| 1 | Multi-Strategy Dynamic Spectrum Access in Cognitive Radio Networks: Modeling, Analysis and Optimization显示文摘Dynamic spectrum access(DSA) based on cognitive radios(CR) technique is an effective approach to address the 'spectrum scarcity' issue. However, traditional CR-enabled DSA system employs only single DSA strategy, which might not be suited to the dynamic network environment. In this paper, we propose a multi-strategy DSA(MS-DSA) system, where the primary and the secondary system share spectrum resources with multiple DSA strategies simultaneously. To analyze the performance of the proposed MS-DSA system, we model it as a continuous-time Markov chain(CTMC) and derive the expressions to compute the corresponding performance metrics. Based on this, we define a utility function involving the concerns of effective throughput, interference quantity on primary users, and spectrum leasing cost. Two optimization schemes, named as spectrum allocation and false alarm probability selection, are proposed to maximize the utility function. | 2 | Adaptive Resources Allocation Algorithm Based on Modified PSO for Cognitive Radio System显示文摘Radio spectrum has become a rare resource due to the rapid development of wireless communication technique. Cognitive radio is one of important techniques to deal with this radio spectrum problem. But the resource allocation in cognitive radio also has its own issues, such as the flexibility of the allocation algorithm, the performance of resource allocation, and so on. In order to increase the flexibility of the allocation algorithm for cognitive radio, more and more researches are focusing on the evolutionary algorithms, such as genetic algorithm(GA), particle swarm optimization(PSO). Evolutionary algorithm can greatly improve the flexibility of the allocation algorithm for cognitive radio system in different communication scenarios, but the performances are relatively lower than the original mathematical methods. So in this paper, we proposed an adaptive resource allocation algorithm based on modified PSO for cognitive radio system to solve these problems. Modified particle swarm optimization(Modified PSO) has both genetic algorithm(GA) and particle swarm optimization(PSO)’s updating processes which makes this modified PSO overcame PSO’s own disadvantages and keep advantages. | 11 | Hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffolds combined with Microfracture Promote in Situ Articular Cartilage Regeneration in Rabbits显示文摘Tissue engineering provides a promising avenue for treating cartilage defects.However,great challenges remain in the development of structurally and functionally optimized scaffolds for cartilage repair and regeneration.In this study,decellularized cartilage extracellular matrix(ECM)and waterborne polyurethane(WPU)were employed to construct WPU and WPU-ECM scaffolds by water-based 3D printing using low-temperature deposition manufacturing(LDM)system,which combines rapid deposition manufacturing with phase separation techniques.The scaffolds successfully achieved hierarchical macro-microporous structures.After adding ECM,WPU scaffolds were markedly optimized in terms of porosity,hydrophilia and bioactive components.Moreover,the optimized WPU-ECM scaffolds were found to be more suitable for cell distribution,adhesion,and proliferation than the WPU scaffolds.Most importantly,the WPU-ECM scaffold could facilitate the production of glycosaminoglycan(GAG)and collagen and the upregulation of cartilage-specific genes.These results indicated that the WPU-ECM scaffold with hierarchical macro-microporous structures could recreate a favorable microenvironment for cell adhesion,proliferation,differentiation,and ECM production.In vivo studies further revealed that the hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffold combined with the microfracture procedure successfully regenerated hyaline cartilage in a rabbit model.Six months after implantation,the repaired cartilage showed a similar histological structure and mechanical performance to that of normal cartilage.In conclusion,the hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffold may be a promising candidate for cartilage tissue engineering applications in the future. | Mingxue Chen YangYang Li Shuyun Liu Zhaoxuan Feng Hao Wang Dejin Yang Weimin Guo Zhiguo Yuan Shuang Gao Yu Zhang Kangkang Zha Bo Huang Fu Wei Xinyu Sang Qinyu Tian Xuan Yang Xiang sui Yixin Zhou Yufeng Zheng Quanyi Guo | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,7: | 1 |

| 13 | Characteristics and development model of karst reservoirs in the fourth member of Sinian Dengying Formation in central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The reservoir space,types and distribution characteristics of karst carbonate gas reservoirs in the fourth member of Sinian Dengying Formation(Deng 4 Member)in central Sichuan Basin are analyzed based on the drilling,logging and seismic data.A development model of karst reservoirs is constructed to support the high-efficiency development of gas pools.The research shows that the reservoirs in Deng 4 Member have mainly small-scale karst vugs and fractures as storage space,and can be divided into three types,fracture-vug,pore-vug and pore types.The development patterns of the karst reservoirs are determined.On the plane,the karst layers increase from 65 m to 170 m in thickness from the karst platform to the karst slope,and the high-quality reservoirs increase from 25.0 m to 42.2 m in thickness;vertically,the reservoirs at the top of Deng 4 Member appear in multiple layers,and show along-bedding and along fracture dissolution characteristics.The reservoirs at the bottom are characterized by the dissolution parallel to the water level during the karstification period,and have 3-5 large-scale fracture-cave systems.Based on the reservoir development characteristics and the genetic mechanism,three types of reservoir development models of karst reservoir are established,i.e.,bed-dissolved body,fracture-dissolved body and paleohorizon-dissolved body.The construction of karst reservoir development models and seismic response characteristics of the three types of reservoirs can provide parameter for well placement and trajectory design,and substantially improve productivity and development indices of individual wells and gas reservoirs.The designed production capacity of the gas reservoir has enhanced from the initial 3.6 billion to 6 billion cubic meters,making the profit of the reservoir development increase noticeably. | YAN Haijun HE Dongbo JIA Ailin LI Zhiping GUO Jianlin PENG Xian MENG Fankun LI Xinyu ZHU Zhanmei DENG Hui XIA Qinyu ZHENG Guoqiang YANG Shan SHI Xiaomin | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4: | 1 |
