4Effectiveness of acupoint application of Xiaozhong Zhitong Tie on diarrhea in patients:a retrospective cohort study in China显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To provide the evidence for the efficacy of acupoint application(AA)for patients with diarrhea in a real-world setting.METHODS:This study is a national multicenter retrospective cohort study.Our study consecutively collected outpatient medical records of patients with diarrhea from hundreds of primary hospitals nationwide registered in Chun Bo Wan Xiang cloud platform from 22nd August,2020 to 5th November,2020.The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to patient's condition and willingness.The control group was treated with Western Medicine,oral Chinese Medicine decoction,or both.The treatment group was added with AA based on the control group.Multiple logistic regression was used to evaluate the independent efficacy of AA in diarrheal recovery on the 3rd,7th,14th and 28th day.As a next step,we also performed stratified analysis and likelihood ratio test(LRT).Sensitivity analyses included propensity score matching(PSM),four PSM-related analyses and E-value.RESULTS:The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group on the 14th and 28th day[the 14th day:OR=1.58,95%CI(1.15,2.19),P=0.005;the 28th day:OR=2.03,95%CI(1.43,2.88),P<0.001].No difference was observed in efficacy of AA for the treatment of diarrhea among the subgroups(P>0.05).PSM-related analyses confirmed the efficacy of AA in diarrheal recovery.The findings are unlikely to be nullified by an unmeasured confounding variable according to the results of E-values.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly more improved than that in the control group on the 14th and 28th day.SHENG Song ZHANG Yanhong GAO Hongyang MA Hangkun HUANG Ye LI Qingna GAO Rui XU Fengqin 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,4:0
5Robust PCA for Ground Moving Target Indication in Wide-Area Surveillance Radar System显示文摘Robust PCA has found important applications in many areas,such as video surveillance,face recognition,latent semantic indexing and so on.In this paper,we study its application in ground moving target indication(GMTI)in wide-area surveillance radar system.MTI is the key task in wide-area surveillance radar system.Due to its great importance in future reconnaissance systems,it attracts great interest from scientists.In(Yan et al.in IEEE Geosci.Remote Sens.Lett.,10:617–621,2013),the authors first introduced robust PCA to model the GMTI problem,and demonstrate promising simulation results to verify the advantages over other models.However,the robust PCA model can not fully describe the problem.As pointed out in(Yan et al.in IEEE Geosci.Remote Sens.Lett.,10:617–621,2013),due to the special structure of the sparse matrix(which includes the moving target information),there will be difficulties for the exact extraction of moving targets.This motivates our work in this paper where we will detail the GMTI problem,explore the mathematical properties and discuss how to set up better models to solve the problem.We propose two models,the structured RPCA model and the row-modulus RPCA model,both of which will better fit the problem and take more use of the special structure of the sparse matrix.Simulation results confirm the improvement of the proposed models over the one in(Yan et al.in IEEE Geosci.Remote Sens.Lett.,10:617–621,2013).Qingna Li He Yan Leqin Wu Robert Wang 2013Journal of the Operations Research Society of China2013,1,1:0
