| 1 | Influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature显示文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%,25%,50% and 75%,respectively.The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system,X-ray diffraction analysis,atomic force microscopy,and UV spectrophotometry.It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content,and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content.The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (>90%) in the visible-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents.The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtering by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process. | LIU Baoting ZHOU Yang ZHENG Hongfang LI Mana GUO Zhe HAO Qingxun PENG Yingcai | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Light-emitting diodes based on all-inorganic copper halide perovskite with self-trapped excitons显示文摘Light-emitting diodes based on lead halide perovskite have attracted great attention due to their outstanding performance.However,their application is plagued by the toxicity of Pb and the poor stability.Herein novel copper-based all inorganic perovskite CsCu2I3 with much enhanced stability has been reported with a potential photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)over 20%and self-trapped excitons(STE).By taking advantage of its extraordinary thermal stability,we successfully fabricate high-quality CsCu2I3 film through direct vacuum-based deposition(VBD)of CsCu2I3 powder.The resulting film shows almost the same PLQY with the synthesized powder,as well as excellent uniformity and stability.The perovskite light-emitting diodes(Pe-LED)based on the evaporated CsCu2I3 emitting layer achieve a luminescence of 10 cd/m2 and an external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 0.02%.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first CsCu2I3 Pe-LED fabricated by VBD with STE property,which offers a new avenue for lead-free Pe-LED. | Nian Liu Xue Zhao Mengling Xia Guangda Niu Qingxun Guo Liang Gao Jiang Tang | 2020 | Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,5: | 4 |
| 3 | Surface pseudocapacitance of mesoporous Mo_(3)N_(2) nanowire anode toward reversible high-rate sodium-ion storage显示文摘Sodium-ion storage devices are highly desirable for large-scale energy storage applications owing to the wide availability of sodium resources and low cost.Transition metal nitrides(TMNs)are promising anode materials for sodium-ion storage,while their detailed reaction mechanism remains unexplored.Herein,we synthesize the mesoporous Mo3N2 nanowires(Meso-Mo_(3)N_(2)-NWs).The sodium-ion storage mechanism of Mo3N2 is systematically investigated through in-situ XRD,ex-situ experimental characterizations and detailed kinetics analysis.Briefly,the Mo_(3)N_(2) undergoes a surface pseudocapacitive redox charge storage process.Benefiting from the rapid surface redox reaction,the Meso-Mo_(3)N_(2)-NWs anode delivers high specific capacity(282 m Ah g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1)),excellent rate capability(87 m Ah g^(-1) at 16 A g^(-1))and long cycling stability(a capacity retention of 78.6%after 800 cycles at 1 A g^(-1)).The present work highlights that the surface pseudocapacitive sodium-ion storage mechanism enables to overcome the sluggish sodium-ion diffusion process,which opens a new direction to design and synthesize high-rate sodiumion storage materials. | Yalong Jiang Jun Dong Shuangshuang Tan Qiulong Wei Fangyu Xiong Wei Yang Yuanhao Shen Qingxun Zhang Zi'ang Liu Qinyou An Liqiang Mai | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4: | 2 |

| 11 | Unsupervised discovery of thin-film photovoltaic materials from unlabeled data显示文摘Quaternary chalcogenide semiconductors(I_(2)-II-IV-X_(4))are key materials for thin-film photovoltaics(PVs)to alleviate the energy crisis.Scaling up of PVs requires the discovery of I_(2)-II-IV-X_(4) with good photoelectric properties;however,the structure search space is significantly large to explore exhaustively.The scarcity of available data impedes even many machine learning(ML)methods.Here,we employ the unsupervised learning(UL)method to discover I2-II-IV-X4 that alleviates the challenge of data scarcity.We screen all the I_(2)-II-IV-X_(4) from the periodic table as the initial data and finally select eight candidates through UL.As predicted by ab initio calculations,they exhibit good optical conversion efficiency,strong optical responses,and good thermal stabilities at room temperatures.This typical case demonstrates the potential of UL in material discovery,which overcomes the limitation of data scarcity,and shortens the computational screening cycle of I_(2)-II-IV-X_(4) by~12.1 years,providing a research avenue for rapid material discovery. | Zhilong Wang Junfei Cai Qingxun Wang SiCheng Wu Jinjin Li | 2021 | npj Computational Materials2021,,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Vertical dominant migration channel and hydrocarbon migration in complex fault zone, Bohai Bay sag, China显示文摘The quantitatively/semi-quantitatively formation conditions of vertical dominant hydrocarbon migration pathways were analyzed based on the big data analysis of petroleum geological parameters of complex fault Zone zone in the central-south Bohai Bay. According to this condition, the vertical dominant migration pathway and its charge points/segments are searched through structural modeling assistant analysis in the East Sag of Huanghekou. Under the constraints of charge points/segments, numerical simulation of hydrocarbon charge and migration is carried out to successfully predict hydrocarbon migration pathways and hydrocarbon enrichment blocks in shallow layers of complex fault zone. The main results are as follows:(1) The hydrocarbon charge in shallow layers of the active fault zone is differential, the charge points/sections of vertical dominant migration pathways are the starting points of shallow hydrocarbon migration and are very important for the hydrocarbon migration and accumulation in the shallow layers.(2) Among the shallow faults, those cutting the deep transfer bins or deep major migration pathways, with fault throw of more than 80 m in the accumulation period and the juxtaposition thickness between fault and caprock of the deep layers of less than 400 m are likely to be vertical dominant migration pathways in the sag area.(3) By controlling the vertical dominant migration pathways and charging points/segments in carrier layer, Neo-tectonic movement caused the differential hydrocarbon accumulation in the complex fault zone. CcMYB Gene显示文摘In order to discuss the role of MYB gene in capsaicine synthesis process,one CcMYB gene was cloned from Capsicum chinense Jacq. by RT-PCR. Its cDNA has a total length of 1 038 bp,and was speculated to code 345 amino acids,comprising an complete open reading frame. The isoelectric point is 8. 57,and the molecular weight is 38. 2 KD. The protein is a neutral hydrophobin without transmembrane structure. There are two MYBDNA domains at the N terminal. The fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that CcMYB gene was expressed in all the root,stem,leaf,flower,placenta and fruit tissue of pepper,and the expression level was the highest in fruit; and CcM YB was expressed in fruit at the highest level at turning stage,and at the second highest level at expansion stage,which accords with the expression profile of pun1 gene in fruit development period.
