| 1 | Characterisation and seasonal variations of particles in the atmosphere of rural, urban and industrial areas:Organic compounds显示文摘Atmospheric aerosol samples(PM_(2.5–0.3), i.e., atmospheric particles ranging from 0.3 to2.5 μm) were collected during two periods: spring–summer 2008 and autumn–winter 2008–2009, using high volume samplers equipped with cascade impactors. Two sites located in the Northern France were compared in this study: a highly industrialised city(Dunkirk) and a rural site(Rubrouck). Physicochemical analysis of particulate matter(PM) was undertaken to propose parameters that could be used to distinguish the various sources and to exhibit seasonal variations but also to provide knowledge of chemical element composition for the interpretation of future toxicological studies. The study showed that PM2.5–0.3concentration in the atmosphere of the rural area remains stable along the year and was significantly lower than in the urban or industrial ones, for which concentrations increase during winter.High concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs), dioxins, furans and dioxin like polychlorinated biphenyls(DL-PCBs), generated by industrial activities, traffic and municipal wastes incineration were detected in the samples. Specific criteria like Carbon Preference Index(CPI) and Combustion PAHs/Total PAHs ratio(CPAHs/TPAHs) were used to identify the possible sources of atmospheric pollution. | 2 | Mesoporous Ternary Nitrides of Earth?Abundant Metals as Oxygen Evolution Electrocatalyst显示文摘As sustainable energy becomes a major concern for modern society,renewable and clean energy systems need highly active,stable,and low-cost catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Mesoporous materials offer an attractive route for generating efficient electrocatalysts with high mass transport capabilities.Herein,we report an efficient hard templating pathway to design and synthesize three-dimensional(3-D)mesoporous ternary nickel iron nitride(Ni3FeN).The as-synthesized electrocatalyst shows good OER performance in an alkaline solution with low overpotential(259 mV)and a small Tafel slope(54 mV dec?1),giving superior performance to IrO2 and RuO2 catalysts.The highly active contact area,the hierarchical porosity,and the synergistic effect of bimetal atoms contributed to the improved electrocatalytic performance toward OER.In a practical rechargeable Zn–air battery,mesoporous Ni3FeN is also shown to deliver a lower charging voltage and longer lifetime than RuO2.This work opens up a new promising approach to synthesize active OER electrocatalysts for energy-related devices. | Ali Saad Hangjia Shen Zhixing Cheng Ramis Arbi Beibei Guo Lok Shu Hui Kunyu Liang Siqi Liu John Paul Attfield Ayse Turak Jiacheng Wang Minghui Yang | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,6: | 2 |

| 10 | Primary lymphomas of the genitourinary tract:A population-based study显示文摘Objective:We performed a population-based analysis focusing on primary extranodal lymphoma of either testis,kidney,bladder or prostate(PGUL).Methods:We identified all cases of localized testis,renal,bladder and prostate primary lymphomas(PL)versus primary testis,kidney,bladder and prostate cancers within the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database(1998e2015).Estimated annual proportion change methodology(EAPC),multivariable logistic regression models,cumulative incidence plots and multivariable competing risks regression models were used.Results:The rates of testis-PL,renal-PL,bladder-PL and prostate-PL were 3.04%,0.22%,0.18%and 0.01%,respectively.Patients with PGUL were older and more frequently Caucasian.Annual rates significantly decreased for renal-PL(EAPC:5.6%;pZ0.004)and prostate-PL(EAPC:3.6%;pZ0.03).In multivariable logistic regression models,older ager independently predicted testis-PL(odds ratio[OR]:16.4;p<0.001)and renal-PL(OR:3.5;p<0.001),while female gender independently predicted bladder-PL(OR:5.5;p<0.001).In surgically treated patients,cumulative incidence plots showed significantly higher 10-year cancer-specific mortality(CSM)rates for testis-PL,renal-PL and prostate-PL versus their primary genitourinary tumors.In multivariable competing risks regression models,only testis-PL(hazard ratio[HR]:16.7;p<0.001)and renal-PL(HR:2.52;p<0.001)independently predicted higher CSM rates.Conclusion:PGUL rates are extremely low and on the decrease in kidney and prostate but stable in testis and bladder.Relative to primary genitourinary tumors,PGUL are associated with worse CSM for testis-PL and renal-PL but not for bladder-PL and prostate-PL,even after adjustment for other-cause mortality. | Carlotta Palumbo Elio Mazzone Francesco A.Mistretta Sophie Knipper Zhe Tian Paul Perrotte Francesco Montorsi Shahrokh F.Shariat Fred Saad Claudio Simeone Alberto Briganti Alessandro Antonelli Pierre I.Karakiewicz | 2020 | Asian Journal of Urology2020,7,4: | 0 |
