| 2 | Design of TRIP Steel With High Welding and Galvanizing Performance in Light of Thermodynamics and Kinetics显示文摘A new type of transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel with not only high strength and high ductility but also superior welding and galvanizing properties was designed and developed recently. Low carbon and low silicon content were preliminarily selected with the aim of meeting the requirements of superior quality in both welding and galvanizing. Phosphorus was chosen as one of the alloying elements, because it could reduce carbon activity in cementite and increase the stability of austenite. In addition, the possibility of phosphorus segregating at grain boundary was also discussed by thermodynamics as well as kinetics. Phase diagram was estimated at high temperature and the composition of the steel was then selected in the hyperperitectic range to avoid problems, which might occur in sheet steel continuous casting. Phase diagram in the inter-critical temperature was estimated for the steel to obtain the starting temperature of fast cooling. For understanding the minimum rate of fast cooling, pearlite growth kinetics was calculated with self-developed diffusion coefficients of elements in grain boundary. | 3 | 胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌巴西亚种(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.brasiliense)引起的黄瓜细菌性软腐病在中国发生显示文摘2014—2015年,在中国山东、山西、河北、河南、辽宁等省的黄瓜茎叶上发生了毁灭性的细菌性软腐病,造成了黄瓜产业严重的经济损失。黄瓜叶片、茎、叶柄和果实表面出现流胶;茎基部呈深褐色进而出现湿腐。受侵染的黄瓜叶边缘出现黄斑和湿腐症状,并逐渐扩散至叶片中心。从受侵染组织中分离出45个细菌菌株,在形态学特性鉴定、生理学、生物化学和16Sr RNA基因序列分析的基础上,将病原体鉴定为胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovorum)。多位点序列分析(MLSA)证实,分离菌株是胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌巴西亚种[Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.brasiliensis(Pcb)],病原菌归入进化枝II。重新分离获得与原始菌株相同的菌株,证实了分离菌株的致病力。寄主范围测试表明,该菌株具有广泛的寄主范围。目前为止,这是对Pcb引起的黄瓜软腐病——这一对黄瓜生产具有重要经济影响的病害在中国乃至全球范围内的首次报道。 | 冯志琴(译) meng x l chai a l shi y x xie x w ma z h li b j | 2017 | 中国植保导刊2017,37,7: | 10 |
| 4 | A survey of FLS2 genes from multiple citrus species identifies candidates for enhancing disease resistance to Xanthomonas citri ssp. citri.显示文摘Pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs)-triggered immunity(PTI)is an important component of plant innate immunity.In a previous study,we showed that the PAMP flg22 from Xanthomonas citri ssp.citri(Xflg22),the causal agent of citrus canker,induced PTI in citrus,which correlated with the observed levels of canker resistance.Here,we identified and sequenced two bacterial flagellin/flg22 receptors(FLS2-1 and FLS2-2)from‘Duncan’grapefruit(Citrus paradisi,CpFLS2-1 and CpFLS2-2)and‘Sun Chu Sha’mandarin(C.reticulata,CrFLS2-1 and CrFLS2-2).We were able to isolate only one FLS2 from‘Nagami’kumquat(Fortunella margarita,FmFLS2-1)and gene flanking sequences suggest a rearrangement event that resulted in the deletion of FLS2-2 from the genome.Phylogenetic analysis,gene structure and presence of critical amino acid domains all indicate we identified the true FLS2 genes in citrus.FLS2-2 was more transcriptionally responsive to Xflg22 than FLS2-1,with induced expression levels higher in canker-resistant citrus than in susceptible ones.Interestingly,‘Nagami’kumquat showed the highest FLS2-1 steady-state expression levels,although it was not induced by Xflg22.We selected FmFLS2-1,CrFLS2-2 and CpFLS2-2 to further evaluate their capacity to enhance bacterial resistance using Agrobacterium-mediated transient expression assays.Both FmFLS2-1 and CrFLS2-2,the two proteins from canker-resistant species,conferred stronger Xflg22 responses and reduced canker symptoms in leaves of the susceptible grapefruit genotype.These two citrus genes will be useful resources to enhance PTI and achieve resistance against canker and possibly other bacterial pathogens in susceptible citrus types. | Qingchun Shi Vicente J Febres Jeffrey B Jones Gloria A Moore | 2016 | Horticulture Research2016,3,1: | 3 |
