| 3 | Clinical Efficacy of Neurointerventional Catheter Thrombolysis for Cerebral Infarction显示文摘Objective.To analyze the clinical efficacy of neurointerventional catheter thrombolysis for cerebral infarction.Methods.A total of 56 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled for the experimental study.Two different treatments were applied to patients,and patients were divided into observation groups and controls according to different treatment methods.After grouped into two groups the control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis.The observation group was treated with neurointerventional arterial catheter thrombolysis.The treatment effect,NIHSS score and BI index,neurological deficit score before and after treatment,and coagulation index were compared between the two groups.Results.The therapeutic effect of the observation group(92.86%)was significantly different from that of the control group(67.86%),and the observation group was higher than the control group.The data of the observation group in the NIHSS score and the BI index were 5.42±1.77 and 95.64±2.15,respectively,which were better than the control group.The neurological deficit scores of the observation group before and after treatment were 19.88±6.24 and 9.14±5.81,respectively.After treatment,the difference was significant compared with the control group,P<0.05.The coagulation indexes of the observation group in FIB,PT,TT,etc.were respectively 3.68±1.04,11.46±1.62,15.37±2.46,all were better than the control group(2.13±0.47,13.72±2.72,19.85±2.62),P<0.05.Conclusion.the clinical efficacy of neurointerventional arterial catheter thrombolysis for cerebral infarction is significant,it can effectively promote the recovery of various functional conditions of patients with cerebral infarction,which is worthy of further application and promotion. | Qiangyuan Tian Guangchao Zhu Shugang Dong | 2019 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2019,3,6: | 0 |
| 4 | White matter connectivity damage secondary to hippocampal and amygdala target injuries in acute limbic encephalitis Diffusion tensor image and voxel-based morphometry paired study显示文摘BACKGROUND:Limbic encephalitis is a rare syndrome that specifically affects the limbic system. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) has been typically used to detect brain changes in this disease. However,the mechanisms of limbic encephalitis-related white matter damage remain poorly understood. OBJECTIVE:To characterize white matter connectivity changes secondary to injuries of the limbic system in limbic encephalitis through combined application of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) and voxel-based morphometry. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A non-randomized,controlled,clinical,neuroimaging,DTI study was performed at the Department of Radiology,West China Hospital in December 2008. PARTICIPANTS:A male,46-year-old,limbic encephalitis patient,as well as 11 age- and gender-matched healthy volunteers,were enrolled in the present study. METHODS:MRI was performed on the limbic encephalitis patient using a 3.0T MR scanner. Three-dimensional SPGR T1-weighted images and DTI were acquired in the patient and controls. Data were analyzed using Matlab 7.0 and SPM2 software. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Results from routine MRI scan with contrast enhancement of patient,as well as fractional anisotropy and mean diffusivity value map differences between patient and controls. RESULTS:Significant symmetric MRI signal intensity abnormalities were observed with routine MRI. Affected bilateral hippocampi and amygdala exhibited hypointense signals in T1WI and hyperintense signals in T2 images.The DTI study revealed decreased fractional anisotropy values in the bilateral alveus and fimbria of the hippocampus,bilateral internal and external capsules,white matter of the right prefrontal area,and left corona radiate in the patient compared with normal controls(P<0.001). Significantly increased fractional anisotropy,mean diffusivity,or decreased mean diffusivity were not observed in the patient,compared with controls. | 5 | Investment Promotion for Development Zones in China:Underlying Rationale and Policy Options显示文摘Development zones(DZs)have emerged as a significant policy initiative for promoting regional coordination and facilitating resources allocation.They serve as an organizational framework for fostering industrial agglomeration and driving high-quality development.DZs attract and accommodate resource factors,firms,and projects,thereby functioning as a central catalyst for economic growth.This study utilizes data collected at the“DZ,City and Countrycountry”levels through manual compilation,textual analysis,and innovation measurement.It aims to empirically examine the theoretical rationale and practical preferences for promoting business and investment in China’s DZs.This study considers several factors such as industry attribute,firm attribute,agglomeration theory,and industrial chain layout.Based on our research findings,DZs exhibit distinct preferences.First,industry attribute:DZs align with both national and regional strategic planning and adhere to the industrial endowments of the respective areas.Second,firm attribute:DZs prioritize attracting firms that are productive and innovative,and have an international presence,rather than those that primarily contribute to taxes and job creation.Third,DZs are guided by the agglomeration theory,which suggests that they prefer firms that generate strong agglomeration externalities.Lastly,DZs also consider the industrial chain layout,aiming to attract firms that not only align with their existing industrial strengths but also extend to the upstream and downstream supply chain links.These conclusions are substantiated by the performance of robustness test.The success of DZs in China can be attributed to the five key principles:Adherence to national and regional strategic planning,prioritizing the actual industrial foundation,incorporating the theory of agglomeration externalities,strengthening corporate competitiveness,and expanding industrial chains. | Chen Qiangyuan Zhao Haoyun Ye Yang | 2023 | China Economist2023,18,5: | 0 |
