| 1 | Wide-steering-angle high-resolution optical phased array显示文摘Optical phased array(OPA)technology is considered a promising solution for solid-state beam steering to supersede the traditional mechanical beam steering. As a key component of the LIDAR system for long-range detection,OPAs featuring a wide steering angle and high resolution without beam aliasing are highly desired. However,a wide steering range requires a waveguide pitch less than half of the wavelength, which is easily subjected to cross talk.Besides, high resolution requires a large aperture, and it is normally achieved by a high count number of waveguides, which complicates the control system. To solve the mentioned issues,we design two high-performance 128-channel OPAs fabricated on a multilayered SiN-on-SOI platform.Attributed to the nonuniform antenna pitch, only 128 waveguides are used to achieve a 4 mm wide aperture.Besides,by virtue of innovative dual-level silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))waveguide grating antennas, the fishbone antenna OPA achieves a 100°×19.4°field of view(FOV)with divergence of 0.021°×0.029°,and the chain antenna OPA realizes a 140°×19.23°FOV with divergence of 0.021°×0.1°.To our best knowledge,140°is the widest lateral steering range in two-dimensional OPA,and 0.029°is the smallest longitudinal divergence. Finally,we embed the OPA into a frequency-modulated continuous-wave system to achieve 100 m distance measurement. The reflected signal from 100 m distance is well detected with 26 dBm input transmitter power, which proves that OPA serves as a promising candidate for transceiving optical signal in a LIDAR system. | YINGZHI LI BAISONG CHEN QUANXIN NA QIJIE XIE MIN TAO LANXUAN ZHANG ZIHAO ZHI YUXUAN LI XIAOBIN LIU XIANSHU LUO GUOQIANG LO FENGLI GAO XUEYAN LI JUNFENG SONG | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,12: | 7 |

| 8 | Consecutive topological transitions of helical Fermi arcs at saddle points in CoSi显示文摘The CoSi family hosts unconventional topological nodes with nonzero Chern numbers. The nontrivial topology is manifested by conspicuous surface Fermi arcs connecting surface projections of the nodes. Here, using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we have systematically investigated the(001)surface states of pristine and Ni-doped Co Si.The surface states form saddle-like band structures at/near the time-reversal invariant point near the Fermi level. The Fermi arcs undergo consecutive Lifshitz transitions at the saddle points X,leading to changes of the Fermi arc configuration. As the density of states has a van Hove singularity at the saddle points, exotic many-body physical phenomena may emerge accompanied by the topological transitions of surface Fermi arcs. | Zhicheng Rao Shangjie Tian Shunye Gao Quanxin Hu Wenhui Fan Jierui Huang Cenyao Tang Yaobo Huang Hechang Lei Yujie Sun Tian Qian Hong Ding | 2022 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,5: | 0 |
| 9 | Genetic parameter evaluation for growth and cold resistance traits of the giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii显示文摘The giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii distributed from tropical to subtropical regions,is a warm-water species, and its survival temperature is 14-35°C,which greatly limits its culture cycle and culture area in China. Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate a new high quality, high yield variety with improved cold-resistance,but the genetic parameters for cold-resistance traits are unknown in M.rosenbergii.In this study, the cold-resistance of adult M.rosenbergii populations was tested using the indoor artificial cooling method.Individuals were selected from 139 families of Shufeng G3 generation and cultured for 200 days.A linear mixed model was constructed by ASReml-R to evaluate the genetic parameters of the cold-resistance trait(cooling degree hours,CDH)and growth traits(body weight,BW,and body length,BL)based on the restricted maximum likelihood(REML)method. The results show that the heritability of CDH was low(0.12±0.05),while the growth traits(BW and BL)had low to moderate heritability, with 0.20±0.06 for BW and 0.06±0.04 for BL.The phenotypic and genetic correlation between BW and BL was significantly positive, but significantly negative phenotypic and genetic correlations were detected between CDH and BW and between CDH and BL.Furthermore, the analysis of the differences between cold-resistance and phenotypic traits showed that the female reproductive status, exoskeleton hardness and claw number of adult prawns had a great influence on the cold-resistance of M.rosenbergii(P<0.05),indicating that adults with claws and hard exoskeletons are preferred as parents in subsequent breeding selection. The present results can be attributed to the selection and breeding of a new cold-resistant variety of M.rosenbergii. | Haihui TU Qianqian XING Zhenxiao ZHONG Qiongying TANG Shaokui YI Zhenglong XIA Miaoying CAI Jingfen LI Quanxin GAO Guoliang YANG | 2024 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2024,42,2: | 0 |
