2Dynamic Response of Offshore Wind Turbine on 3×3 Barge Array Floating Platform under Extreme Sea Conditions显示文摘Offshore wind farm construction is nowadays state of the art in the wind power generation technology.However,deep water areas with huge amount of wind energy require innovative floating platforms to arrange and install wind turbines in order to harness wind energy and generate electricity.The conventional floating offshore wind turbine system is typically in the state of force imbalance due to the unique sway characteristics caused by the unfixed foundation and the high center of gravity of the platform.Therefore,a floating wind farm for 3×3 barge array platforms with shared mooring system is presented here to increase stability for floating platform.The NREL 5 MW wind turbine and ITI Energy barge reference model is taken as a basis for this work.Furthermore,the unsteady aerodynamic load solution model of the floating wind turbine is established considering the tip loss,hub loss and dynamic stall correction based on the blade element momentum(BEM)theory.The second development of AQWA is realized by FORTRAN programming language,and aerodynamic-hydrodynamic-Mooring coupled dynamics model is established to realize the algorithm solution of the model.Finally,the 6 degrees of freedom(DOF)dynamic response of single barge platform and barge array under extreme sea condition considering the coupling effect of wind and wave were observed and investigated in detail.The research results validate the feasibility of establishing barge array floating wind farm,and provide theoretical basis for further research on new floating wind farm.LIU Qing-song MIAO Wei-pao YUE Min-nan LI Chun WANG Bo DING Qingwei 2021China Ocean Engineering2021,35,2:2

4Unveiling the origin of anomalous low-frequency Raman mode in CVD-grown monolayer WS_(2)显示文摘Substrates provide the necessary support for scientific explorations of numerous promising features and exciting potential applications in two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). To utilize substrate engineering to alter the properties of 2D TMDs and avoid introducing unwanted adverse effects, various experimental techniques, such as high-frequency Raman spectroscopy, have been used to understand the interactions between 2D TMDs and substrates. However, sample-substrate interaction in 2D TMDs is not yet fully understood due to the lack of systematic studies by techniques that are sensitive to 2D TMD-substrate interaction. This work systematically investigates the interaction between tungsten disulfide (WS_(2)) monolayers and substrates by low-frequency Raman spectroscopy, which is very sensitive to WS_(2)-substrate interaction. Strong coupling with substrates is clearly revealed in chemical vapor deposition (CVD)-grown monolayer WS_(2) by its low-wavenumber interface mode. It is demonstrated that the enhanced sample-substrate interaction leads to tensile strain on monolayer WS_(2), which is induced during the cooling process of CVD growth and could be released for monolayer WS_(2) sample after transfer or fabricated by an annealing-free method such as mechanical exfoliation. 8Molecular cloning,expression pattern and phylogenetic analysis of Guanine nucleotide exchange factor Vav2 in lamprey,Lampetra japonica显示文摘The Guanine nucleotide exchange factor Vav2(Vav2) is a member of the Vav family that serves as an important regulators for the Rho family of Ras-related GTPases. In the current study, an ortholog(Lj-Vav2) of Vav2 was identified in the lamprey(Lampetra japonica). To elucidate the phylogenetic relationship of Vav2, the metazoan genome databases were analyzed to mine the ortholog of Vav. It was found that Vav2 genes were only existed in vertebrates and Lj-Vav2 was the original one found in agnathans. The evolutionary dynamics of conserved motifs of Vav2 were explored using combined amino acid sequence as markers, and it is revealed that the Calponin homology(CH) domain, Dbl-homologous(DH) domain, Pleckstrin homology(PH) domain, Cysteine-rich(C1)domains, Src homology 3(SH3) domains and Src homology 2(SH2) domain were conserved throughout the Vav2 gene family in vertebrates during gene evolution. Relative quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that the LjVav2 was distributed in the heart, kidney, supraneural myeloid body, liver, gill and lymphocyte-like cells. The LjVav2 was found to be expressed in these tissues, and the level of which was upregulated in lymphocyte-like cells after the animal was stimulated with LPS. These results indicated that the Lj-Vav2 might be involved in the immune response of lymphocyte-like cells in lamprey. 10Target-directed isolation and identification of a serum lectin from lamprey (Lampetra japonica) by chromatographys and MALDI-TOF/TOF显示文摘A 105-k Da polymer lectin was purified from lamprey(Lampetra japonica) serum by chromatography methods including cation ion-exchange chromatography with a SP-Sepharose TM XL column and size exclusion chromatography with a Superdex 200 column. The target fractions were collected according to the direction of hemagglutinating activity. The results revealed that the active fractions could adsorb on SP-Sepharose column and showed a 280 nm UV absorbance peak corresponding to molecular weights of 105 k Da in the following size exclusion chromatography. The target fractions with hemagglutinating activity were further checked by NativePAGE and SDS-PAGE. Two single bands at around 105 k Da and 35 k Da were displayed by two electrophoresis methods respectively, indicating that the protein exists as a trimer in solution. After Native-PAGE and SDS-PAGE,two bands were excised from the gels respectively and further identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF as serum lectin(gi:13094239). The lectin was able to agglutinate rabbit red blood cells(RRBCs) and sheep red blood cells(SRBCs) in vitro. 13Real-time and in-situ intracellular ATP assay with polyimidazolium brush-modified nanopipette显示文摘The level and dynamics of adenosine 5’-triphosphate(ATP) in single living cells are closely related to many kinds of important physiological and pathological processes. Herein, we report a nanosensor based on polyimidazolium brush(PimB)-modified nanopipette for intracellular ATP assay, which shows good selectivity, high spatiotemporal resolution and excellent stability.Both the specific supramolecular interaction between polyimidazolium and ATP, and the rationally tunable property of the ion transport at a confined nanopipette enable the selective assay of ATP even in complex intracellular environment. Moreover, the tiny tip(ca.300 nm) and the low polarized current(e.g., 1 nA) essentially make the as-prepared nanosensor safe to the living cells. 14Automated Extraction for Water Bodies Using New Water Index from Landsat 8 OLI Images显示文摘The extraction of water bodies is essential for monitoring water resources,ecosystem services and the hydrological cycle,so analyzing water bodies from remote sensing images is necessary.The water index is designed to highlight water bodies in remote sensing images.We employ a new water index and digital image processing technology to extract water bodies automatically and accurately from Landsat 8 OLI images.Firstly,we preprocess Landsat 8 OLI images with radiometric calibration and atmospheric correction.Subsequently,we apply KT transformation,LBV transformation,AWEI nsh,and HIS transformation to the preprocessed image to calculate a new water index.Then,we perform linear feature enhancement and improve the local adaptive threshold segmentation method to extract small water bodies accurately.Meanwhile,we employ morphological enhancement and improve the local adaptive threshold segmentation method to extract large water bodies.Finally,we combine small and large water bodies to get complete water bodies.Compared with other traditional methods,our method has apparent advantages in water extraction,particularly in the extraction of small water bodies.Pu YAN Yue FANG Jie CHEN Gang WANG Qingwei TANG 2023Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2023,6,1:0
