1A New Type of Rare Metal Deposit:The Yushishan Leptynite-Type Nb-Ta Deposit in Eastern Altun,Gansu Province,NW China显示文摘The Yusishan deposit is a newly found leptynite-type niobium and tantalum(Nb-Ta)deposit,which is located in the Eastern Altun of Gansu Province.The leptynite of the Neoproterozoic Aoyougou Formation occurs more than 10 km long and 3 km wide.In this paper,we carried out a detailed study of the leptynite and related mineralization.The U-Pb dating of zircon reveals ages of 831±5 Ma and 790±5 Ma for the unmineralized leptynite and 491±4 Ma and 455±4 Ma for the mineralized leptynite.The petrographic and geochemical evidence identified the protolith of the leptynite as alkalin e volcanic rocks that erupted during Neoproterozoic at ca.830 Ma.At ca.490 Ma,the tectono-magmatic and metamorphic event triggered remobilization and enrichment of Nb-Ta as well as other critical metals(REE,Zr,Hf etc)with the formation of industry orebodies in the leptynite strata.The Yushishan deposit presents many similarities with the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits in the south Qinling of China and the Brochman,Toogni and Southern Peak Range deposits in Australian.We therefore propose that the Yushishan deposit is a new type(sub-type)of Nb-Ta deposit and termed as leptynite type that represents the metamorphic counterpart of the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits.JIANG SHAOYONG LIU TAO ZHANG HAOXIANG CAO SHUYUN ZHENG RUOHONG LI TONGGUO YU JUNPENG WU YIBU 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5:2
2FTIR Spectroscopy in Cultural Heritage Studies: Non-destructive Analysis of Chinese Handmade Papers显示文摘Chinese handmade papers have been the carriers of paper-based documents, paintings and calligraphies, which are of great importance for historical and cultural heritage studies. This research developed the attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopic technique for the analysis of Chinese handmade papers. The test was applied to Chinese handmade papers taken from bark, hemp and bamboo groups, followed by papers from ancient books and arts collected in library and museum. Our study indicated tliat FTIR was an efficient analytical method to identify fiber types of library/museum papers of unknown origin. Moreover, information about degree of crystallinity and state of deterioration of cellulosic fibers was learned from FTIR spectra. 3Tea and Citrus maxima complex induces apoptosis of human liver cancer cells via PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in vitro显示文摘Objective:In this study,black tea and Citrus maxima(BT-CM),yellow tea and C.maxima(YT-CM),green tea and C.maxima(GT-CM)as subjects,the active ingredient content and antioxidant activity of three tea and C.maxima(T-CM)were analyzed.The effects of three T-CMs on apoptosis of liver cells in vitro and its mechanism were further explored.Methods:National standard method and HPLC were used for active ingredient analysis.MTT,cell fow cytometry and Western blot were used to analyze the effects of three T-CMs on cell proliferation,apoptosis,and its underlying molecular mechanism.Results:The content of tea polyphenols,free amino acids,ratio of polyphenols and amino acids,ester catechins,non-ester catechins and caffeine in YT-CM and GT-CM was significantly higher than that of BT-CM.The in vitro antioxidant capacity of YT-CM and GT-CM was also significantly stronger than that of BT-CM.Three T-CMs had the effects of inhibiting proliferation,arresting cell cycle and inducing apoptosis in HepG2 and Bel7402 cells,especially YT-CM and GT-CM.Western blot analysis showed three T-CMs activated PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and regulated the expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase-3/9.YT-CM and GT-CM had better ability to change the signal pathway than BT-CM.Conclusion:In short,T-CMs,which combined different degrees of fermentation tea with C.maxima,were rich in nutrients and biologically active substances.T-CMs,especially YT-CM and GT-CM,are healthy drinks that help to prevent and treat liver cancer.Shuai Wen Ran An Dongli Li Junxi Cao Zhigang Li Wenji Zhang Ruohong Chen Qiuhua Li Xingfei Lai Lingli Sun Shili Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,3:1

14Unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase formed with fluorinated ether-based electrolytes for high-voltage lithium metal batteries显示文摘Li metal batteries using high-voltage layered oxides cathodes are of particular interest due to their high energy density.However,they suffer from short lifespan and extreme safety concerns,which are attributed to the degradation of layered oxides and the decomposition of electrolyte at high voltage,as well as the high reactivity of metallic Li.The key is the development of stable electrolytes against both highvoltage cathodes and Li with the formation of robust interphase films on the surfaces.Herein,we report a highly fluorinated ether,1,1,1-trifluoro-2-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)methoxy]ethane(TTME),as a cosolvent,which not only functions as a diluent forming a localized high concentration electrolyte(LHCE),but also participates in the construction of the inner solvation structure.The TTME-based electrolyte is stable itself at high voltage and induces the formation of a unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,which is embodied as one layer rich in crystalline structural components for enhanced mechanical strength and another amorphous layer with a higher concentration of organic components for enhanced flexibility.The Li||Cu cells display a noticeably high Coulombic efficiency of 99.28%after 300 cycles and Li symmetric cells maintain stable cycling more than 3200 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2) and 1.0m Ah/cm^(2).In addition,lithium metal cells using LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) and Li CoO_(2) cathodes(both loadings~3.0 m Ah/cm^(2))realize capacity retentions of>85%over 240 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.4 V and 90%for 170 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,respectively.This study offers a bifunctional ether-based electrolyte solvent beneficial for high-voltage Li metal batteries.Ruo Wang Jiawei Li Bing Han Qingrong Wang Ruohong Ke Tong Zhang Xiaohu Ao Guangzhao Zhang Zhongbo Liu Yunxian Qian Fangfang Pan Iseult Lynch Jun Wang Yonghong Deng 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1:0

17Roles of Adinandra nitida(Theaceae) and camellianin A in HCl/ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer in mice显示文摘Gastric ulcer is a global health concern nowadays. Adinandra nitida, known as Shibi tea, is a flavonoidrich plant found in South China. A. nitida possesses many healthy properties, such as antioxidation and reducing blood pressure. However, its effects on gastric ulcer have not been investigated. This study aimed to investigate the effects of the Shibi tea water extract(STE) and its main flavonoid camellianin A(CA) in hydrochloric acid(HCl) and ethanol(Et OH)-induced acute gastric ulcer in mice. Administration of CA and STE for continuous two days after stimulation by HCl/Et OH significantly attenuated the deterioration of gastric mucosal damage by lowering the gross gastric mucosal index, histopathological injury index, the oxidative stress, the expression of the inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6, and the expression of inflammatory mediators i NOS and COX-2. Western blotting and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that CA and STE regulated the inflammatory signaling pathway protein levels of IκB-α and NF-κB. Taken together, our study verified that CA and STE have antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects in gastric ulcer mice.
