2Application of entransy theory in the heat transfer optimization of flat-plate solar collectors显示文摘The flat-plate solar collector is an important component in solar-thermal systems,and its heat transfer optimization is of great significance in terms of the efficiency of energy utilization.However,most existing flat-plate collectors adopt metallic absorber plates with uniform thickness,which often works against energy conservation.In this paper,to achieve the optimal heat transfer performance,we optimized the thickness distribution of the absorber with the constraint of fixed total material volume employing entransy theory.We first established the correspondence between the collector efficiency and the loss of entransy,and then proposed the constrained extreme-value problem and deduced the optimization criterion,namely a uniform temperature gradient,employing a variational method.Finally,on the basis of the optimization criterion,we carried out numerical simulations,with the results showing remarkable optimization effects.When irradiation,the ambient temperature and the wind speed are 800 W/m2,300 K and 3 m/s,respectively,the collector efficiency is enhanced by 8.8% through optimization,which is equivalent to a copper saving of 30%.We also applied the thickness distribution optimized for wind speed of 3 m/s in heat transfer analysis with different wind speed conditions,and the collector efficiency was remarkably better than that for an absorber with uniform thickness.LI QinYi CHEN Qun 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,2:5
3Gaseous sulfur trioxide induced controllable sulfonation promoting biomineralization and osseointegration of polyetheretherketone implants显示文摘Fabricating a desired porous structure on the surface of biomedical polyetheretherketone(PEEK)implants for enhancing biological functions is crucial and difficult due to its inherent chemical inertness.In this study,a porous surface of PEEK implants was fabricated by controllable sulfonation using gaseous sulfur trioxide(SO3)for different time(5,15,30,60 and 90 min).Micro-topological structure was generated on the surface of sulfonated PEEK implants preserving original mechanical properties.The protein absorption capacity and apatite forming ability was thus improved by the morphological and elemental change with higher degree of sulfonation.In combination of the appropriate micromorphology and bioactive sulfonate components,the cell adhesion,migration,proliferation and extracellular matrix secretion were obviously enhanced by the SPEEK-15 samples which were sulfonated for 15 min.Finding from this study revealed that controllable sulfonation by gaseous SO3 would be an extraordinarily strategy for improving osseointegration of PEEK implants by adjusting the microstructure and chemical composition while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.Teng Wan Zixue Jiao Min Guo Zongliang Wang Yizao Wan Kaili Lin Qinyi Liu Peibiao Zhang 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,4:5
4Surface Roughness and Roundness of Bearing Raceway Machined by Floating Abrasive Polishing and Their Effects on Bearing's Running Noise显示文摘As the two most important indexes of bearing raceway,surface roughness and roundness have significant influence on bearing noise.Some researchers have carried out studies in this field,however,reason and extent of the influence of raceway surface geometric characteristics on bearing running noise are not perfectly clear up to now.In this paper,the raceway of 6309 type bearing’s inner and outer ring is machined by floating abrasive polishing adopting soft abrasive pad.Surface roughness parameters,arithmetical mean deviation of the profile Ra,the point height of irregularities Rz,maximum height of the profile Rmax and roundness f of raceways,are measured before and after machining,and the change rules of the measured results are studied.The study results show that the floating abrasive polishing can reduce the surface geometric errors of bearing raceway evidently.The roundness error is reduced by 25%,Rmax value is reduced by 35.5%,Rz value is reduced by 22%and Ra value is reduced by 5%.By analyzing the change of the geometrical parameters and the shape difference of the raceway before and after machining,it is found that the floating abrasive polishing method can affect the roundness error mainly by modifying the local deviation of the raceway’s surface profile.Bearings with different raceway surface geometrical parameter value are assembled and the running noise is tested.The test results show that Ra has a little,Rmax and Rz have a measurable,and the roundness error has a significant influence on the running noise.From the viewpoint of controlling bearings’running noise,raceway roundness error should be strictly controlled,and for the surface roughness parameters,Rmax and Rz should be mainly controlled.This paper proposes an effective method to obtain the low noise bearing by machining the raceway with floating abrasive polishing after super finishing.PANG Guibing QI Xuezhi MA Qinyi ZHAO Xiujun WEN Chunsheng XU Wenji PENG Yanping 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3:3
5Development and validation of an HPLC–MS/MS method to determine clopidogrel in human plasma显示文摘A quantitative method for clopidogrel using online-SPE tandem LC–MS/MS was developed and fully validated according to the well-established FDA guidelines.The method achieves adequate sensitivity for pharmacokinetic studies,with lower limit of quantifications(LLOQs)as low as 10 pg/m L.Chromatographic separations were performed on reversed phase columns Kromasil Eternity-2.5-C18-UHPLC for both methods.Positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode was employed for signal detection and a deuterated analogue(clopidogrel-d_4)was used as internal standard(IS).Adjustments in sample preparation,including introduction of an online-SPE system proved to be the most effective method to solve the analyte back-conversion in clinical samples.Pooled clinical samples(two levels)were prepared and successfully used as real-sample quality control(QC)in the validation of back-conversion testing under different conditions.The result showed that the real samples were stable in room temperature for 24 h.Linearity,precision,extraction recovery,matrix effect on spiked QC samples and stability tests on both spiked QCs and real sample QCs stored in different conditions met the acceptance criteria.This online-SPE method was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of75 mg single dose clopidogrel tablets in 48 healthy male subjects.Gangyi Liu Chunxia Dong Weiwei Shen Xiaopei Lu Mengqi Zhang Yuzhou Gui Qinyi Zhou Chen Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:3
6An unexpected large continental source of reactive bromine and chlorine with significant impact on wintertime air quality显示文摘Halogen atoms affect the budget of ozone and the fate of pollutants such as hydrocarbons and mercury.Yet their sources and significances in polluted continental regions are poorly understood.Here we report the observation of unprecedented levels(averaging at 60 parts per trillion)of bromine chloride(BrCl)at a mid-latitude site in North China during winter.Widespread coal burning in rural households and a photo-assisted process were the primary source of BrCl and other bromine gases.BrCl contributed about 55%of both bromine and chlorine atoms.The halogen atoms increased the abundance of'conventional'tropospheric oxidants(OH,HO_(2) and RO_(2))by 26%-73%,and enhanced oxidation of hydrocarbon by nearly a factor of two and the net ozone production by 55%.Our study reveals the significant role of reactive halogen in winter atmospheric chemistry and the deterioration of air quality in continental regions where uncontrolled coal combustion is prevalent.Xiang Peng Weihao Wang Men Xia Hui Chen A.R.Ravishankara Qinyi Li Alfonso Saiz-Lopez Pengfei Liu Fei Zhang Chenglong Zhang Likun Xue Xinfeng Wang Christian George Jinhe Wang Yujing Mu Jianmin Chen Tao Wang 2021National Science Review2021,8,7:2
7Yielding behavior of triplex medium Mn steel alternated with cooling strategies altering martensite/ferrite interfacial feature显示文摘In this paper, we report the influence of cooling processes on the yielding behavior of a medium Mn steel(MMS) with triplex microstructure, i.e. austenite(γ), ferrite(α) and as-quenched martensite(α’). After the intercritical annealing(IA) at both 725℃ and 750℃, the steel was subjected to the two cooling processes, i.e. air cooling(AC) and water quenching(WQ). It exhibits the discontinuous yielding after the AC following the IA at 750℃ while the continuous yielding after the WQ. Compared with WQ process,both the dilatometry and the microstructural examinations show that the AC process leads to lower Ms temperature, larger retained austenite(RA) fraction and less martensite, the latter is always companied with geometry necessary dislocations(GNDs) generated near the α/α’ interfaces. Considering the complexity of nanosized tri-phases in this steel, the presence of martensite with key features in the resultant specimens was systematically examined by atom probe tomography(APT) on the samples prepared by the specific target lift-out method. The APT results directly revealed the C/Mn co-segregation at the α’/αinterfaces in the AC samples but not in WQ samples. The numerical simulation results further suggest that the segregation of C and Mn at the α’/α interfaces may be due to different mechanisms. We conclude that the yielding of triplex MMS is determined by both the quantity of GNDs generated near theα/α’ interfaces, which increases with martensite fraction, and the extent of their immobilization resulting from the interfacial segregation of solute atoms when the presence of martensite is sufficient. 10Solid-phase Synthesis of Acyl-plasminogen-Streptokinase Activator Composite(APSAC) and Its Thrombolytic Properties显示文摘The dialysis method has been traditionally used for the conversion of native human plasminogen(Glu-Hpg) to lys-plasminogen(Lys-Hpg). Here is described a solid-phase synthesis method for the preparation of an acyl-plasminogen-streptokinase activator complex(APSAC) from Lys-Hpg, streptokinase(SK) and chemical modification (agent(4-amidinophenyl-4′-aminobenzoate hydrochloride)) with the L-lysine-Sepharose 4B Column as the carrier. The new method significantly increases the product yield and purity over the liquid-phase methods. 16Research on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Moso Bamboo显示文摘With the increase of the utilization of bamboo, we must find out more in bamboo properties. According to the national standard GB/T15780 -1995, this paper analyzed the air-dried density and mechanical properties of Moso bamboo in different ages and stalk parts. The results showed that both the age and the stalk part have remarkable effects on air-dried density and mechanical properties. The effect of age is much more prominent than that of stalk part. The performance shows: upper > middle > down, which increases with the age, and reaches to the peak values at the age of 4 and show a downward trend at the age of 6. According to the tests, the optimum age of bamboo for cutting is about at 4. Moreover, there is a positive correlation between air-dried density and mechanical properties. The correlation coefficients between air-dried density and crushing strength parallel to the grain, bending strength, modulus of elasticity and tensile strength parallel to the grain are 0.917 3, 0.783 9, 0.745 8 and 0.507 4, respectively.
