1苏里格致密砂岩气藏可动水饱和度分布显示文摘近年来苏里格致密砂岩气藏的部分气井出现了不同程度的产水现象,平均产水量约为9 m^3/d,已经严重影响了气井产能。通过对比分析可动水饱和度的常规测井解释结果与实际生产数据,建立了气井的产水特征预测方法。通过该方法对单井进行产水预测并优选射孔层位可提高气层的产气能力,有效降低了气井产水风险。在此基础之上绘制了苏里格致密砂岩气藏研究区块的可动水饱和度平面分布图,进而优选出低产水风险区,明确气田的主力储层,研究结果为致密砂岩气藏的合理开发提供了理论依据。支鑫 熊伟 高树生 叶礼友 李奇 WANG Qingkui 2015大庆石油地质与开发2015,34,2:15
2Stability of soil organic carbon changes in successive rotations of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.) Hook) plantations显示文摘The importance of soil organic carbon(SOC) under forests in the global carbon cycle depends on the stability of the soil carbon and its availability to soil microbial biomass.We investigated the effects of successive rotations of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.) Hook) plantations on the stability of SOC and its availability to microbes by adopting the two-step hydrolysis with H2SO4 and density fractionation.The results showed that successive rotations of Chinese fir decreased the quantity of total SOC,recalcitrant fraction,and carbohydrates in Labile Pool I(LP Ⅰ),and microbial properties evidently,especially at 0-10 cm horizon.However,cellulose included in Labile Pool II(LP Ⅱ) and the cellulose/total carbohydrates ratio increased in successive rotations of Chinese fir.The non-cellulose of carbohydrates included in LP I maybe highly available to soil microbial biomass.Hence the availability of SOC to microbial biomass declined over the successive rotations.Although there was no significant change in recalcitrance of SOC over the successive rotations of Chinese fir,the percentage of heavy fraction to total SOC increased,suggesting that the degree of physical protection for SOC increased and SOC became more stable over the successive rotations.The degradation of SOC quality in successive rotation soils may be attributed to worse environmental conditions resulted from disturbance that related to 'slash and burn' site preparation.Being highly correlated with soil microbial properties,the cellulose/total carbohydrates ratio as an effective indicator of changes in availability of SOC to microbial biomass brought by management practices in forest soils.ZHANG Jian WANG Silong FENG Zongwei WANG Qingkui 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,3:7

4Effects of dietary protein level on nutrients digestibility and reproductive performance of female mink(Neovison vison)during gestation显示文摘The objective of this study was to determine whether nutrient digestibility and reproductive performance of pregnant mink(Neovison vison) were affected by different dietary protein levels. One hundred and twenty female mink were randomly assigned to four groups, receiving diets of fresh material with different protein levels. The dietary protein levels,expressed as percentage of dry matter(DM),were 32,36, 40 and 44% respectively. These values corresponded to average 320, 360, 400 and 440 g protein/kg DM, respectively. Results were as follows. All of crude protein digestibility, nitrogen(N) intake, N retention increased along with dietary protein level increasing. Low protein level(32%) significantly reduced the above indicators(P < 0.05). DM digestibility and ether extract digestibility were not affected by dietary protein level. Results of mated females, barren females, kids per litter, live born kids per mated female, birth survival rate, and birth weight showed that mink achieved optimal reproductive performance when dietary protein level was 36%. In conclusion, dietary protein was anticipated to significantly influence some nutrients' utilization. Adopting the appropriate dietary protein level allow better reproduction performance. 5Composition and mineralization of soil organic carbon pools in four single-tree species forest soils显示文摘Forest soil carbon(C) is an important component of the global C cycle. However, the mechanism by which tree species influence soil organic C(SOC) pool composition and mineralization is poorly understood. To understand the effect of tree species on soil C cycling, we assessed total, labile, and recalcitrant SOC pools, SOC chemical composition by ^(13) C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and SOC mineralization in four monoculture plantations. Labile and recalcitrant SOC pools in surface(0–10 cm) and deep(40–60 cm) soils in the four forests contained similar content. In contrast, these SOC pools exhibited differences in the subsurface soil(from 10 to20 cm and from 20 to 40 cm). The alkyl C and O-alkyl C intensities of SOC were higher in Schima superba and Michelia macclurei forests than in Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus massoniana forests. In surface soil, S.superba and M. macclurei forests exhibited higher SOC mineralization rates than did P. massoniana and C.lanceolata forests. The slope of the straight line between C_(60) and labile SOC was steeper than that between C_(60) and total SOC. Our results suggest that roots affected the composition of SOC pools. 6Corrosion Behavior and Protection Efficiency of 2024Al and SiC_p/2024Al Metal Matrix Composite显示文摘The corrosion resistance of 2024 Al and SiC particle reinforced 2024 Al metal matrix composite (SiCp/2024Al MMC)in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated with electrochemical method and immersion test, and the corrosion protection of sulfuric acid anodized coatings on both materials was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that the SiCp/2024Al MMC is more susceptible to corrosion than its matrix alloy in 3.5% NaCl.For 2024Al, the anodized coating provides excellent corrosion resistance to 3.5% NaCl. 8Effects of root dominate over aboveground litter on soil microbial biomass in global forest ecosystems显示文摘Background:Inputs of above-and belowground litter into forest soils are changing at an unprecedented rate due to continuing human disturbances and climate change.Microorganisms drive the soil carbon(C)cycle,but the roles of above-and belowground litter in regulating the soil microbial community have not been evaluated at a global scale.Methods:Here,we conducted a meta-analysis based on 68 aboveground litter removal and root exclusion studies across forest ecosystems to quantify the roles of above-and belowground litter on soil microbial community and compare their relative importance.Results:Aboveground litter removal significantly declined soil microbial biomass by 4.9%but root exclusion inhibited it stronger,up to 11.7%.Moreover,the aboveground litter removal significantly raised fungi by 10.1%without altering bacteria,leading to a 46.7%increase in the fungi-to-bacteria(F/B)ratio.Differently,root exclusion significantly decreased the fungi by 26.2%but increased the bacteria by 5.7%,causing a 13.3%decrease in the F/B ratio.Specifically,root exclusion significantly inhibited arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,ectomycorrhizal fungi,and actinomycetes by 22.9%,43.8%,and 7.9%,respectively.The negative effects of aboveground litter removal on microbial biomass increased with mean annual temperature and precipitation,whereas that of root exclusion on microbial biomass did not change with climatic factors but amplified with treatment duration.More importantly,greater effects of root exclusion on microbial biomass than aboveground litter removal were consistent across diverse forest biomes(expect boreal forests)and durations.Conclusions:These data provide a global evidence that root litter inputs exert a larger control on microbial biomass than aboveground litter inputs in forest ecosystems.Our study also highlights that changes in above-and belowground litter inputs could alter soil C stability differently by shifting the microbial community structure in the opposite direction.These findings are useful for predicting microbe-mediated C processes in response to changes in forest management or climate.Yanli Jing Peng Tian Qingkui Wang Weibin Li Zhaolin Sun Hong Yang 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,3:2

10Effect of rare earth and Mn elements on the corrosion behavior of extruded AZ61 system in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution and salt spray test显示文摘In this study,multiple addition of rare earth(RE)and manganese(Mn)to AZ61 was conducted aiming to find out the influence to corrosion resistance.AZ61 containing different amounts of RE and Mn was investigated by electrochemical measurement in condition of 3.5 wt%NaCl solution at 25°C.Gravimetric measurement was conducted in 5 wt%salt spray at 35°C and 3.5 wt%NaCl solution at 25°C.Samples were characterized by SEM,EDS,OM and XRD.The result shows that with RE addition Al8Mn5 in AZ61 changed into Al10RE2Mn7.The quantity ofβphase is reduced significantly.The multiple addition of RE and Mn improved the corrosion resistance of AZ61.When the ratio of Mn and RE is 0.3,alloy has the best property of corrosion resistance.In addition,the composite addition removed the impurity elements in AZ61 especially Fe.Shijie Zhu Zhidan Liu RuiXiao Qu LiGuo Wang Qingkui Li Shaokang Guan 2013Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2013,1,3:2
11Age, Geochemistry, and Tectonic Implications of Dulaerqiao Granite, Inner Mongolia显示文摘Dulaerqiao granite is located at the Xinlin-Xiguitu-Toudaoqiao suture zone between the Erguna massif and the Xing'an massif, northeast of Inner Mongolia. The rocks are mainly composed of K-feldspar, quartz, and plagioclase. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb data show that this granite was deposited in the Late Carboniferous Period(308.7±2.0 Ma). The samples are rich in alkali, Fe, and Al and low in Mg, Ca, and P. Chondrite-normalized REEs exhibit right-inclined patterns with significant negative Eu anomalies. Additionally, the granite shows high quantities of trace elements such as Zr, Hf, Th, K, and Rb and decreased quantities of Sr, P, and Ti. The chemical characteristics identified herein and a series of diagrams that distinguish different types of granite show that Dulaerqiao alkali-feldspar granites belong to the aluminous A-type granite group. Meanwhile, the initial magma crystallizes under hightemperature, low-pressure conditions resulting from a tectonic extension setting. The formation of Dulaerqiao aluminous A-type granite is related to the rejuvenation of the ancient Xinlin-Xiguitu-Toudaoqiao suture zone, which was activated by the interaction between the combined Erguna-Xing'an massif and the Songnen massif in the Late Paleozoic Era. 15The Investigation on Single Event Function Failure for DC/DC Converters with Three Single Terminal Topological Structures显示文摘Heavy ion radiation experiments have been done to DC/DC converters with different topological structures for space applications. The test results were analyzed about the function failure of three topological structures caused by single event effects. The relationship between the function failure and the input supply voltage, the output load current and the topological structure of the module were discussed. Based on the analysis of the variation relationship among the source/drain terminal voltage of MOSFETs and the input voltage and the output load, the sensitivity factors associated with the function failure caused by single event effects were discussed. 20Scalable synthesis and electrochemical performance of mesoporous graphene from calcium carbonate by magnesiothermic reaction显示文摘A novel scalable synthetic method of mesoporous graphene has been developed using the compressed mixture of Mg and excess CaCO_(3) in a closed container.The generated solid oxide and unreacted CaCO_(3) could act as mesopore-forming agents,and the closed container could prevent the carbon dioxide from CaCO_(3) flow away.As a result,the graphenes with a large number of 2–30 nm mesopores and high utilization ratio of Mg achieved.The graphenes had high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical performance.In particular,the Mg utilization ratio was up to 53.3%in the preparation of graphene using 2:1 CaCO_(3)/Mg at 700℃,which is superior to previous researches.The obtained mesoporous graphene exhibited high specific surface area of 743.7 m^(2)g^(-1),large specific capacitance of 140 F g-1,and high capacitance retention rate of 64.3%.Tianli Han Benshuang Sun Qingkui Li Chengduo Wang 2022Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,3:0
