| 1 | Contemporary crustal deformation of the Chinese continent and tectonic block model显示文摘We obtain the preliminary result of crustal deformation velocity field for the Chinese con-tinent by analyzing GPS data from the Crustal Motion Observation Network of China (CMONOC), particularly the data from the regional networks of CMONOC observed in 1999 and 2001. We de-lineate 9 tectonically active blocks and 2 broadly distributed deformation zones out of a denseGPS velocity field, and derive block motion Euler poles for the blocks and their relative motionrates. Our result reveals that there are 3 categories of deformation patterns in the Chinese conti-nent. The first category, associated with the interior of the Tibetan Plateau and the Tianshan oro-genic belt, shows broadly distributed deformation within the regions. The third category, associatedwith the Tarim Basin and the region east of the north-south seismic belt of China, shows block-likemotion, with deformation accommodated along the block boundaries only. The second category, mainly associated with the borderland of the Tibetan Plateau, such as the Qaidam, Qilian, Xining(in eastern Qinghai), and the Diamond-shaped (in western Sichuan and Yunnan) blocks, has thedeformation pattern between the first and the third, i.e. these regions appear to deform block-like,but with smaller sizes and less strength for the blocks. Based on the analysis of the lithosphericstructures and the deformation patterns of the regions above, we come to the inference that thedeformation modes of the Chinese continental crust are mainly controlled by the crustal structure.The crust of the eastern China and the Tarim Basin is mechanically strong, and its deformationtakes the form of relative motion between rigid blocks. On the other hand, the northward indentation of the Indian plate into the Asia continent has created the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the Tianshan Mountains, thickened their crust, and raised the temperature in the crust. The lower crust thus has become ductile, evidenced in low seismic velocity and high electric conductivity observed. The brittle part of the crust, driven by the visco-plastic flow of the lower crust, deforms extensively at all scales. The regions of the second category located at the borderland of the Tibetan Plateau are at the transition zone between the regions of the first and the third categories in terms of the crustal structure. | 5 | Warehouse scheduling performance analysis considering LHRL显示文摘Warehouse scheduling efficiency has to do with the length-height ratio of location(LHRL) to some extent, which hasn't been well investigated until now. In this paper a mathematic model is built by analyzing the relation between the travel time of the stacker and LHRL. Meanwhile, warehouse scheduling strategy is studied combining with the project on the automatic production line of an enterprise, and a warehouse scheduling strategy is proposed based on index of quality(IoQ) parameters. Besides, the process of getting the value of IoQ is also simplified with the idea of sparse matrix. Finally, the IoQ scheduling strategy is compared with random strategy and First Come First Out strategy in different LHRLs. | 8 | Tanshinone IIA prevents LPS-induced inflammatory responses in mice via inactivation of succinate dehydrogenase in macrophages显示文摘Metabolic reprogramming is associated with NLRP3 inflammasome activation in activated macrophages,contributing to inflammatory responses.Tanshinone IIA(Tan-IIA)is a major constituent from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,which exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.In this study,we investigated the effects of Tan-IIA on inflammation in macrophages in focus on its regulation of metabolism and redox state.In lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-stimulated mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs),Tan-IIA(10μM)significantly decreased succinate-boosted IL-1βand IL-6 production,accompanied by upregulation of IL-1RA and IL-10 release via inhibiting succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Tan-IIA concentration dependently inhibited SDH activity with an estimated IC50 of 4.47μM in LPS-activated BMDMs.Tan-IIA decreased succinate accumulation,suppressed mitochondrial reactive oxygen species production,thus preventing hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)induction.Consequently,Tan-IIA reduced glycolysis and protected the activity of Sirtuin2(Sirt2),an NAD+-dependent protein deacetylase,by raising the ratio of NAD+/NADH in activated macrophages.The acetylation ofα-tubulin was required for the assembly of NLRP3 inflammasome;Tan-IIA increased the binding of Sirt2 toα-tubulin,and thus reduced the acetylation ofα-tubulin,thus impairing this process.Sirt2 knockdown or application of Sirt2 inhibitor AGK-2(10μM)neutralized the effects of Tan-IIA,suggesting that Tan-IIA inactivated NLRP3 inflammasome in a manner dependent on Sirt2 regulation.The anti-inflammatory effects of Tan-IIA were observed in mice subjected to LPS challenge:pre-administration of Tan-IIA(20 mg/kg,ip)significantly attenuated LPS-induced acute inflammatory responses,characterized by elevated IL-1βbut reduced IL-10 levels in serum.The peritoneal macrophages isolated from the mice displayed similar metabolic regulation.In conclusion,Tan-IIA reduces HIF-1αinduction via SDH inactivation,and preserves Sirt2 activity via downregulation of glycolysis,contributing to suppression of NLRP3 inflammasome activation.This study provides a new insight into the anti-inflammatory action of Tan-IIA from the respect of metabolic and redox regulation. | Qiu-yan Liu Yu Zhuang Xian-rui Song Qun Niu Qiu-shuang Sun Xiao-nan Li Ning Li Bao-lin Liu Fang Huang Zhi-xia Qiu | 2021 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,6: | 1 |

| 19 | A Selective‑Response Hypersensitive Bio‑Inspired Strain Sensor Enabled by Hysteresis Effect and Parallel Through‑Slits Structures显示文摘Flexible strain sensors are promising in sensing minuscule mechanical signals,and thereby widely used in various advanced fields.However,the effective integration of hypersensitivity and highly selective response into one flexible strain sensor remains a huge challenge.Herein,inspired by the hysteresis strategy of the scorpion slit receptor,a bio-inspired flexible strain sensor(BFSS)with parallel through-slit arrays is designed and fabricated.Specifically,BFSS consists of conductive monolayer graphene and viscoelastic styrene–isoprene–styrene block copolymer.Under the synergistic effect of the bio-inspired slit structures and flexible viscoelastic materials,BFSS can achieve both hypersensitivity and highly selective frequency response.Remarkably,the BFSS exhibits a high gage factor of 657.36,and a precise identification of vibration frequencies at a resolution of 0.2 Hz through undergoing different morphological changes to high-frequency vibration and low-frequency vibration.Moreover,the BFSS possesses a wide frequency detection range(103 Hz)and stable durability(1000 cycles).It can sense and recognize vibration signals with different characteristics,including the frequency,amplitude,and waveform.This work,which turns the hysteresis effect into a'treasure,'can provide new design ideas for sensors for potential applications including human–computer interaction and health monitoring of mechanical equipment. | Qun Wang Zhongwen Yao Changchao Zhang Honglie Song Hanliang Ding Bo Li Shichao Niu Xinguan Huang Chuanhai Chen Zhiwu Han Luquan Ren | 2024 | Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,2: | 0 |
