1Study on contact fatigue of a wind turbine gear pair considering surface roughness显示文摘Contact fatigue issues become more and more crucial in gear industry as they significantly affect the reliability and service life of associated mechanical systems such as wind turbine gearboxes.The contact fatigue behavior is mostly determined by the mechanical properties of materials and stress fields near the contact area,which is further influenced by the lubrication and surface roughness due to pressure fluctuations.In this study,a numerical model incorporating the lubrication state,tooth surface roughness,residual stress,and mechanical properties of the material is developed to determine the contact fatigue behavior of a megawatt level wind turbine carburized gear.The variations of the hardness and residual stress along the depth were characterized by the Vickers hardness measurement and X-ray diffraction test,respectively.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory was applied to predict the contact pressure distribution,highlighting the influence of the surface roughness that stemed from the original measurement through an optical profiler.The stress histories of the studied material points during a complete contact loading cycle were fast calculated using the discreteconcrete fast Fourier transformation(DC-FFT)method.Modified Dang Van diagrams under different working conditions were determined to estimate the contact fatigue failure risk.The effect of the root mean square(RMS)value of the surface roughness on the failure risk at critical material points were discussed in detail.Results revealed that the surface roughness significantly increases the contact fatigue failure risk within a shallow area,and the maximum risk appears near the surface.Heli LIU Huaiju LIU Caichao ZHU Zhangdong SUN Houyi BAI 2020Friction2020,8,3:7
2Virtual Huanghe River System:Framework and Technology显示文摘Virtual Reality provides a new approach for geographical research. In this paper, a framework of the Virtual Huanghe (Yellow) River System was first presented from the view of technology, which included five main modules —data sources, 3D simulation terrain database, 3D simulation model database, 3D simulation implementation and ap- plication system. Then the key technologies of constructing Virtual Huanghe River System were discussed in detail: 1) OpenGL technology, the 3D graphics developing instrument, was employed in Virtual Huanghe River System to realize the function of dynamic real-time navigation. 2) MO and OpenGL technologies were used to make the mutual response between 3D scene and 2D electronic map available, which made use of the advantages of both 3D scene and 2D elec- tronic map, with the macroscopic view, integrality and conciseness of 2D electronic map combined with the locality, reality and visualization of 3D scene. 3Integrating Multi-Source Web Records into Relational Database显示文摘How to integrate heterogeneous semi-structured Web records into relational database is an important and challengeable research topic. An improved model of conditional random fields was presented to combine the learning of labeled samples and unlabeled database records in order to reduce the dependence on tediously hand-labeled training data. The proposed model was used to solve the problem of schema matching between data source schema and database schema. 5Investigation on Modification of NaY Zeolite and Its Behaviors in Selective Adsorptive Desulfurization of FCC gasoline显示文摘NaY zeolite was modified with oxalic acid, and Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite was obtained via liquid phase ion exchange between the modified NaY zeolite and cerium nitrate. The Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite was obtained via liquid phase ion exchange between NaY zeolite and cerium nitrate. The performance of two Y zeolites [Ce(IV)Y(1) and Ce(IV)Y(2)] was compared through static selective adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline at room temperature and normal pressure. The sulfur compounds and contents of the FCC gasoline were analyzed by microcoulometry and GC-SCD chromatogram. The results showed that the effect of adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline achieved by Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite was better than that of Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite. The rate for adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline by Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite and Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite was 85.0% and 62.4%, respectively. The Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite could adsorb DMTs, which could not be adsorbed by Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite. 6Numerical simulation method of surge experiments on gas turbine engines显示文摘In order to obtain the surge margin of an aero-engine during its operation,an engine surge experiment is required.A multi-dimensional simulation method for an aero-engine is established in this paper.The simulation of a surge experiment using high-pressure air-injection is then carried out on a turbo-shaft engine to obtain the surge boundary using this method.More specifically,firstly,a body-force model is employed to calculate the compressor performance owing to its capability of capturing the main three-dimensional features of compressor surge and avoiding excessive simulation time required by the traditional fully-three-dimensional Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)method.Then,a one-dimensional model combining a lumped-parameter plenum model is used for the combustor to account for the propagation of pressure waves and the heat-release process,and a zero-dimensional throttle model is used to mimic the choking effect at the turbine nozzle.Finally,the air-injection system is modeled by imposing an injection boundary condition,which can be used conveniently in changing injection parameters.Based on the established method,the influences of different test parameters,such as the air-injection location,the pressure,the orifice size,the number of injection orifices,and the injection time duration on the surge characteristics and boundary are further studied,which offer effective guidance to optimize an actual experimental design.Xinqian ZHENG Hanxuan ZENG Baotong WANG Mengyang WEN Heli YANG Zhenzhong SUN 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3:1

8Integrated microalgae culture with food processing waste for wastewater remediation and enhanced biomass productivity显示文摘Waste generation from food manufacturing facilities poses a serious hazard like environmental degradation, water pollution, and land pollution due to its high nutrient composition. Specifically, solid waste(powder) disposal requires additional energy sources in terms of scientific treatment, structured collection, and disposal packaging according to the safety regulation. Thus, this research discusses the viewpoint of integrating food processing waste as an organic carbon source with BG-11 medium for Chlorella vulgaris(FSP-E) growth. The food processing waste powders investigated in this study were obtained from milk, and biscuit manufacturing facilities. The culture medium was modified by combining both BG-11 and food processing waste powders to identify the optimal algal growth and biochemical content.Compared to the microalgae grown in BG-11 alone(IBG), the combination of biscuit waste and IBG produced higher biomass concentration(44%), with increased lipid(11%), protein(20%), and carbohydrate(57%) contents. Chlorella vulgaris was able to uptake nutrients from the culture medium with combination of food processing waste and IBG thus enhancing its growth. 10Compressor geometric uncertainty quantification under conditions from near choke to near stall显示文摘Geometric and working condition uncertainties are inevitable in a compressor,deviating the compressor performance from the design value.It’s necessary to explore the influence of geometric uncertainty on performance deviation under different working conditions.In this paper,the geometric uncertainty influences at near stall,peak efficiency,and near choke conditions under design speed and low speed are investigated.Firstly,manufacturing geometric uncertainties are analyzed.Next,correlation models between geometry and performance under different working conditions are constructed based on a neural network.Then the Shapley additive explanations(SHAP)method is introduced to explain the output of the neural network.Results show that under real manufacturing uncertainty,the efficiency deviation range is small under the near stall and peak efficiency conditions.However,under the near choke conditions,efficiency is highly sensitive to flow capacity changes caused by geometric uncertainty,leading to a significant increase in the efficiency deviation amplitude,up to a magnitude of-3.6%.Moreover,the tip leading-edge radius and tip thickness are two main factors affecting efficiency deviation.Therefore,to reduce efficiency uncertainty,a compressor should be avoided working near the choke condition,and the tolerances of the tip leading-edge radius and tip thickness should be strictly controlled.Junying WANG Baotong WANG Heli YANG Zhenzhong SUN Kai ZHOU Xinqian ZHENG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3:0

13Study on Modified Y Zeolites and Their Behaviors in Selective Adsorptive Desulfurization of FCC Gasoline (Ⅰ)显示文摘NaY zeolite was modified through dealumination with oxalic acid,and the HY zeolite was obtained by calcination of the modified NaY zeolite.The zeolite molding process was carried out at ambient temperature(25℃),and the influence of solid/fuel mass ratio and adsorptive desulfurization time on the HY zeolite were investigated through tests on static selective adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline containing organic sulfur compounds(with a S content=135 ppm).The sulfur content and sulphide types in the FCC gasoline were analyzed by a GC 2010 sulfur analyzer and a GC-SCD chromatograph.The test results showed that the molded HY zeolite was better than the unmolded HY zeolite.At a static adsorptive desulfurization time on the molded HY zeolite equating to 6 hours,a solid/fuel mass ratio of 1:3,the sulfur content of FCC gasoline was decreased to 30 ppm,and the desulfurization rate was equal to 78%.When the breakthrough point of the molded HY was equal to 50 ppm,the molded HY zeolite was capable of adsorbing 4.86 mg of sulfur per gram of adsorbent.And the regeneration rate of molded HY zeolite was equal to 98%.Zhu Heli~(1,2) Liu Daosheng~2 Song Lijuan~2 Sun Zhaolin~2 (1.PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company,Huludao 125001 2.Liaoning Key Laboratory of Petrochemical Engineering,Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology) 2009China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2009,11,4:0
