1RFID Based e-quality Tracking in Service-oriented Manufacturing Execution System显示文摘The method of acquiring the real-time data has influenced the implementation of the manufacturing execution system (MES). Accompanied with turning the MES into service-oriented manufacturing execution system (so-MES), real-time e-quality tracking (e-QT), in which real-time data are computed, has played more and more important roles in manufacturing. This paper presents an e-QT model through the study of real-time status data tracking and quality data collecting. An implementing architecture of the e-QT model is constructed on the basis of radio frequency identification devices (RFID) data-tracking network. In order to develop the e-QT system, some key enabling technologies, such as configuration, data collection, and data processing, etc, are studied. The relation schema between hardware is built for the RFID data-tracking network based on the configuration technique. Real-time data are sampled by using data collecting technique. Furthermore, real-time status and quality data in a shop-floor can be acquired in terms of using the real-time data computing method. Finally, a prototype system is developed and a running example is given so as to verify the feasibility of methods proposed in this paper. 2Investigation of tribological properties of composite C_(60)-LB films显示文摘Composite C60-LB films were fabricated by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique, their micro- structures, micro- and macro-tribological properties were investigated using atomic force microscope/ friction force microscope (AFM/FFM). The results showed that in the confined C60-LB films there were two kinds of structures for the special C60 assembly: grain diameters of one kind were in the range of 150 -230 nm; the other was smaller than 20 nm. Mi- cro-tribological studies showed that topographical images of tiny C60 aggregates (<20 nm) were con- sistent with their frictional ones very well, namely, low friction occurred on tiny C60 aggregates compared with fatty chains LB monolayer, and ‘Micro-rolling effect’ was apparent; but for big large ones frictional forces were relatively high and ‘ratchet mechanism’ was seen apparently. Macro-tribological data proved large C60 aggregates had wear resistance and load-carrying capacities and anti-wear lives for com- posite C60-LB films were prolonged greatly with dis- persibility of C60 improved and its grain diameter re- duced. Tiny C60 aggregates were mainly the lubri- cating agents. 3An e-quality control model for multistage machining processes of workpieces显示文摘To track and control the changes of process quality attributes in multistage machining processes(MMPs),an e-quality control(e-QC) model is proposed.The e-QC model is defined as a quality information service node with e-formalizing technology,whose input/output and intermediate process(that is IPO) are known to other nodes,and its implemention in MMPs is provided.In order to establish the e-QC model,a measuring network is constructed to acquire the original quality data,and the changes of process quality attributes are monitored and diagnosed by the integrated quality analysis tools attached to the e-QC,which can be tracked by information template network in real time.Furthermore,a hierarchical control method is adopted to coordinate e-QCs,in which the quality loss and adjusting cost are used to quantify the opportunities for e-QCs to improve process quality.At last,a prototype is developed to verify the proposed methods.LIU DaoYu,JIANG PingYu & ZHANG YingFeng State Key Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems Engineering,Xi’an Jiaotong University,Xi’an 710049,China 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,12:3
4Method of change management based on dynamic machining error propagation显示文摘In multistage machining processes(MMPs),the final quality of a part is influenced by a series of machining processes,which are complex correlations.So it is necessary to research the rule of machin-ing error propagation to ensure the machining quality.For this issue,a change management method of quality control nodes(i.e.,QC-nodes) for machining error propagation is proposed.A new framework of QC-nodes is proposed including association analysis of quality attributes,quality closed-loop control,error tracing and error coordination optimization.And the weighted directed network is introduced to describe and analyze the correlativity among the machining processes.In order to establish the dynamic machining error propagation network(D-MEPN),QC-nodes are defined as the network nodes,and the correlation among the QC-nodes is mapped onto the network.Based on the network analysis,the dynamic characteristics of machining error propagation are explored.An adaptive control method based on the stability theory is introduced for error coordination optimization.At last,a simple example is used to verify the proposed method.FENG Jia JIANG PingYu 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,7:2

20RFID-based Production Data Analysis in an IoT-enabled Smart Job-shop显示文摘Under industry 4.0, internet of things(IoT), especially radio frequency identification(RFID) technology, has been widely applied in manufacturing environment. This technology can bring convenience to production control and production transparency. Meanwhile, it generates increasing production data that are sometimes discrete, uncorrelated, and hard-to-use. Thus,an efficient analysis method is needed to utilize the invaluable data. This work provides an RFID-based production data analysis method for production control in Io T-enabled smart job-shops.The physical configuration and operation logic of Io T-enabled smart job-shop production are firstly described. Based on that,an RFID-based production data model is built to formalize and correlate the heterogeneous production data. Then, an eventdriven RFID-based production data analysis method is proposed to construct the RFID events and judge the process command execution. Furthermore, a near big data approach is used to excavate hidden information and knowledge from the historical production data. A demonstrative case is studied to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and methods.
