1基于生态敏感性评价和CA-Markov模拟的平原型城市开发边界划定——以南昌市为例显示文摘城市开发边界的合理划定对引导城市空间有序增长、保障城市空间健康发展具有重要作用。本文以南昌市为研究区,从土壤侵蚀、生境、地质灾害和水资源4方面进行生态敏感性评价,同时,基于CA-Markov模型和南昌市2000、2010和2015年土地利用数据对2020年城市扩张进行模拟;结合南昌市未来发展定位,对两方面成果进行空间决策分析;通过两者的动态协调,提出一种综合生态保护和城市发展的新型城市开发边界划定方法。结果表明:南昌市生态整体属于中度敏感,基于CA-Markov模拟得到的城市建设用地规模为1239.67 km^2,超出规划的建设用地指标(1201.65 km^2);但是,将生态敏感性评价结果与扩张模拟结果叠加,并进行动态调整,最终获得调整后的建设用地规模为1193.15 km^2,符合规划要求。从保护与发展的协同视角出发,不仅可以保护生态空间,而且有利于引导城市空间有序增长、保障城市空间的健康发展,是实现城市合理开发与生态保护双赢的重要途径。易丹 赵小敏 郭熙 赵丽红 张晗 韩逸 Roshan Subedi 罗志军 2020应用生态学报2020,31,1:35
2The role of gut microbiota in the gut-brain axis:current challenges and perspectives显示文摘Brain and the gastrointestinal(GI)tract are intimately con-nected to form a bidirectional neurohumoral communica-tion system.The communication between gut and brain,knows as the gut-brain axis,is so well established that the functional status of gut is always related to the condi-tion of brain.The researches on the gut-brain axis were traditionally focused on the psychological status affecting the function of the GI tract.However,recent evidences showed that gut microbiota communicates with the brain via the gut-brain axis to modulate brain development and behavioral phenotypes.These recent fi ndings on the new role of gut microbiota in the gut-brain axis implicate that gut microbiota could associate with brain functions as well as neurological diseases via the gut-brain axis.To elucidate the role of gut microbiota in the gut-brain axis,precise identification of the composition of microbes constituting gut microbiota is an essential step.However,identifi cation of microbes constituting gut microbiota has been the main technological challenge currently due to massive amount of intestinal microbes and the diffi culties in culture of gut microbes.Current methods for identifi ca-tion of microbes constituting gut microbiota are depend-ent on omics analysis methods by using advanced high tech equipment.Here,we review the association of gut microbiota with the gut-brain axis,including the pros and cons of the current high throughput methods for identi-fi cation of microbes constituting gut microbiota to eluci-date the role of gut microbiota in the gut-brain axis.Xiao Chen Roshan D’Souza Seong-Tshool Hong 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,6:31
3Polymorphism of -765G > C COX-2 is a risk factor for gastric adenocarcinoma and peptic ulcer disease in addition to H pylori infection:A study from northern India显示文摘AIM: To investigate -765G > C COX-2 polymorphism and H pylori infection in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma, peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and non- ulcer dyspepsia (NUD). METHODS: We enrolled 348 adult patients (62 gastric adenocarcinoma, 45 PUD and 241 NUD) undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy at two referral centers between September, 2002 and May, 2007. H pylori infection was diagnosed when any of the four tests (RUT, culture, histopathology and PCR) were positive. Genotyping for -765G > C polymorphism of COX-2 was performed by PCR-RFLP analysis. RESULTS: Frequency of C carrier had significantassociation with gastric adenocarcinoma as compared to NUD [77.4% vs 29%, P < 0.001, odds ratio (OR) 8.20; 95% confidence interval (95% CI), 4.08-16.47] and PUD (77.4% vs 31.1%, P < 0.001; OR 8.04; 95% CI, 3.25-19.90). Risk of gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher in patients having C carrier with (OR 7.83; 95% CI 3.09-19.85) and without H pylori infection (OR 7.06; 95% CI, 2.61-19.09). Patients with C carrier and H pylori infection had significant risk for the development of PUD (P < 0.001; OR 5.65; 95% CI, 2.07-15.34). CONCLUSION: -765G > C COX-2 polymorphism with or without H pylori could be a marker for genetic susceptibility to gastric adenocarcinoma. 5Watershed classification by remote sensing indices: A fuzzy c-means clustering approach显示文摘Determining the relatively similar hydrological properties of the watersheds is very crucial in order to readily classify them for management practices such as flood and soil erosion control. This study aimed to identify homogeneous hydrological watersheds using remote sensing data in western Iran. To achieve this goal, remote sensing indices including SAVI, LAI, NDMI, NDVI and snow cover, were extracted from MODIS data over the period 2000 to 2015. Then, a fuzzy method was used to clustering the watersheds based on the extracted indices. A fuzzy c-mean(FCM) algorithm enabled to classify 38 watersheds in three homogeneous groups.The optimal number of clusters was determined through evaluation of partition coefficient, partition entropy function and trial and error. The results indicated three homogeneous regions identified by the fuzzy c-mean clustering and remote sensing product which are consistent with the variations of topography and climate of the study area. 6Germacrone Induces Apoptosis in Human Hepatoma HepG2 Cells through Inhibition of the JAK2/STAT3 Signalling Pathway显示文摘Previous studies have shown that STAT3 plays a vital role in the genesis and progression of cancer. In this study, we investigated the relationship between the JAK2/STAT3 signalling pathway and germacrone-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were incubated with germacrone for 24 h, the protein expression of p-STAT3, STAT3, p-JAK2 and JAK2 was detected by Western Blotting, and RT-PCR was used to determine the expression of STAT3, p53, Bcl-2 and Bax at transcriptional levels. Besides that, HepG2 cells were pre-treated with AG490 or IL-6 for 2 h, and then incubated with germacrone for 24 h. The expression of p-JAK2, JAK2, p-STAT3, STAT3, p53, Bax and Bcl-2 was detected by Western blotting. The activity of HepG2 cells was tested by MTT assay. The apoptosis of HepG2 cells and levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were flow cytometrically measured. The results showed that germacrone exposure decreased p-STAT3 and p-JAK2 and regulated expression of p53 and Bcl-2 family members at the same time. Moreover, IL-6 enhanced the activation of the JAK2/STAT3 signalling pathway and therefore attenuated the germacrone-induced apoptosis. Suppression of JAK2/STAT3 signalling pathway by AG490, an inhibitor of JAK2, resulted in apoptosis and an increase in ROS in response to germacrone exposure. 7Fucoidan Induces Apoptosis of HepG2 Cells by Down-regulating p-Stat3显示文摘Fucoidan is one of the main bioactive components of polysaccharides. The current study was focused on the anti-tumor effects of fucoidan on human heptoma cell line HepG2 and the possible mechanisms. Fucoidan treatment resulted in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner detected by MTT assay, flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy. The results of flow cytometric analysis revealed that fucoidan induced G2/M arrest in the cell cycle progression. Hoechst 33258 and Annexin V/PI staining results showed that the apoptotic cell number was increased, which was associated with a dose-dependent up-regulation of Bax and down-regulation of Bcl-2 and p-Stat3. In parallel, the up-regulation of p53 and the increase in reactive oxygen species were also observed, which may play important roles in the inhibition of HepG2 growth by fucoidan. In the meantime,Cyclin B1 and CDK1 were down-regulated by fucoidan treatment. Down-regulation of p-Stat3 by fucoidan resulted in apoptosis and an increase in ROS in response to fucoidan exposure. We therefore concluded that fucoidan induces apoptosis through the down-regulation of p-Stat3. 8Nomograms for predicting pathological response to neoadjuvant treatments in patients with rectal cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND In recent decades, neoadjuvant therapy(NT) has been the standardized treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC). Approximately 8%-35% of patients with LARC who received NT were reported to have achieved a complete pathological response(pCR). If the pathological response(PR) can be accurately predicted, these patients may not need surgery. In addition, no response after NT implies that the tumor is destructive, resistant to both chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and prone to having a high metastatic potential. Therefore,developing accurate models to predict PR has great clinical significance and can help achieve individualized treatment in LARC patients.AIM To establish nomograms for predicting PR to different NT regimens based on pretreatment parameters for patients with LARC.METHODS Rectal cancer patients were identified from the database of The Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from January 2012 to December 2016. Logistic regression and nomograms were developed to predict the probability of pCR and good downstaging to ypT0-2N0M0(ypTNM 0-I), respectively, based on pretreatment parameters for all LARC patients. Nomograms were also developed for three NT regimens(capecitabine/deGramont-RT, mFOLFOX6, and m FOLFOX6-RT) to predict pCR probability.RESULTS Four hundred and three patients were included in this study; 72(17.9%) had pCR at the final pathology report, and 177(43.9%) achieved good downstaging to ypT0-2N0M0(ypTNM 0-I). The nomogram for predicting pCR probability showed that NT regimens, tumor differentiation, mesorectal fascia(MRF) status,and tumor length significantly influenced pCR probability. When predicting the probability of good downstaging, tumor differentiation, MRF status, and clinical T stage were the significant factors. Nomograms were developed based on NT regimens. For the capecitabine/de Gramont-RT group, the multivariate analysis showed that the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) was the only significant factor, thus we could not develop a nomogram for this regimen. 12Fucoidan Induces G_1 Phase Arrest and Apoptosis through Caspases-dependent Pathway and ROS Induction in Human Breast Cancer MCF-7 Cells显示文摘Fucoidan is an active component of seaweed, which inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of several tumor cells while the detailed mechanisms underlying this process are still not clear.In this study, the effect of Fucoidan on the proliferation and apoptosis of human breast cancer MCF-7cells and the molecular mechanism of Fucoidan action were investigated. Viable cell number of MCF-7 cells was decreased by Fucoidan treatment in a dose-dependent manner as measured by MTT assay.Fucoidan treatment resulted in G1 phase arrest of MCF-7 cells as revealed by flow cytometry, which was associated with the decrease in the gene expression of cyclin D1 and CDK-4. Annexin V/PI staining results showed that the number of apoptotic cells was associated with regulation of cytochrome C, caspase-8, Bax and Bcl-2 at transcriptional and translational levels. Both morphologic observation and Hoechst 33258 assay results confirmed the pro-apoptotic effect of Fucoidan. Meanwhile, the ROS production was also increased by Fucoidan treatment, which suggested that Fucoidan induced oxidative damage in MCF-7 cells. The results of present study demonstrated that Fucoidan could induce G1 phase arrest and apoptosis in MCF-7 cells through regulating the cell cycle and apoptosis-related genes or proteins expression, and ROS generation is also involved in these processes.Amal M. 13喷涂角度对内孔HVOF制备纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层组织及抗泥沙冲蚀性能的影响显示文摘采用内孔氧-丙烷超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术在ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢基材表面制备纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层,研究了45°和90°两种内孔喷枪的喷涂角度对涂层组织和性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了不同喷涂角度下涂层的物相组成和微观组织,通过金相显微镜和维氏硬度计测定了涂层的孔隙率和显微硬度,利用粗糙度仪和光学轮廓仪表征了涂层表面的粗糙度及三维形貌,并利用冲蚀磨损试验机对比研究了基材与涂层的抗泥沙冲蚀性能。结果表明:45°和90°两种内孔喷枪所制备纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层主要成分均为WC、W_(2)C和非晶态CoCr合金相,小角度喷涂易导致条状孔隙缺陷的产生。两组涂层的孔隙率均随喷涂角度的减小而增大;显微硬度随着喷涂角度的降低而下降,两组涂层均在垂直喷涂时达到最高硬度值,分别为1313 HV_(0.2)和1383 HV_(0.2);表面粗糙度随着喷涂角度的减小而升高;抗泥沙冲蚀性能随喷涂角度的增大而提高,两组涂层均在垂直喷涂时获得最高的抗冲蚀性能,分别是基材的7.12倍和5.39倍。内孔HVOF在40°以上的喷涂角度下所制备涂层可保持较好的组织性能,适合工件狭小内空间的喷涂强化。张磊 曹文菁 霍嘉翔 张凯 PANDEY Roshan 陈小明 2022稀有金属与硬质合金2022,50,5:3
14Chronic exercise training versus acute endurance exercise in reducing neurotoxicity in rats exposed to lead acetate显示文摘After intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg/kg lead acetate,rats received 8 weeks of treadmill exercise (15-22 m/min,25-64 minutes) and/or treadmill exercise at 1.6 km/h until exhaustion.The markers related to neurotoxicity were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method.8 weeks of treadmill exercise significantly increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor level in the hippocampus (P=0.04) and plasma level of total antioxidant capacity of rats exposed to lead acetate (P < 0.001),and significantly decreased plasma level of malondialdehyde (P < 0.001).Acute exercise only decreased the hippocampal malondialdehyde level (P=0.09) and increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor level in the hippocampus (P=0.66).Acute exercise also enhanced the total antioxidant capacity in rats exposed to lead acetate,insignificantly (P=0.99).These findings suggest that chronic treadmill exercise can significantly decrease neurotoxicity and alleviate oxidative stress in rats exposed to lead acetate.However,acute endurance exercise was not associated with these beneficial effects.Mohammad Shahandeh Valiollah Dabidi Roshan Somayeh Hosseinzadeh Soleiman Mahjoub Vaginak Sarkisian 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,8:3
15Preparation and characterization of spray-dried valsartan-loaded Eudragit~? EPO solid dispersion microparticles显示文摘The purpose of this study was to develop the immediate release stomach-specific spraydried formulation of valsartan(VAL) using Eudragit?E PO(EPO) as the carrier for enhancing dissolution rate in a gastric environment. Enhanced solubility and dissolution in gastric pH was achieved by formulating the solid dispersion using a spray drying technique. Different combinations of drug–polymer–surfactant were dissolved in 10% ethanol solution and spraydried in order to obtain solid dispersion microparticles. Use of the VAL–EPO solid dispersion microparticles resulted in significant improvement of the dissolution rate of the drug at pH 1.2 and pH 4.0, compared to the free drug powder and the commercial product. A hard gelatin capsule was filled with the VAL–EPO solid dispersion powder prior to the dissolution test.The increased dissolution of VAL from solid dispersion microparticles in gastric pH was attributed to the effect of EPO and most importantly the transformation of crystalline drugs to amorphous solid dispersion powder, which was clearly shown by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) studies. 18工艺参数对氧-丙烷超音速火焰喷涂纳米WC-CoCr涂层组织及性能的影响显示文摘采用氧-丙烷超音速火焰喷涂技术在ZG06Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢基材表面制备了纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层,研究了工艺参数对涂层组织及性能的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别表征了涂层的物相成分和微观组织,采用维氏硬度计和金相分析仪分别测定了涂层显微硬度和孔隙率。在料浆冲蚀条件下测试了涂层的抗泥沙冲蚀磨损性能,并分析了纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层的冲蚀磨损机制。结果表明:不同工艺条件下制备的纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层的主要物相为WC、W_(2)C和非晶态CoCr,物相含量受丙烷流量的影响较大。涂层主要由多尺度的微米-纳米WC硬质颗粒和CoCr合金粘结相组成,同时含有一定的微观孔洞、缝隙等缺陷。涂层孔隙率随丙烷流量和喷涂角度的增大而降低,而随送粉速率和喷涂距离的增大先降低后提高;涂层的显微硬度随丙烷流量、送粉速率和喷涂距离的增大先提高后降低,而随喷涂角度的增大而提高。最佳喷涂工艺条件为:丙烷流量68 L/min,送粉速率45~55 g/min,喷涂距离250 mm,喷涂角度90°。纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层抗泥沙冲蚀性能最大可达不锈钢基材的14.26倍,冲蚀磨损机制主要为交变应力下的疲劳剥落。张磊 霍嘉翔 赵坚 伏利 ROSHAN Pandey 刘德有 陈小明 2021稀有金属与硬质合金2021,49,4:2
