1An adaptive fast fixed-time guidance law with an impact angle constraint for intercepting maneuvering targets显示文摘Sliding mode guidance laws based on a conventional terminal sliding mode guarantees only finite-time convergence, which verifies that the settling time is required to be estimated by selecting appropriate initial launched conditions. However, rapid convergence to a desired impact angle within a uniform bounded finite time is important in most practical guidance applications. A uniformly finite-time/fixed-time convergent guidance law means that the convergence(settling) time is predefined independently on initial conditions, that is, a closed-loop convergence time can be estimated a priori by guidance parameters. In this paper, a novel adaptive fast fixed-time sliding mode guidance law to intercept maneuver targets at a desired impact angle from any initial heading angle,with no problems of singularity and chattering, is designed. The proposed guidance law achieves system stabilization within bounded settling time independent on initial conditions and achieves more rapid convergence than those of fixed-time stable control methods by accelerating the convergence rate when the system is close to the origin. 2Autonomous gliding entry guidance with geographic constraints显示文摘This paper presents a novel three-dimensional autonomous entry guidance for relatively high lift-to-drag ratio vehicles satisfying geographic constraints and other path constraints. The guidance is composed of onboard trajectory planning and robust trajectory tracking. For trajectory planning, a longitudinal sub-planner is introduced to generate a feasible drag-versus-energy profile by using the interpolation between upper boundary and lower boundary of entry corridor to get the desired trajectory length. The associated magnitude of the bank angle can be specified by drag profile, while the sign of bank angle is determined by lateral sub-planner. Two-reverse mode is utilized to satisfy waypoint constraints and dynamic heading error corridor is utilized to satisfy no-fly zone constraints. The longitudinal and lateral sub-planners are iteratively employed until all of the path constraints are satisfied. For trajectory tracking, a novel tracking law based on the active disturbance rejection control is introduced. Finally, adaptability tests and Monte Carlo simulations of the entry guidance approach are performed. 3Hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate the clinical significance of hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control (BIOwHAC) in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS:Fifty-nine patients with HCC were divided into 3 groups based on the technique used for achieving hepatic vascular occlusion:group 1,vascular occlusion was achieved by the Pringle maneuver (n=20);group 2,by hemihepatic vascular occlusion (HVO) (n=20);and group 3,by BIOwHAC (n=19).We compared the procedures among the three groups in term of operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative liver function,postoperative complications,and length of hospital stay.RESULTS:There were no statistically significant differences (P > 0.05) in age,sex,pathological diagnosis,preoperative Child's disease grade,hepatic function,and tumor size among the three groups.No intraoperative complications or deaths occurrred,and there were no significant intergroup differences (P > 0.05) in intraoperative bleeding,hepatic function change 3 and 7 d after operation,the incidence of complications,and length of hospital stay.BIOwHAC and Pringle maneuver required a significantly shorter operation time than HVO;the difference in the serum alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase levels before and 1 d after operation was more significant in the BIOwHAC and HVO groups than in the Pringle maneuver group (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:BIOwHAC is convenient and safe;this technique causes slight hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury similar to HVO.Shan Jin,Department of General Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College,Hohhot 010050,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China Chao-Liu Dai,Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University,Shenyang,Liaoning Province,China 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,46:6
4An 85mW 14-bit 150MS/s Pipelined ADC with a Merged First and Second MDAC显示文摘A low-power 14-bit 150MS/s analog-to-digital converter(ADC) is presented for communication applications.Range scaling enables a maximal 2-Vp-p input with a single-stage opamp adopted.Opamp and capacitor sharing between the first multiplying digital-to-analog converter(MDAC)and the second one reduces the total opamp power further.The dedicated sample-andhold amplifier(SHA) is removed to lower the power and the noise.The blind calibration of linearity errors is proposed to improve the performance.The prototype ADC is fabricated in a 130 nm CMOS process with a 1.3-V supply voltage.The SNDR of the ADC is 71.3 dB with a 2.4 MHz input and remains 68.5 dB for a 120 MHz input.It consumes 85 mW,which includes 57 mW for the ADC core,11 mW for the low jitter clock receiver and 17 mW for the high-speed reference buffer.LI Weitao LI Fule YANG Changyi LI Shengjing WANG Zhihua 2015China Communications2015,12,5:6
5Cyclooxygenase-2 polymorphisms and susceptibility to gastric carcinoma: A meta-analysis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the association of the cyclooxygenases-2 (COX-2) polymorphisms and susceptibility to gastric cancer (GC) by means of meta-analysis. METHODS: Publications addressing the association between polymorphisms of COX-2 and susceptibility to GC were selected from the MEDLINE, EMBASE and CBMdisc databases. Data was extracted from the studies by 2 independent reviewers. The meta-analyses were performed by RevMan 5.0.23. From these data, odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was calculated.RESULTS: Ten studies were retrieved reporting a total of 11 COX-2 polymorphisms. Carriers of -765C, -1195A, -1290G, *2430T alleles and *429TT genotype revealed increased risk for GC (OR = 1.71, 95% CI: 1.01-2.90, P = 0.05; OR = 1.58, 95% CI: 1.05-2.38, P = 0.03; OR = 1.55, 95% CI: 1.01-2.39, P = 0.05; OR = 2.62, 95% CI: 1.20-5.73, P = 0.02 and OR = 0.74, 95% CI: 0.59-0.95, P = 0.02, respectively). 6^(103)Pd-induced apoptosis of proliferative smooth muscle cells in bile ducts of dogs:significance and effects on related genes显示文摘BACKGROUND:With the objective of developing a locally- produced radioactive stent,the present study used in vivo animal experiments to explore apoptosis of proliferative smooth muscle cells resulting from facilitation of the expression of genes caused byγ-radiation in order to prevent bile duct restenosis.We therefore explored the effects and significance ofγ-radiation on the activity of caspase-3,Fas and Bcl-2 genes in apoptosis of proliferative smooth muscle cells in the bile duct walls of dogs. METHODS:Twelve dogs were randomly divided into 2 groups(6 in each group).A postinjury bile duct stenosis model was established and radioactive 103 Pd( 103 palladium) or ordinary bile duct stents were implanted into the bile ducts.HE staining,RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the proliferation and apoptosis of bile duct smooth muscle cells in proliferative endomembrane and the expression of related caspase-3,Bcl-2 and Fas genes. RESULTS:The expression of caspase-3 and Fas genes in the bile duct tissues of dogs with radioactive stents was higher than that of dogs with ordinary stents.There was significant apoptosis of proliferative smooth muscle cells in the bile ducts.The expression of the Bcl-2 gene in the bile duct tissues of dogs with radioactive stents was lower than that in those with ordinary stents.There was significant apoptosis of proliferative smooth muscle cells in the dogs with low Bcl-2 gene expression. CONCLUSIONS:Radiation increases the activity of caspase-3 and Fas genes and is associated with apoptosis. 7Robust controller design for compound control missile with fixed bounded convergence time显示文摘A robust controller for bank to turn(BTT) missiles with aerodynamic fins and reaction jet control system(RCS) is developed based on nonlinear control dynamic models comprising couplings and aerodynamic uncertainties. The fixed time convergence theory is incorporated with the sliding mode control technique to ensure that the system tracks the desired command within uniform bounded time under different initial conditions. Unlike previous terminal sliding mode approaches, the bound of settling time is independent of the initial state, which means performance metrics like convergence rate can be predicted beforehand. To reduce the burden of control design in terms of robustness, extended state observer(ESO) is introduced for uncertainty estimation with the output substituted into the controller as feedforward compensation. Cascade control structure is employed with the proposed control law and therein the compound control signal is obtained.Afterwards, control inputs for two kinds of actuators are allocated on the basis of their inherent characteristics. 8Role and Mechanism of Action of Exogenous Salicylic Acid and Sodium Molybdate in Improving Cold Tolerance of Bougainvillea glabra显示文摘This study was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the effects of salicylic acid and sodium molybdate on cold tolerance of an ornamental plant Bougainvillea glabra and to provide a theoretical guidance for landscape maintenance.B.glabra plants were treated with 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid and 2.0 μmol/L alone or in combination,and then exposed to low temperature stress before physiological indices were measured.The results showed that all salicylic acid and sodium molybdate treatments reduced the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde( MDA) content of B.glabra to varying extents under the stress of low temperature,and more significant effect was achieved by using the two agents in combination.Oxygen free radicals production rate increased with decreasing temperature from 20 to 6 ℃,but declined with temperature decreasing from 3 to-3 ℃.The SOD activity of the control( CK) was significantly lower than that of other treatments at 0 and-3 ℃.The treatments with salicylic acid and sodium molybdate alone and in combination increased POD activity of B.glabra plants,especially at 0 ℃,as the POD activity of treatments T1,T2 and T3 was significantly higher than that of CK at 0 ℃.In addition,under low temperature stress,the contents of soluble sugar,starch and proline increased initially and decreased subsequently with temperature decreasing.The soluble sugar content at 3 ℃,starch and proline contents at 0 and-3 ℃ in treatments with salicylic acid and sodium molybdate alone and in combination were significantly higher than those of CK.All above results proved that salicylic acid and sodium molybdate are able to improve cold tolerance of B.glabra,and better effect can be achieved by using them together.Yongfu ZHANG Yanfen NIU Shengjing PENG 2018Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,6:4
9TGF-β_1 in retinal ganglion cells in rats with chronic ocular hypertension: its expression and anti-apoptotic effect显示文摘AIM: To investigate the anti-apoptotic effect of transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1) on chronic ocular hypertension. METHODS: The expression of TGF-β1 in retinal ganglion cells (RCGs) was measured using the immunohistochemiscal S-P method and real-time PCR in the normally control group, the ocular hypertension group (experimental group A), the ocular hypertension plus antibody intervention group (experimental group B) and the ocular hypertension plus antigen intervention group (experimental group C) at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks postoperatively. The count of apoptotic RCGs was measured using the TUNEL method. RESULTS: The expression of TGF-β1 was significantly higher in experimental group C than that in other three groups (P<0.05). The expression was the lowest in experimental group B (4.17%). A statistically significant difference was noted between the four groups (P <0.01). The count of apoptotic RCGs was statistically significantly lower in experimental group C than that in the experimental groups A and B (P <0.01). A statistically significant difference was noted in the count of apoptotic RCGs between these three experimental groups (P <0.01). 14SFE-SSD: Shallow Feature Enhancement SSD for Small Object Detection显示文摘SSD(Single Shot Multibox Detector) is one of the best object detection algorithms with both high accuracy and fast speed, but fails to detect very small size object which lacks enough resolution and enough feature information. In order to solve this problem, the majority of existing methods improve accuracy at the cost of a heavy loss of speed. In this paper, we propose SFE-SSD(Shallow Feature Enhancement SSD) to improve performance of SSD model on small object detection based on a novel and lightweight way of feature enhancement module. Firstly,we apply deconvolution on the shallowest feature map in SSD’s feature pyramid to enlarge the feature map size and recover more feature details. Then, we introduce semantic information to the enlarged feature map by multi-scale feature fusion. In addition, SFE-SSD is designed to a parallel network structure, which could reduce loss of speed in some degree. Experimental results show that our approach achieved 78.4%m AP and is higher than baseline SSD by 1.2%on PASCAL VOC2007, especially with significant improvement on small object detection.
