1Numerical simulation of microstructure evolution during directional solidification process in directional solidified (DS) turbine blades显示文摘Directional solidified(DS) turbine blades are widely used in advanced gas turbine engine. The size and orientation of columnar grains have great influence on the high temperature property and performance of the turbine blade. Numerical simulation of the directional solidification process is an effective way to investigate the grain's growth and morphology,and hence to optimize the process. In this paper,a mathematical model was presented to study the directional solidified microstructures at different withdrawal rates. Ray-tracing method was applied to calculate the temperature variation of the blade. By using a Modified Cellular Automation(MCA) method and a simple linear interpolation method,the mushy zone and the microstructure evolution were studied in detail. Experimental validations were carried out at different withdrawal rates. The calculated cooling curves and microstructure agreed well with those experimental. It is indicated that the withdrawal rate affects the temperature distribution and growth rate of the grain directly,which determines the final size and morphology of the columnar grain. 2Progress on modeling and simulation of directional solidification of superalloy turbine blade casting显示文摘Directional solidified turbine blades of Ni-based superalloy are widely used as key parts of the gas turbine engines.The mechanical properties of the blade are greatly influenced by the final microstructure and the grain orientation determined directly by the grain selector geometry of the casting.In this paper,mathematical models were proposed for three dimensional simulation of the grain growth and microstructure evolution in directional solidification of turbine blade casting.Ray-tracing method was applied to calculate the temperature variation of the blade.Based on the thermo model of heat transfer,the competitive grain growth within the starter block and the spiral of the grain selector,the grain growth in the blade and the microstructure evolution were simulated via a modified Cellular Automaton method.Validation experiments were carried out,and the measured results were compared quantitatively with the predicted results.The simulated cooling curves and microstructures corresponded well with the experimental results.The proposed models could be used to predict the grain morphology and the competitive grain evolution during directional solidification.Xu Qingyan Liu Baicheng Pan Dong Yu Jing 2012China Foundry2012,9,1:6
3Three-dimensional microstructure simulation of Ni-based superalloy investment castings显示文摘An integrated macro and micro multi-scale model for the three-dimensional microstructure simulation of Ni-based superalloy investment castings was developed, and applied to industrial castings to investigate grain evolution during solidification. A ray tracing method was used to deal with the complex heat radiation transfer. The microstructure evolution was simulated based on the Modified Cellular Automaton method, which was coupled with three-dimensional nested macro and micro grids. Experiments for Ni-based superalloy turbine wheel investment casting were carried out, which showed a good correspondence with the simulated results. 4Spirobifluorene-Based Three-Dimensional Covalent Organic Frameworks with Rigid Topological Channels as Efficient Heterogeneous Catalyst显示文摘Although the past decade has witnessed tremendous progress in the development of covalent organic frameworks(COFs),three-dimensional(3D)COFs fabrications and characterizations are still much less studied compared with two-dimensional(2D)COFs,due to their complicated topology structures caused by interpenetration and limited choices of node-building blocks.In this work,we constructed a novel 3D COF(SP-3D-COF-BPY)successfully using orthogonal dual-planar spirobifluorene and bipyridine as building blocks.Also,we demonstrated the application of 3D COF-supported Pd(II)catalyst in heterogeneous catalysis.A sevenfold interpenetrated dia structure was revealed for SP-3DCOF-BPY by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)in conjunction with structural simulation and Pawley refinement.The bipyridine-linked frameworks bear one-dimensional(1D)unobstructed rigid channels and offer a high density of discrete coordination sites for chelating Pd(II)species.Very high loading of Pd(II)(∼15 wt%)was achieved in the asymmetric(as)-prepared Pd(II)@3D-COF-BYP.The generated highly ordered porous channels and easily accessible catalytic sites,such as COF-supported Pd(II)complex,serves as a highly active and stable microporous heterogeneous catalyst in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions.The observed catalytic efficiency was high and the catalyst could be conveniently reused multiple times without any noticeable decay in catalytic performance.Yamei Liu Chenyu Wu Qingzhu Sun Fan Hu Qingyan Pan Jing Sun Yinghua Jin Zhibo Li Wei Zhang Yingjie Zhao 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,4:1

6Multi-parameters of Thermal Infrared Remote Sensing Anomalies of the Earthquake显示文摘Temporal and spatial anomalies associated with the Yushu earthquake, including the Outgoing Longwave Radiation( OLR), the Land Surface Temperature( LST) and surface temperature from the National Center for Environmental Prediction( NCEP) are studied using thermal infrared remote sensing data in this paper. All results confirmed the previous observations of thermal anomalies in the seismic region prior to this earthquake.Among the multi-parameter anomalies, the underground water temperature anomaly appeared first and lasted for the longest time; OLR anomaly,an infrared parameter which indicates the radiation characteristics of the land surface medium,was the first to be detected; LST anomalies appeared later than OLR. NCEP temperature indicates the average atmosphere temperature with a certain vertical thickness; therefore,it was the last detected anomaly. 8Evidence of aircraft activity impact on local air quality: A study in the context of uncommon airport operation显示文摘Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) was suspended to contain the spread of COVID-19,while Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) saw a tremendousflight reduction.Closure of a major international airport is extremely rare and thus represents a unique opportunity to straightforwardly observe the impact of airport emissions on local air quality.In this study,a series of statistical tools were applied to analyze the variations in air pollutant levels in the vicinity of WUH and SHA.The results of bivariate polar plots show that airport SHA and WUH are a major source of nitrogen oxides.NOx,NO_(2)and NO diminished by 55.8%,44.1%,76.9%,and 40.4%,33.3% and 59.4% during the COVID-19 lockdown compared to those in the same period of 2018 and 2019,under a reduction in aircraft activities by 58.6%and61.4%.The concentration of NO_(2),SO_(2)and PM_(2.5)decreased by 77.3%,8.2%,29.5%,right after the closure of airport WUH on 23 January 2020.The average concentrations of NO,NO_(2)and NOxscatter plots at downwind of SHA after the lockdown were 78.0%,47.9%,57.4%and 62.3%,34.8%,41.8%lower than those during the same period in 2018 and 2019.However,a significant increase in O_(3)levels by 50.0% and 25.9%at WUH and SHA was observed,respectively.These results evidently show decreased nitrogen oxides concentrations in the airport vicinity due to reduced aircraft activities,while amplified O_(3)pollution due to a lower titration by NO under strong reduction in NOxemissions.Hao Xu Kai Xiao Jun Pan Qingyan Fu Xiaodong Wei Junrui Zhou Yamei Yu Xue Hu Huarui Ren Jinping Cheng Shitao Peng Ningning Hong Yin Ye Ning Su Zehui He Tao Hu 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,3:0
9Precursor engineering enables high-performance all-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells with a record efficiency approaching 13%显示文摘All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal stability.However,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains challenging.Here,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium iodide.Remarkably,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light absorption.The resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 mA cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 mA cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.Qingyan Chang Yidan An Huaiman Cao Yuzhen Pan Liangyu Zhao Yulong Chen Yi We Sai-Wing Tsang Hin-Lap Yip Licheng Sun Ze Yu 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3:0

13Direct Synthesis of Crystalline Graphtetrayne-A New Graphyne Allotrope显示文摘We report a bottom-up synthesis of a new graphyne allotrope-graphtetrayne(GTTY),which features four acetylene linkages between the adjacent benzene on the surface of copper under low temperature.The as-prepared GTTY exhibited nanosheet morphology with an average thickness of 4.5 nm.Structural analysis based on high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)/selected area electron diffraction(SAED)characterizations revealed high crystallinity formed with a ninefold stacking structure.The GTTY displayed excellent semiconductor properties bearing a band gap of 1.3 eV and a conductivity of 0.285 S m^(−1)at room temperature.Moreover,by the space-charge-limited current(SCLC)method,the measured hole and electron mobilities of the GTTY films reached up to 1.47×10^(3) cm^(2) V^(−1)S^(−1)and 2.98×10^(3)cm^(2)V^(−1)S^(−1),respectively.Qingyan Pan Siqi Chen Chenyu Wu Feng Shao Jing Sun Lishui Sun Zhaohui Zhang Yixiao Man Zhibo Li Lixia He Yingjie Zhao 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,4:0
14Satellite detection of IR precursors using bi-angular advanced along-track scanning radiometer data:a case study of Yushu earthquake显示文摘The paper has developed and proposed a synthesis analysis method based on the robust satellite data analysis technique(RST) to detect seismic anomalies within the bi-angular advanced along-track scanning radiometer(AATSR) gridded brightness temperature(BT)data based on spatial/temporal continuity analysis. The proposed methods have been applied to analyze the Yushu(Qinghai, China) earthquake occurred on 14 th April 2010,and a full AATSR data-set of 8 years data from March2003 to May 2010 with longitude from 91°E to 101°E and latitude from 28°N to 38°N has been analyzed. Combining with the tectonic explanation of spatial and temporal continuity of the abnormal phenomena, the analyzed results indicate that the infrared radiation anomalies detected by the AATSR BT data with nadir view appear and enhance gradually along with the development and occurring of the earthquake, especially along the Ganzi-Yushu fault, Nu River fault and Jiali-Chayu fault; more infrared anomalies along the earthquake fault zone(Lancangjiang fault and Ning Karma Monastery-Deqin fault) are detected using the proposed synthesis analysis method, which can also characterize the activity of seismic faults more precisely.Pan Xiong Xuhui Shen Xingfa Gu Qingyan Meng Yaxin Bi Liming Zhao Yanhua Zhao Yan Li Jianting Dong 2015Earthquake Science2015,28,1:0
