Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve, the number of diabetes patients in China, along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease, has been increasing.Among these complications, diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy, culture, religion and level of medical care available across different regions, preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly. In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot, the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology. In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society, the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology, burn injury, vascular surgery, orthopedics, foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries, this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot, queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China. This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot, then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail, and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers. This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine, surgical, nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot. | Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 34
Construct hepatic analog by cell-matrix controlled assembly technology显示文摘A mixture of hepatic cells and chito- san/gelatin solution was deposited to construct a hepatic analog by way of layer-by-layer deposition technique using a home-made devise. The size and cell concentration of the analogs can be controlled freely. Approximately 90% of the hepatic cells re- mained viable under 0.2 Mpa extrusion pressure. Cultured in vitro 8 weeks before animal test, hepatic cells in structure maintained their phenotype and kept proliferating, and albumin and other secretion of the cells increased. Cords and hepaton-like structures were observed after culture for 20 d. These results indicate that hepatic cells could be assembled di- rectly into a 3D viable structure and expanded to form a hepatic organoid. This accomplishment is consid- ered to be an interesting means for the fabrication of liver replacements. | LIU Haixia YAN Yongnian WANG Xiaohong CHENG Jie LIN Feng XIONG Zhuo Wu Rendong | 2006 | Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,15: | 7
Inverse kinematics model of parallel macro-micro manipulator system显示文摘An improved design, which employs the integration of optic, mechanical and electronic technologies for the next generation large radio telescope, is presented in this note. The authors propose the concept of parallel macro-micro manipulator system from the feed support structure with a rough tuning subsystem based on a cable structure and a fine tuning subsystem based on the Stewart platform. According to the requirement of astronomical observation, the inverse kinematics model of this parallel macro-micro manipulator system is deduced. This inverse kinematics model is necessary for the computer-controlled motion of feed. | WANG Wenli DUAN Baoyan LIU Hong NAN Rendong PENG Bo | 2000 | Chinese Science Bulletin2000,45,24: | 4
Identification and functional analysis of heterogeneous FOXP3^+ Treg cell subpopulations in human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T(Treg) cells express the transcription factor FOXP3 and play an essential role in preventing autoimmunity. Abundant Treg cell accumulation in tumors and tumor draining lymph nodes(TDLNs) has been reported to correlate with both poor and favorable prognosis in various cancers, which suggests that Tregs may have multiple effects on antitumor immunity. However, the heterogeneity of tumor^-and TDLN^-infiltrating Treg cells remains unclear. Here we provide heterogeneity analysis of tumor infiltrating human CD4^+Treg cells and their matched adjacent tissues and TDLNs. We defined three different subpopulations of tumor^-and TDLN^-infiltrating Treg cells by Helios and CCR8 expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) and confirmed their functional heterogeneity. Helios^+CCR8^+Treg cells with potent suppressor function and limited IL^-2 and IFN^-c secretion were identified in tumors and TDLNs. On the contrary, Helios^-CCR8^-Treg cells have impaired suppressive activity, and elevated expression of pro^-inflammatory cytokines. More advanced grades of PDAC have predominantly Helios^+CCR8^+Treg cells and few Helios^-CCR8^-Treg cells both in tumors and TDLNs that suggests poor prognosis. These data could help further define the role of Treg cells and their functional role in tumors and TDLNs. | Gang Yi Shiwei Guo Wenyu Liu Huan Wang Rendong Liu Andy Tsun Gang Jin Bin Li | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,15: | 3

New Evidence from Alashan Area of West Nei Monggol to Reveal Enigma of Dinosaur Extinction显示文摘Dinosaur extinction of the late Cretaceous is an enigma. A scorched earth layer was discovered at the end of the Cretaceous system from drilling cores in west of Nei Monggol in China. And there was a creature interruption for 6-8 million years after that period through fossil analysis of the area and the adjacent area. Just in the same system of scorched earth layer, the Polish scientists found the abnormal geo chemical phenomena and high dense universal substances generally contained in meteorite. The authors think, at the end of Cretaceous, many celestial bodies ran into the earth. The collision caused fires all over the world and slowed down the speed of the earth rotation suddenly. The oxygen density decreased sharply. And because of the sudden increase of day length, the biological clock of dinosaur was in the state of chaos. That’s the reason why dinosaurs got extinct. It took a very long time both for the oxygen to return normal for most creatures to live and for the new species fit for new rotation speed of the earth to come into being. That’s why there was the creature interruption after the extinction of the dinosaur. | Wang Hongzhi School of Life, Hubei University, Wuhan 430062 Wang Xueyin Army No.68612 of People’s Republic of China, Yinchuan 750021 Li Rendong Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan 430077 | 2001 | Journal of China University of Geosciences2001,12,2: | 1
Temperature-mediated tribological characteristics of 40CrNiMoA steel and Inconel 718 alloy during sliding against Si_(3)N_(4) counterparts显示文摘A comparative evaluation of the friction and wear behaviors of 40CrNiMoA steel and Inconel 718 alloy sliding against Si_(3)N_(4) counterparts was conducted over a large temperature range from room temperature(RT)to 800℃.The temperature‐dependent tribological properties associated with the resulting chemical mitigation and structural adaptation of the solid sliding surface were clarified by surface/interface characterizations. The results revealed desirable performance in reducing friction and wear at elevated temperatures, which was associated with the resulting oxide composite filmʹs adaptive lubricating capability, whereas severe abrasive wear occurred at room/ambient temperatures. The oxidative‐abrasive differentials for the two alloys were further discussed by considering the combined effect of temperature and stressed‐shearing conditions. | Liuyang BAI Shanhong WAN Gewen YI Yu SHAN Sang The PHAM Anh Kiet TIEU Yan LI Rendong WANG | 2021 | Friction2021,9,5: | 0
