeding associated with endoscopic submucosal dissection for gastric neoplasms显示文摘Background:Endoscopic resection bleeding(ERB)classification was proposed by the authors’team to evaluate the severity of intraoperative bleeding(IB)during endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).This study aimed to evaluate the application of ERB classification and to analyze the risk factors of major IB(MIB)and postoperative bleeding(PB)associated with ESD for gastric neoplastic lesions.Methods:We retrospectively enrolled a total of 1334 patients who underwent ESD between November 2006 and September 2019 at The First Medical Center of Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital.All patients were divided into the non-MIB group(including ERB-0,ERB-controlled 1[ERB-c1],and ERB-c2)and the MIB group(including ERB-c3 and ERB-uncontrolled[ERB-unc])according to the ERB classification.Risk factors of major MIB and risk factors of PB were analyzed using a logistic regression model.Results:Among the 1334 patients,773(57.95%)had ERB-0,477(35.76%)had ERB-c1,77(5.77%)had ERB-c2,7(0.52%)had ERB-c3,and no patients had ERB-unc.The rate of PB in patients with IB classifications of ERB-0,ERB-c1,ERB-c2,and ERB-c3 were 2.20%(17/773),3.35%(16/477),9.09%(7/77),and 2/7,respectively.In multivariate analysis,proximal location(odds ratio[OR]:1.488;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.045-3.645;P=0.047)was the only significant risk factor of MIB.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)(OR:7.844;95%CI:1.637-37.583;P=0.010)and MIB(ERB-c3)(OR:13.932;95%CI:2.585-74.794;P=0.002)were independent risk factors of PB.Conclusions:Proximal location of lesions was a significant risk factor of MIB.Additionally,CKD and MIB(ERB-c3)were independent risk factors of PB.More attention should be paid to these high-risk patients for MIB and PB.Shanshan Xu Ningli Chai Xiaowei Tang Enqiang Linghu Shasha Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:0
4Cost-Utility Analysis of Screening for Diabetic Retinopathy in China显示文摘Background.Diabetic retinopathy(DR)has been primarily indicated to cause vision impairment and blindness,while no studies have focused on the cost-utility of telemedicine-based and community screening programs for DR in China,especially in rural and urban areas,respectively.Methods.We developed a Markov model to calculate the cost-utility of screening programs for DR in DM patients in rural and urban settings from the societal perspective.The incremental cost-utility ratio(ICUR)was calculated for the assessment.Results.In the rural setting,the community screening program obtained 1 QALY with a cost of$4179(95%CI 3859 to 5343),and the telemedicine screening program had an ICUR of$2323(95%CI 1023 to 3903)compared with no screening,both of which satisfied the criterion of a significantly cost-effective health intervention.Likewise,community screening programs in urban areas generated an ICUR of$3812(95%CI 2906 to 4167)per QALY gained,with telemedicine screening at an ICUR of$2437(95%CI 1242 to 3520)compared with no screening,and both were also cost-effective.By further comparison,compared to community screening programs,telemedicine screening yielded an ICUR of 1212(95%CI 896 to 1590)per incremental QALY gained in rural setting and 1141(95%CI 859 to 1403)in urban setting,which both meet the criterion for a significantly cost-effective health intervention.Conclusions.Both telemedicine and community screening for DR in rural and urban settings were cost-effective in China,and telemedicine screening programs were more cost-effective.Yue Zhang Weiling Bai Ruyue Li Yifan Du Runzhou Sun Tao Li Hong Kang Ziwei Yang Jianjun Tang Ningli Wang Hanruo Liu 2022Health Data Science2022,,1:0
5Fabrication of CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2) photocatalyst with intrinsic p-n junction for highly efficient bisphenol A degradation显示文摘The construction and application of novel highly efficient photocatalysts have been the focus in the field of environmental pollutant removal.In this work,a novel CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)photocatalysts were synthesized by simple hydrothermal and chemical precipitation method.The fabricated CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)composite exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than pristine CuFe_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)in the removal of bisphenol A(BPA)under visible-light illumination,which ascribed to the intrinsic p-n junction of CuFe_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2).The photocatalytic degradation rate of BPA on CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)with an optimized CuFe_(2)O_(4)content(1.0 wt.%)reached 93.0%within 30 min.The capture experiments of active species confirmed that the hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))played crucial roles in photocatalytic BPA degradation process.Furthermore,the possible degradation mechanism and pathways of BPA was proposed according to the detected intermediates in photocatalytic reaction process.Yong Wang Cheng Liu Haoyun Hu Qiujun Lu Haiyan Wang Chenxi Zhao Fuyou Du Ningli Tang 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,2:0
6Long-term outcomes of peroral endoscopic myotomy with simultaneous submucosal and muscle dissection (POEM-SSMD) for achalasia with severe interlayer adhesions显示文摘Many previous studies have confirmed the effectiveness and safety of peroral endoscopic myotomy(POEM)to treat achalasia.However,severe interlayer adhesions preclude the establishment of a submucosal tunnel and then result in aborted POEM procedures.To address this challenge,we introduced POEM with simultaneous submucosal and muscle dissection(POEM-SSMD)in 2014.[1]During the short-term follow-up,the symptoms of the patient were significantly improved.Thus,for patients with esophageal interlayer adhesions,the relative indications of POEM may be extended.Nevertheless,only a few case reports using this technique with a shorter follow-up have been published to date.Hence,the present study aimed to further report the long-term outcomes of POEM-SSMD for achalasia with severe interlayer adhesions in a relatively larger population.Jiancong Feng Ningli Chai Wengang Zhang Longsong Li Xiaowei Tang Jiale Zou Lu Ye Enqiang Linghu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6:0
