| 1 | Bistratal Au@Bi2S3 nanobones for excellent NIR-triggered/multimodal imaging-guided synergistic therapy for liver cancer显示文摘To fabricate a highly biocompatible nanoplatform enabling synergistic therapy and real-time imaging,novel Au@Bi2S3 core shell nanobones(NBs)(Au@Bi2S3 NBs)with Au nanorods as cores were synthesized.The combination of Au nanorods with Bi2S3 film made the Au@Bi2S3 NBs exhibit ultrahigh photothermal(PT)conversion efficiency,remarkable photoacoustic(PA)imaging and high computed tomography(CT)performance;these Au@Bi2S3 NBs thus are a promising nanotheranostic agent for PT/PA/CT imaging.Subsequently,poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone)-modified Au@Bi2S3 NBs(Au@Bi2S3-PVP NBs)were successfully loaded with the anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX),and a satisfactory pH sensitive release profile was achieved,thus revealing the great potential of Au@Bi2S3-PVP NBs in chemotherapy as a drug carrier to deliver DOX into cancer cells.Both in vitro and in vivo investigations demonstrated that the Au@Bi2S3-PVP NBs possessed multiple desired features for cancer therapy,including extremely low toxicity,good biocompatibility,high drug loading ability,precise tumor targeting and effective accumulation.Highly efficient ablation of the human liver cancer cell HepG2 was achieved through Au@Bi2S3-PVP NB-mediated photothermal therapy(PTT).As both a contrast enhancement probe and therapeutic agent,Au@Bi2S3-PVP NBs provided outstanding NIR-triggered multi-modal PT/PA/CT imaging-guided PTT and effectively inhibited the growth of HepG2 liver cancer cells via synergistic chemo/PT therapy. | Ruizhuo Ouyang Penghui Cao Pengpeng Jia Hui Wang Tianyu Zong Chenyu Dai Jie Yuan Yuhao Li Dong Sun Ning Guo Yuqing Miao Shuang Zhou | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,2: | 5 |

| 3 | Screening of Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Parts of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf.and Its Toxicological Safety Study显示文摘[Objectives] To screen out the anti-inflammatory and analgesic parts of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf.and to explore the toxicological safety of each part.[Methods]The carrageenan-induced toe swelling experiment of mice,acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary permeability experiment,pain writhing test,and mouse maximum tolerated dose experiment were carried out.Taking mouse toe swelling,capillary permeability,pain writhing reaction times,and animal death number as indicators,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were screened and toxicological safety was evaluated for petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water parts of A.gigantifolia.[Results] The petroleum ether part of A.gigantifolia can significantly reduce the degree of carrageenan-induced toe swelling of(P < 0.05),significantly inhibit the glacial acetic acid induced capillary permeability of mice(P < 0.05) and the times of pain writhing of mice(P < 0.01),no death was observed in each group after 150-fold of clinical equivalent dose administration,and no abnormality was observed in body weight and tissues of mice.[Conclusions]The petroleum ether part of A.gigantifolia is active part of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect,and each part is low in toxicological safety. | Weibo DAI Hongnian LI Pengpeng DONG Quanxi MEI | 2018 | Medicinal Plant2018,9,6: | 1 |

[Results]The morphological and histological characteristics of A. gigantifolia,E. scandens and M. iodoides were different from each other. Containing water,total ash,acid insoluble ash and other inclusions also had difference; the total triterpenoid saponins were respectively 122. 90 mg/g of A. gigantifolia,147. 052 mg/g of E. scandens,and 63. 06 mg/g of M. iodoides. | 8 | In-situ construction of a thermodynamically stabilized interface on the surface of single crystalline Ni-rich cathode materials via a onestep molten-salt route显示文摘Nickel rich LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1−x−y)O_(2)cathode materials have been studied extensively to increase the energy density of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to their advantages of high capacity and low cost.However,the anisotropic crystal expansion and contraction inside the secondary particles would cause detrimental micro-cracks and severe parasitic reactions at the electrode/electrolyte interface during cycling,which severely decreases the stability of crystalline structure and cathodeelectrolyte interphase and ultimately affects the calendar life of batteries.Herein,a thermodynamically stabilized interface is constructed on the surface of single-crystalline Ni-rich cathode materials(SC811@RS)via a facile molten-salt route to suppress the generation of microcracks and interfacial parasitic side reactions simultaneously.Density functional theory calculations show that the formation energy of interface layer(−1.958 eV)is more negative than that of bulk layered structure(−1.421 eV).Such a thermodynamically stable protective layer can not only prevent the direct contact between highly reactive LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1−x−y)O_(2)and electrolyte,but also mitigate deformation of structure caused by stress thus strengthening the mechanical properties.Raman spectra further confirm the excellent structural reversibility and reaction homogeneity of SC811@RS at particle,electrode,time scales.Consequently,SC811@RS cathode material delivers significantly improved cycling stability(high capacity retention of 92%after 200 cycles at 0.5 C)compared with polycrystalline LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(82%). | Huiya Yang Xiangbang Kong Jiyang Li Pengpeng Dai Jing Zeng Yang Yang Jinbao Zhao | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
