| 2 | Optimal Spectrum Sensing in Energy Harvesting Cognitive Radio Systems显示文摘In this paper,we consider a cognitive radio system with energy harvesting,in which the secondary user operates in a saving-sensing-transmitting(SST) fashion.We investigate the tradeoff between energy harvesting,channel sensing and data transmission and focus on the optimal SST structure to maximize the SU's expected achievable throughput.We consider imperfect knowledge of energy harvesting rate,which cannot be exactly known and only its statistical information is available.By formulating the problem of expected achievable throughput optimization as a mixed-integer non-linear programming one,we derive the optimal saveratio and number of sensed channels with indepth analysis.Simulation results show that the optimal SST structure outperforms random one and performance gain can be enhanced by increasing the SU's energy harvesting rate. | QU Zhaowei SONG Qizhu YIN Sixing | 2014 | China Communications2014,11,5: | 4 |

| 8 | Feedback LSTM Network Based on Attention for Image Description Generator显示文摘Images are complex multimedia data which contain rich semantic information.Most of current image description generator algorithms only generate plain description,with the lack of distinction between primary and secondary object,leading to insufficient high-level semantic and accuracy under public evaluation criteria.The major issue is the lack of effective network on high-level semantic sentences generation,which contains detailed description for motion and state of the principal object.To address the issue,this paper proposes the Attention-based Feedback Long Short-Term Memory Network(AFLN).Based on existing codec framework,there are two independent sub tasks in our method:attention-based feedback LSTM network during decoding and the Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM)in the coding phase.First,we propose an attentionbased network to feedback the features corresponding to the generated word from the previous LSTM decoding unit.We implement feedback guidance through the related field mapping algorithm,which quantifies the correlation between previous word and latter word,so that the main object can be tracked with highlighted detailed description.Second,we exploit the attention idea and apply a lightweight and general module called CBAM after the last layer of VGG 16 pretraining network,which can enhance the expression of image coding features by combining channel and spatial dimension attention maps with negligible overheads.Extensive experiments on COCO dataset validate the superiority of our network over the state-of-the-art algorithms.Both scores and actual effects are proved.The BLEU 4 score increases from 0.291 to 0.301 while the CIDEr score rising from 0.912 to 0.952. | Zhaowei Qu Bingyu Cao Xiaoru Wang Fu Li Peirong Xu Luhan Zhang | 2019 | Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,5: | 1 |

| 10 | An intelligent near-infrared light activatable nanosystem for accurate regulation of zinc signaling in living cells显示文摘Accurate regulation of cellular zinc signaling is imperative to decipher underlyingzinc functions and develop new therapeutic agents. However, the ability tomodulate zinc in a spatiotemporal manner remains elusive. We herein report anintelligent spiropyran-upconversion (SP-UCNPs) based nanosystem that enablesnear-infrared (NIR) light-controlled zinc release at precise times and locations.The magnitude of zinc release can be simply manipulated by varying the durationof NIR irradiation. Moreover, the utilization of NIR light not only showed littledamage to cells but also significantly improved penetration depth. By evaluatingactivity of a model protein, phosphatase 2A, we further validated zinc signalingactivation. Importantly, our strategy may be broadly applicable to other types ofmetal ions, like the ubiquitous second messenger calcium. | 13 | Optimization of Crosswalk Width Based on Bi-Directional Pedestrian Crossing Time at Signalized Intersections显示文摘The effects of the interactions between bi-directional pedestrians on the crossing time and the crosswalk width are studied. Firstly,the crossing process of bi-directional pedestrians is analyzed.The total crosswalk time is divided into a discharge time and a crossing time. The interactions between bi-directional pedestrians are quantified with the drag force theory. Then,a model is developed to study the crossing time based on the kinetic energy theory and momentum theory. Subsequently,the related parameters of the proposed model are calibrated with observed information. The relationships among crosswalk width,signal time,pedestrian volume and level of service are simulated with the proposed model. The results are verified and compared with other models. The proposed model has an absolute value of relative error of 9. 38%,which is smaller than that of the Alhajyaseen model( 15. 26%) and Highway Capacity Manual( HCM) model( 12. 42%).
