| 1 | Study of the mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion treatmentfor ulcerative colitis ratsinview of the gene expression of cytokines显示文摘AIM To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the expression of IL 1β and IL 6 mRNA in ulcerative colitis rats. METHODS The SD rat ulcerative colitis model was created by immunological method associated with local stimulation. Colonic mucosa was prepared from human fresh surgical colonic specimens, homogenized by adding appropriate amount of normal saline and centrifuged at 3000*!r/*!min . The supernatant was collected for measurement of protein conentration and then mixed with Freund adjuvant. This antigen fluid was first injected into the plantae of the model group rats, and then into their plantae, dorsa, inguina and abdominal cavities (no Freund adjuvant for the last injection) again on the 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st day. When a certain titer of serum anti colonic antibody was reached, 2% formalin and antigen fluid (no Freund adjuvant) were administered separately by enema. The ulcerative colitis rat model was thus set up. The animals were randomly divided into four groups: model control group (MC, n =8), electro acupuncture group (EA, n =8), herbs partition moxibustion group (HPM 8), normal control group (NC, n =8). HPM: Moxa cones made of refined mugwort floss were placed on the medicinal pad (medicinal pad dispensing: Radix Aconiti praeparata, cortex Cinnamomi, etc ) for Qihai (RN 6) and Tianshu (ST 25, bilateral) and ignited. Two moxa cones were used for each acupoint once a day and 14 times in all. EA: Tianshu (bilateral) and Qihai were stimulated by the intermittent pulse with 2Hz frequency, 4mA intensity for 20 minutes once a day and 14 times in all. After treatment, rats of all four groups were killed simultaneously. The spleen was separated and the distal colon was dissected. Total tissue RNA was isolated by the guanidinium thiocyanate phenol chloroform extraction method. RT PCR technique was used to study the expression of IL 1β and IL 6 mRNA. RESULTS IL 1β and IL 6 mRNAs were not detected in the spleen and colonic mucosa of the NC rats, whereas they were significantly expressed in that of the MC rats. IL 1β and IL 6 mRNAs were markedly lower in the EA and HPM rats than that in MC rats. There was no significant difference between the levels of IL 1β and IL 6 mRNAs in the EA and HPM rats. The expressions of IL 1β and IL 6 mRNAs were nearly the same in the spleen and colon of all groups. | 4 | Association of elevated hs-CRP and multiple infarctions with outcomes of minor stroke or TIA: subgroup analysis of CHANCE randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose The relationship of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels and infarction numbers with the prognosis of stroke is uncertain.This study evaluated the association of different hs-CRP levels and infarction numbers with the prognosis of acute minor ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack(TIA).Methods A subset of 807 patients with both hs-CRP measurement and baseline MRI was included from the Clopidogrel in High-risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Cerebrovascular Events trial.The primary efficacy outcome was the occurrence of an ischaemic stroke at the 1-year follow-up.Infarction numbers were classified as multiple acute infarctions(MAIs),single acute infarction and no acute infarction(NAI).The association between different hs-CRP levels with different infarction numbers and the risk of any outcome was analysed using multivariable Cox regression models.Results Among the 807 patients,84(10.4%)patients had a recurrent ischaemic stroke within 1 year.After adjustment for conventional confounding factors,patients with both elevated hs-CRP levels and MAIs were associated with approximately 4.7-fold of risk of ischaemic stroke within 1 year(16.7% vs 3.5%,HR 4.68,95% CI 1.54 to 14.23,p=0.007),compared with those with non-elevated hs-CRP levels and NAI.Similar results were observed for the composite events.Conclusions Combined elevated hs-CRP levels and MAIs may increase 1-year stroke risk stratification efficiency in patients with minor ischaemic stroke or TIA compared with using those markers alone,which indicated that the combination of inflammatory and imaging markers might improve the effectiveness of risk stratification concerning minor ischaemic stroke or TIA. | Guangyao Wang Jing Jing Jiejie Li Yuesong Pan Hongyi Yan Xia Meng Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Hao Li David Z Wang Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021，6，1： | 11 |

| 7 | 饲料中添加蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分利用率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响显示文摘试验在饲喂玉米、高粱为主的肉鸡日粮中补充大豆,并添加蛋白酶,研究蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分消化率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响。试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(43.8±1.31 g)256只,均为公鸡,随机分配到2×2试验设计方阵中,方阵包括正常组(玉米组和高粱组)和蛋白酶组(空白组和添加蛋白酶150 mg·kg^(-1)的试验组)。试验1~21 d为第一阶段,22~42 d为第二阶段。试验结果表明,第二阶段中,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01),在整个试验过程中显著提高(P<0.05)。在各个时期,正常组对肉鸡生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。19~21 d时,添加蛋白酶可显著提高肉鸡的表观代谢能(AME),干物质(DM)、总能量(GE)和养分消化率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮以高粱为主时,AME、GE消化率有降低趋势(P=0.05),氮沉积率也有降低趋势(P=0.08)。40~42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶可显著提高AME,DM、GE和氮沉积率(P<0.05)。21 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著增加肠绒毛高度、肠绒毛与隐窝深度比值,极显著降低十二指肠、空肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.01)。42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加空肠肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加胸肌重、24 h p H,显著降低胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲养阶段日粮中添加复合蛋白酶可提高肉鸡ADG;在第一阶段可改善AME、DM、GE和氮沉积率和肠道形态。补充蛋白酶可提高出栏重、胸肌重和24 h pH,降低胸肌的滴水损失。低单宁高粱日粮与玉米日粮相比,对肉鸡性能的影响相近。 | Xu X Wang H L Pan L Ma X K Tian Q Y Xu Y T Long S F Zhang Z H Piao X S | 2017 | 饲料博览2017，0，1： | 2 |
| 8 | A review on MBE-grown HgCdSe infrared materials on GaSb(211)B substrates显示文摘We review our recent efforts on developing HgCdSe infrared materials on Ga Sb substrates via molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) for fabricating next generation infrared detectors with features of lower production cost and larger focal plane array format size. In order to achieve high-quality HgCdSe epilayers, ZnTe buffer layers are grown before growing HgCdSe, and the study of misfit strain in ZnTe buffer layers shows that the thickness of ZnTe buffer layer needs to be below 300 nm in order to minimize the generation of misfit dislocations. The cut-off wavelength/alloy composition of HgCdSe materials can be varied in a wide range by varying the ratio of Se/Cd beam equivalent pressure during the HgCdSe growth.Growth temperature presents significant impact on the material quality of HgCdSe, and lower growth temperature leads to higher material quality for HgCdSe. Typically, long-wave infrared HgCdSe(x = 0.18, cut-off wavelength of 10.4 μm at 80 K) presents an electron mobility as high as 1.3×10~5cm^2·V^(-1)·s^(-1), a background electron concentration as low as 1.6×10^(16)cm^(-3), and a minority carrier lifetime as long as 2.2 μs. These values of electron mobility and minority carrier lifetime represent a significant improvement on previous studies of MBE-grown HgCdSe reported in the open literatures,and are comparable to those of counterpart HgCdTe materials grown on lattice-matched CdZnTe substrates. These results indicate that HgCdSe grown at the University of Western Australia, especially long-wave infrared can meet the basic material quality requirements for making high performance infrared detectors although further effort is required to control the background electron concentration to below 10^(15)cm^(-3). More importantly, even higher quality HgCdSe materials on GaSb are expected by further optimizing the growth conditions, using higher purity Se source material, and implementing postgrowth thermal annealing and defect/impurity gettering/filtering.
