| 1 | Dispatch coordination between high-speed and conventional rail systems显示文摘Cross-line trains,as a link between high-speed and conventional rail networks,will increase the complexity of transport organization and lead to significant challenges in dispatch coordination between the two systems.Based on the characteristics of high-speed transport organization,this paper deals with the necessity of dispatch coordination between high-speed and conventional lines from the following two perspectives:the operation of cross-line trains and work coordination in connection stations.An adjustment model for the operation of high-speed trains,taking cross-line trains into account,is established.Finally,the dispatch system is described in terms of construction and process.Methods for organizing dispatch are proposed,and the processes of coordination adjustment under normal and unexpected situations are analyzed.The discussion in this paper may serve as a theoretical basis for the development of high-speed rail dispatch systems. | Qiyuan PENG Chao WEN | 2011 | Journal of Modern Transportation2011,19,1: | 6 |

| 3 | Toll-like receptor 9 defciency induces osteoclastic bone loss via gut microbiota-associated systemic chronic inflammation显示文摘Toll-like receptors(TLRs)play pivotal roles in inflammation and provide important links between the immune and skeletal systems.Although the activation of TLRs may affect osteoclast differentiation and bone metabolism,whether and how TLRs are required for normal bone remodeling remains to be fully explored.In the current study,we show for the first time that TLR9^(-/-)mice exhibit a low bone mass and low-grade systemic chronic inflammation,which is characterized by the expansion of CD4^(+)T cells and increased levels of inflammatory cytokines,including TNFα,RANKL,and IL1β.The increased levels of these cytokines significantly promote osteoclastogenesis and induce bone loss.Importantly,TLR9 deletion alters the gut microbiota,and this dysbiosis is the basis of the systemic inflammation and bone loss observed in TLR9^(-/-)mice.Furthermore,through single-cell RNA sequencing,we identified myeloid-biased hematopoiesis in the bone marrow of TLR9^(-/-)mice and determined that the increase in myelopoiesis,likely caused by the adaptation of hematopoietic stem cells to systemic inflammation,also contributes to inflammation-induced osteoclastogenesis and subsequent bone loss in TLR9^(-/-)mice.Thus,our study provides novel evidence that TLR9 signaling connects the gut microbiota,immune system,and bone and is critical in maintaining the homeostasis of inflammation,hematopoiesis,and bone metabolism under normal conditions. | Peng Ding Qiyuan Tan Zhanying Wei Qiyu Chen Chun Wang Luyue Qi Li Wen Changqing Zhang Chen Yao | 2022 | Bone Research2022,10,3: | 2 |

| 12 | Statistical delay distribution analysis on high-speed railway trains显示文摘The focus of this study is to explore the statis-tical distribution models of high-speed railway (HSR) train delays. Based on actual HSR operational data, the delay causes and their classification, delay frequency, number of affected trains, and space–time delay distributions are discussed. Eleven types of delay events are classified, and a detailed analysis of delay distribution for each classifica-tion is presented. Models of delay probability delay prob-ability distribution for each cause are proposed. Different distribution functions, including the lognormal, exponen-tial, gamma, uniform, logistic, and normal distribution, were selected to estimate and model delay patterns. The most appropriate distribution, which can approximate the delay duration corresponding to each cause, is derived. Subsequently, the Kolmogorov–Smirnov (K–S) test was used to test the goodness of fit of different train delay distribution models and the associated parameter values. The test results show that the distribution of the test data is consistent with that of the selected models. | 16 | Biodegradation of tetrabromobisphenol A in the sewage sludge process显示文摘Anaerobic sewage sludge capable of rapidly degrading tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA) was successfully acclimated in an anaerobic reactor over 280 days. During the period from 0 to 280 days, the TBBPA degradation rate(DR), utilization of glucose, and VSS were monitored continuously. After 280 days of acclimation, the TBBPA DR of active sludge reached 96.0% after 20 days of treatment in batch experiments. Based on scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) determinations,the diversity of the microorganisms after 0 and 280 days in the acclimated anaerobic sewage sludge was compared. Furthermore, eleven metabolites, including 2-bromophenol,3-bromophenol, 2,4-dibromophenol, 2,6-dibromophenol, tribromophenol and bisphenol A,were identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS). Moreover, the six primary intermediary metabolites were also well-degraded by the acclimated anaerobic sewage sludge to varying degrees. Among the six target metabolites, tribromophenol was the most preferred substrate for biodegradation via debromination. These metabolites degraded more rapidly than monobromide and bisphenol A. The biodegradation data of the intermediary metabolites exhibited a good fit to a pseudo-first-order model.Finally, based on the metabolites, metabolic pathways were proposed. | 17 | Dynamic train dwell time forecasting:a hybrid approach to address the influence of passenger flow fluctuations显示文摘Train timetables and operations are defined by the train running time in sections,dwell time at stations,and headways between trains.Accurate estimation of these factors is essential to decision-making for train delay reduction,train dispatching,and station capacity estimation.In the present study,we aim to propose a train dwell time model based on an averaging mechanism and dynamic updating to address the challenges in the train dwell time prediction problem(e.g.,dynamics over time,heavy-tailed distribution of data,and spatiotemporal relationships of factors)for real-time train dispatching.The averaging mechanism in the present study is based on multiple state-of-the-art base predictors,enabling the proposed model to integrate the advantages of the base predictors in addressing the challenges in terms of data attributes and data distributions.Then,considering the influence of passenger flow on train dwell time,we use a dynamic updating method based on exponential smoothing to improve the performance of the proposed method by considering the real-time passenger amount fluctuations(e.g.,passenger soars in peak hours or passenger plunges during regular periods).We conduct experiments with the train operation data and passenger flow data from the Chinese high-speed railway line.The results show that due to the advantages over the base predictors,the averaging mechanism can more accurately predict the dwell time at stations than its counterparts for different prediction horizons regarding predictive errors and variances.Further,the experimental results show that dynamic smoothing can significantly improve the accuracy of the proposed model during passenger amount changes,i.e.,15.4%and 15.5%corresponding to the mean absolute error and root mean square error,respectively.Based on the proposed predictor,a feature importance analysis shows that the planned dwell time and arrival delay are the two most important factors to dwell time.However,planned time has positive influences,whereas arrival delay has negative influences. | Zishuai Pang Liwen Wang Shengjie Wang Li Li Qiyuan Peng | 2023 | Railway Engineering Science2023,31,4: | 0 |

By performing 77 K fluorescence spectra, we suggested that there probably existed a pathway for energy transfer from PS II to PS I to redistribute the absorbed energy in gametophytes, while no such a way or at minor level in sporophytes. Electron transfer inhibitor DCMU blocked the energy transfer from PS II to PS I in gametophytes, but no obvious effects on sporophytes. These indicated that excitation energy distribution between two photosystems in gametophytes was more cooperative than that in sporophytes.
