| 2 | Wheat straw-derived magnetic carbon foams: In-situ preparation and tunable high-performance microwave absorption显示文摘Recently,biomass-derived three-dimensional (3D) porous carbon materials have been gaining more interest as promising microwave absorbers due to their low cost,vast availability,and sustainability.Here,a novel 3D interconnected porous magnetic carbon foams are in-situ synthesized via a combination of sol-gel and carbonization process with wheat straw as the carbon source and FeCl3·6H2O as the magnetic regulating agent.During the process of foams formation,the lignocelluloses from the steam-exploded wheat straw are converted into interconnected carbon sheet networks with hierarchical porous structures,and the precursor FeCl3·6H2O is converted into magnetic nanoparticles uniformly embedded in the porous carbon foams.The generated magnetic nanoparticles are benefit to enhance the interface polarization and magnetic loss ability to improve the efficient complementarities between the dielectric and magnetic loss,thus increasing the impedance matching.The obtained sample treated at 600 ℃ displays the best microwave absorption (MA) performance.It presents a minimal reflection loss (RL) of-43.6 dB at 7.1 GHz and the effective bandwidth (RL <-10 dB) is 3.3 GHz with the thickness of 4.7 mm.The 3D porous structure,multi-interfaces and the synergy of dielectric loss and magnetic loss make great contribution to the outstanding MA performance. | Guangjun Gou Fanbin Meng Huagao Wang Man Jiang Wei Wei Zuowan Zhou | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,6: | 9 |
| 3 | Recent Advances on Boosting the Cell Voltage of Aqueous Supercapacitors显示文摘Due to its ultra-fast charge/discharge rate,long cyclic life span,and environmental benignity,aqueous supercapacitor(SC)is considered as a proper nextgeneration energy storage device.Unfortunately,limited by undesirable water electrolysis and unreasonable electrode potential range,aqueous SC normally generates a narrow cell voltage,resulting in a low energy density.To address such challenge,enormous efforts have been made to construct high-voltage aqueous SCs.Despite these achievements,the systematic reviews about this field are still rare.To fill this knowledge gap,this review summarizes the recent advances about boosting the cell voltage of aqueous SCs.From the viewpoint of electrode,doping alkali cations,modulating the electrode mass ratio,and optimizing the surface charge density are regarded as three effective pathways to achieve this goal.However,adjusting the appropriate pH level,introducing redox mediators,and constructing“water-in-salt”electrolyte are other three universal routes from the electrolyte aspect.Furthermore,it is also effective to obtain the high-voltage aqueous SCs through asymmetric design,such as designing asymmetric SCs.The confronting challenges and future development tendency towards the high-voltage aqueous SCs are further discussed. | Qianzhi Gou Shuang Zhao Jiacheng Wang Meng Li Junmin Xue | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,8: | 4 |
| 4 | Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills Improve Quality of Life and Cardiovascular Prognoses of CHD Patients after PCI with Anxiety or Depression(GLAD Study):A Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Study显示文摘Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills(GXDS)in the treatment of depression or anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From September 2017 to June 2019,200 CHD patients after PCI with depression and anxiety were included and randomly divided into GXDS(100 cases)and placebo control groups(100 cases)by block randomization and a random number table.Patients in the GXDS and control groups were given GXDS and placebo,respectively,0.4 g each time,3 times daily for 12 weeks.The primary outcomes were scores of Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Scale(GAD-7)and the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ).The secondary outcomes included 12 Health Survey Summary Form(SF-12)scores and the first onset time and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs).Other indices including blood pressure,blood lipids,microcirculation and inflammatory-related indices,etc.were monitored at baseline,week 4,and week 12.Results:In the full analysis set(200 cases),after treatment,the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores in the GXDS group were considerably lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the baseline,the total PHQ-9 scores of the experimental and control groups decreased by 3.97 and 1.18,respectively.The corrected mean difference between the two groups was–2.78(95%CI:–3.47,–2.10;P<0.001).The total GAD-7 score in the GXDS group decreased by 3.48%compared with the baseline level,while that of the placebo group decreased by 1.13%.The corrected mean difference between the two groups was–2.35(95%CI:–2.95,–1.76;P<0.001).The degree of improvement in SAQ score,SF-12 score,endothelin and high-sensitive C-reactive protein levels in the GXDS group were substantially superior than those in the placebo group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Similar results were obtained in the per protocol population analysis of 177 patients.Three cases of MACES were reported in this study(1 in the GXDS group and 2 in the placebo group),and no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusions:GXDS can significantly alleviate depression and anxiety,relieve symptoms of angina,and improve quality of life in patients with CHD after PCI.(Registration No.ChiCTR1800014291) | WANG Cheng-long HUAN Na WANG Pei-li GENG Qing-shan MA Wen-lin MA Li-hong JIANG Hong-yan MENG Xiao-ping ZHANG Da-wu GOU Xiao-jiang HU Da-yi CHEN Ke-ji | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2023,29,3: | 3 |

| 12 | Ion–Electron Coupling Enables Ionic Thermoelectric Material with New Operation Mode and High Energy Density显示文摘Ionic thermoelectrics(i-TE) possesses great potential in powering distributed electronics because it can generate thermopower up to tens of millivolts per Kelvin. However,as ions cannot enter external circuit, the utilization of i-TE is currently based on capacitive charge/discharge, which results in discontinuous working mode and low energy density. Here,we introduce an ion–electron thermoelectric synergistic(IETS)effect by utilizing an ion–electron conductor. Electrons/holes can drift under the electric field generated by thermodiffusion of ions, thus converting the ionic current into electrical current that can pass through the external circuit. Due to the IETS effect, i-TE is able to operate continuously for over 3000 min.Moreover, our i-TE exhibits a thermopower of 32.7 mV K^(-1) and an energy density of 553.9 J m^(-2), which is more than 6.9 times of the highest reported value. Consequently, direct powering of electronics is achieved with i-TE. | 18 | Molecular cloning,expression pattern and phylogenetic analysis of Guanine nucleotide exchange factor Vav2 in lamprey,Lampetra japonica显示文摘The Guanine nucleotide exchange factor Vav2(Vav2) is a member of the Vav family that serves as an important regulators for the Rho family of Ras-related GTPases. In the current study, an ortholog(Lj-Vav2) of Vav2 was identified in the lamprey(Lampetra japonica). To elucidate the phylogenetic relationship of Vav2, the metazoan genome databases were analyzed to mine the ortholog of Vav. It was found that Vav2 genes were only existed in vertebrates and Lj-Vav2 was the original one found in agnathans. The evolutionary dynamics of conserved motifs of Vav2 were explored using combined amino acid sequence as markers, and it is revealed that the Calponin homology(CH) domain, Dbl-homologous(DH) domain, Pleckstrin homology(PH) domain, Cysteine-rich(C1)domains, Src homology 3(SH3) domains and Src homology 2(SH2) domain were conserved throughout the Vav2 gene family in vertebrates during gene evolution. Relative quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that the LjVav2 was distributed in the heart, kidney, supraneural myeloid body, liver, gill and lymphocyte-like cells. The LjVav2 was found to be expressed in these tissues, and the level of which was upregulated in lymphocyte-like cells after the animal was stimulated with LPS. These results indicated that the Lj-Vav2 might be involved in the immune response of lymphocyte-like cells in lamprey.
