1Synthesis of magnetic polyphosphazene-Ag composite particles as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates for the detection of melamine显示文摘Magnetic polyphosphazene(MPZS) particles coated by Ag nanoparticles(MPZS-Ag) have been developed as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) substrates for sensitive detection of melamine in aqueous solutions and milk samples.5,5’-Dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) was used as model analyte to test the SERS activity of the MPZS-Ag particles.The prepared MPZS-Ag particles possess both magnetic responsiveness and excellent SERS properties.SERS detection of different concentrations of melamine aqueous solutions and spiked milk samples were performed by the MPZS-Ag particles.The limit of detection(LOD) of the melamine in aqueous solutions was 10^-7 mol/L(0.0126 mg/L) and 0.6 mg/L in real milk samples using the MPZS-Ag particles as SERS substrates.The LOD of the melamine are much lower than the safety values of Food and Drug Administration and Codex Alimentarius Commission.These results indicate that the MPZS-Ag particles have promising application prospect for SERS analysis in food safety fields.Ci Huang Feifei Lu Ke Xu Guanjun Ding Lijun You Jiabin Wang Qiqing Zhang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:6
2Molecular cloning and functional identification of a cDNA encoding 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase from Tripterygium wilfordii显示文摘The 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase(HDR) is the last step key enzyme of the methylerythritol phosphate(MEP) pathway,synthesizing isopentenyl diphosphate and its allyl isomer dimethylallyl diphosphate,which is important for regulation of isoprenoid biosynthesis.Here the full-length cDNA of HDR,designated TwHDR(GenBank Accession No.KJ933412.1),was isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii for the first time.TwHDR has an open reading frame(ORF) of 1386 bp encoding461 amino acids.TwHDR exhibits high homology with HDRs of other plants,with an N-terminal conserved domain and three conserved cysteine residues.TwHDR cDNA was cloned into an expression vector and transformed into an Escherichia coli hdr mutant.Since loss-of-function E.coli hdr mutant is lethal,the result showed that transformation of TwHDR cDNA rescued the E.coli hdr mutant.This complementation assay suggests that the TwHDR cDNA encodes a functional HDR enzyme.The expression of TwHDR was induced by methyl-jasmonate(MJ) in T.wilfordii suspension cells.The expression of TwHDR reached the highest level after 1 h of MJ treatment.These results indicate that we have identified a functional TwHDR enzyme,which may play a pivotal role in the biosynthesis of diterpenoid triptolide in T.wilfordii.Qiqing Cheng Yuru Tong Zihao Wang Ping Su Wei Gao Luqi Huang 2017Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2:5

6SOLUTION OF MULTIPLE CRACKS IN A FINITE PLATE OF AN ELASTIC ISOTROPIC MATERIAL WITH THE DISTRIBUTED DISLOCATION METHOD显示文摘This paper presents a numerical solution to model multiple cracks in a finite plate of an elastic isotropic material. Both the boundaries and the cracks are modeled by distributed dislocations. This method results in a system of singular integral equations with Cauchy kernels which can be solved by Gauss-Chebyshev quadrature method. 7The Monitoring with Video and Alarm System Based on Linux Router显示文摘As one of important safeguarded measures in security field, the video monitoring system have been applied in extensive ways such as building’s security,information’s acquisition and medical treatment. In current time, the intelligent home systems as well as the Internet of Things are forming a more and more mature industrial chain. One of the most important applications is the video monitoring system developed by new technology. Deploy an appropriate design of video monitoring system in the several fields such as public security, traffic schedule, systems control and so on, is a major technological medium which can guarantee not wasting an amount of manpower resource as well as keeping the system in a good running status. This article based on the preponderance of the Linux system, especially the character of open source of it. Combine the Linux system and some particular routers;designing a real-time and efficient video monitoring system. It’s functional and in the meantime it can discriminate abnormal information or the situation automatically and then raise the alarm. This system use matured B/S mode in software’s framework, which is also lightweight class. 9Metabolic signatures and potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and treaeatment of colon cancer cachexia显示文摘Cancer cachexia(CAC)is a debilitating condition that often arises from noncachexia cancer(NCAC),with distinct metabolic characteristics and medical treatments.However,the metabolic changes and underlying molecular mechanisms during cachexia progression remain poorly understood.Understanding the progression of CAC is crucial for developing diagnostic approaches to distinguish between CAC and NCAC stages,facilitating appropriate treatment for cancer patients.In this study,we establish a mouse model of colon CAC and categorize the mice into three groups:CAC,NCAC and normal control(NOR).By performing nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)-based metabolomic profiling on mouse sera,we elucidate the metabolic properties of these groups.Our findings unveil significant differences in the metabolic profiles among the CAC,NCAC and NOR groups,highlighting significant impairments in energy metabolism and amino acid metabolism during cachexia progression.Additionally,we observe the elevated serum levels of lysine and acetate during the transition from the NCAC to CAC stages.Using multivariate ROC analysis,we identify lysine and acetate as potential biomarkers for distinguishing between CAC and NCAC stages.These biomarkers hold promise for the diagnosis of CAC from noncachexia cancer.Our study provides novel insights into the metabolic mechanisms underlying cachexia progression and offers valuable avenues for the diagnosis and treatment of CAC in clinical settings.Xu Qiu Ruohan Lu Qiqing He Shu Chen Caihua Huang Donghai Lin 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,12:0
