2Whole-genome resequencing of Osmanthus fragrans provides insights into flower color evolution显示文摘Osmanthus fragrans is a well-known ornamental plant that has been domesticated in China for 2500 years.More than 160 cultivars have been found during this long period of domestication,and they have subsequently been divided into four cultivar groups,including the Yingui,Jingui,Dangui,and Sijigui groups.These groups provide a set of materials to study genetic evolution and variability.Here,we constructed a reference genome of O.fragrans‘Liuyejingui’in the Jingui group and investigated its floral color traits and domestication history by resequencing a total of 122 samples,including 119 O.fragrans accessions and three other Osmanthus species,at an average sequencing depth of 15×.The population structure analysis showed that these 119 accessions formed an apparent regional cluster.The results of linkage disequilibrium(LD)decay analysis suggested that varieties with orange/red flower color in the Dangui group had undergone more artificial directional selection;these varieties had the highest LD values among the four groups,followed by the Sijigui,Jingui,and Yingui groups.Through a genome-wide association study,we further identified significant quantitative trait loci and genomic regions containing several genes,such as ethylene-responsive transcription factor 2 and Arabidopsis pseudoresponse regulator 2,that are positively associated with petal color.Moreover,we found a frameshift mutation with a 34-bp deletion in the first coding region of the carotenoid cleavage dioxygenase 4 gene.This frameshift mutation existed in at least one site on both alleles in all varieties of the Dangui group.The results from this study shed light on the genetic basis of domestication in woody plants,such as O.fragrans.Hongguo Chen Xiangling Zeng Jie Yang Xuan Cai Yumin Shi Riru Zheng Zhenqi Wang Junyi Liu Xinxin Yi Siwei Xiao Qiang Fu Jingjing Zou Caiyun Wang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:5
3Monitoring subsidence rates along road network by persistent scatterer SAR interferometry with high-resolution TerraSAR-X imagery显示文摘Ground subsidence is one of the key factors damaging transportation facilities,e.g.,road networks consisting of highways and railways.In tiiis paper,we propose to apply the persistent scatterer synthetic aperture radar interferometry(PS-InSAR)approach mat uses highresolution TerraSAR-X(TSX)imagery to extract the regional scale subsidence rates(i.e.,average annual subsidence in mm/year)along road networks.The primary procedures involve interferometric pair selection,interferogram generation,persistent scatterer(PS)detection,PS networking,phase parameterization,and subsidence rate estimation.The Xiqing District in southwest Tianjin(China)is selected as the study area.This district contains one railway line and several highway lines.A total of 15TSX images covering this area between April 2009 and June 2010 are utilized to obtain the subsidence rates by using the PS-InSAR(PSI)approach.The subsidence rates derived from PSI range from—68.7 to—1.3 mm/year.These findings show a significantly uneven subsidence pattern along the road network.Comparison between the PSI-derived subsidence rates and the leveling data obtained along the highways shows that the mean and standard deviation(SD)of the discrepancies between die two types of subsidence rates are 0.1 and±3.2 mm/year,respectively.The results indicate that the high-resolution TSX PSI is capable of providing comprehensive and detailedsubsidence information regarding road networks with millimeter-level accuracy.Further inspections under geological conditions and land-use categories in the study area indicate that the observed subsidence is highly related to aquifer compression due to groundwater pumping.Therefore,measures should be taken to mitigate groundwater extraction for the study area.Bing Yu Guoxiang Liu Rui Zhang Hongguo Jia Tao Li Xiaowen Wang Keren Dai Deying Ma 2013Journal of Modern Transportation2013,21,4:4
4CPTA treatment reveals potential transcription factors associated with carotenoid metabolism in flowers of Osmanthus fragrans显示文摘Osmanthus fragrans is one of the top ten traditional flowers in China.It is divided into three different groups according to its color.α-Carotene and β-carotene are the main determinants to distinguish the color differences between three groups.However,the dominant genes and transcription factors involved in carotenoid metabolism remain unclear.CPTA treatment(0.7mmol·L−1)remarkably promoted lycopene,α-carotene and β-carotene contents in flowers.Transcriptome sequencing analysis revealed that CPTA treatment could trigger chain reactions in carotenoid metabolism pathway genes.Four up-regulated and 10 down-regulated transcription factors which have close association with carotenoid variation were significantly induced by CPTA treatment.The up-regulated TFs such as MYB43,MYB123,HSF,were further subjected to transcript expression determination in different cultivars with drastic colors.Among them,transcript expression of four up-regulated TFs coincided with the carotenoid accumulation in different cultivars.We selected up-regulated OfMYB43 to verify its function,which is related to stress tolerance and transcriptional regulation.Transient overexpression of OfMYB43 in O.fragrans flowers showed that it could remarkably promote the expression of PDS,ZISO,LCYE and CCD4,leading to increased accumulation of β-branch carotenoids.OfMYB43 was a potential positive regulator of carotenoid biosynthesis in O.fragrans flowers.This study provides insight into the molecular mechanism of carotenoid metabolism in O.fragrans.Wan Xi Yanhong He Linlin Zhu Shiyang Hu Shuyi Xiong Yi Zhang Jingjing Zou Hongguo Chen Caiyun Wang Riru Zheng 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,5:3

10Investigation on Modification of NaY Zeolite and Its Behaviors in Selective Adsorptive Desulfurization of FCC gasoline显示文摘NaY zeolite was modified with oxalic acid, and Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite was obtained via liquid phase ion exchange between the modified NaY zeolite and cerium nitrate. The Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite was obtained via liquid phase ion exchange between NaY zeolite and cerium nitrate. The performance of two Y zeolites [Ce(IV)Y(1) and Ce(IV)Y(2)] was compared through static selective adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline at room temperature and normal pressure. The sulfur compounds and contents of the FCC gasoline were analyzed by microcoulometry and GC-SCD chromatogram. The results showed that the effect of adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline achieved by Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite was better than that of Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite. The rate for adsorptive desulfurization of FCC gasoline by Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite and Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite was 85.0% and 62.4%, respectively. The Ce(IV)Y(1) zeolite could adsorb DMTs, which could not be adsorbed by Ce(IV)Y(2) zeolite. 16Cooperative catalysis of Co single atoms and nanoparticles enables selective CAr-OCH_(3) cleavage for sustainable production of lignin-based cyclohexanols显示文摘In this work,a dual-size MOF-derived Co catalyst(0.2Co_(1-NPs)@NC)composed of single atoms(Co_(1))and highly dispersed nanoparticles(Co NPs)was prepared by in-situ Zn evaporation for the highperformance conversion of lignin-derived o-methoxyphenols(lignin oil)to cyclohexanols(up to 97%yield)via cascade demethoxylation and dearomatization.Theoretical calculations elaborated that the dual-size Co catalyst exhibited a cooperative effect in the selective demethoxylation process,in which the Co NPs could initially dissociate hydrogen at lower energies while Co1remarkably facilitated the cleavage of the C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond.Moreover,the intramolecular hydrogen bonds formed in the omethoxy-containing phenols were found to result in a decrease in the bond energy of the C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond,which was more prone to be activated by the dual-size Co sites.Notably,the pre-hydrogenated intermediate(e.g.,2-methoxycyclohexanol from guaiacol)is difficult to undergo demethoxylation,indicating that the selective C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond cleavage is a prerequisite for the synthesis of cyclohexanols.The 0.2Co_(1-NPs)@NC catalyst was highly recyclable with a neglect decline in activity during five consecutive cycles.This cooperative catalytic strategy based on the metal size effect opens new avenues for biomass upgrading via enhanced C-O bond cleavage of high selectivity.Baoyu Wang Peng Zhou Ximing Yan Hu Li Hongguo Wu Zehui Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0

19Preparation and characterization of sodium silicate/epoxy resin composite bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets with high performance显示文摘As an organic binder for bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets, epoxy resin(EP) has poor heat resistance but good moisture resistance, while sodium silicate(SS) has poor moisture absorption but better heat resistance and corrosion resistance. In order to improve high temperature stability and decrease moisture absorption of bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets, EP/SS composites were applied as the binder to prepare bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets. The magnetic properties, moisture absorption, corrosion resistance, compressive strength and microstructure of composite bonded magnets were investigated. The results show that EP/SS bonded magnets can obtain excellent magnetic properties at room temperature, and even useable magnetic properties a thigh temperature environments at 200°C. EP/SS composite binder effectively improves heat resistance and corrosion resistance of bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets, and reduces the hygroscopic properties. The molecule of sodium silicateis rigid and keeps it original shape at high temperature environments. In addition, SS in composite binder improves the mobility of the magnetic powders during the pre-pressing process, which makes the magnetic powders attain a more regular structure. These two factors will increase the mechanical properties. Moreover, sodium silicate in the composite binder can also cover the surfaces protecting the magnetic powders from oxidation and corrosion. EP in composite binder can cover SS surface to reduce the water absorption of SS as epoxy is a hydrophobic material. The EDX analysis shows that the composite binder has accumulated in the gaps of the magnet powders, which not only improves heat resistance and corrosion resistance, but also increases the mechanical properties.
