3Decoupling optimization of integrated energy system based on energy quality character显示文摘Connections among multi-energy systems become increasingly closer with the extensive application of various energy equipment such as gas-fired power plants and electricity-driven gas compressor.Therefore,the integrated energy system has attracted much attention. 6Tea and Citrus maxima complex induces apoptosis of human liver cancer cells via PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in vitro显示文摘Objective:In this study,black tea and Citrus maxima(BT-CM),yellow tea and C.maxima(YT-CM),green tea and C.maxima(GT-CM)as subjects,the active ingredient content and antioxidant activity of three tea and C.maxima(T-CM)were analyzed.The effects of three T-CMs on apoptosis of liver cells in vitro and its mechanism were further explored.Methods:National standard method and HPLC were used for active ingredient analysis.MTT,cell fow cytometry and Western blot were used to analyze the effects of three T-CMs on cell proliferation,apoptosis,and its underlying molecular mechanism.Results:The content of tea polyphenols,free amino acids,ratio of polyphenols and amino acids,ester catechins,non-ester catechins and caffeine in YT-CM and GT-CM was significantly higher than that of BT-CM.The in vitro antioxidant capacity of YT-CM and GT-CM was also significantly stronger than that of BT-CM.Three T-CMs had the effects of inhibiting proliferation,arresting cell cycle and inducing apoptosis in HepG2 and Bel7402 cells,especially YT-CM and GT-CM.Western blot analysis showed three T-CMs activated PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and regulated the expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase-3/9.YT-CM and GT-CM had better ability to change the signal pathway than BT-CM.Conclusion:In short,T-CMs,which combined different degrees of fermentation tea with C.maxima,were rich in nutrients and biologically active substances.T-CMs,especially YT-CM and GT-CM,are healthy drinks that help to prevent and treat liver cancer.Shuai Wen Ran An Dongli Li Junxi Cao Zhigang Li Wenji Zhang Ruohong Chen Qiuhua Li Xingfei Lai Lingli Sun Shili Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,3:1

15Simplified parasitic capacitance extraction of shield in HVDC converter system with boundary element method显示文摘It is critical to build a wide-band circuit model to conduct research on the characteristics of the electromagnetic disturbance source during the localization of high voltage direct current(HVDC)technology.Parasitic capacitance is most essential for modeling the equivalent circuit,so a fast and accurate computation of capacitance parameters plays a vital role.Because of the large size and complex structure of the converter equipment,it is impossible to obtain capacitance parameters by means of measurement or simulating calculation with finite element software.In this paper,a simplified method of capacitance extraction based on boundary element method is proposed,which can provide an efficient means of establishing simulation models.In the method presented,simulation model of the shield may not be chamfered.Consequently,the edge and corner of the shield do not need to be handled with a sphere,cylinder and other curved surface model.The availability of this method is demonstrated by comparing the capacitance parameters of chamfered shield with that of non-chamfered shield.Shili LIU Zezhong WANG Jing SUN 2010Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2010,5,4:0
16Effect of Hydroxyapatite Coating Surface Morphology on Adsorption Behavior of Differently Charged Proteins显示文摘The morphology of bone repair materials,such as particle size and roughness of the materials surface,can affect the adsorption of protein molecules.The effects of surface morphology on the absorption of proteins with different charges were studied.Submicron and nano hydroxyapatite(HA)powders prepared by the chemical precipitation method were coated on the surface of a gold sheet by electrophoretic deposition.Various hydroxyapatite coating morphologies were obtained by controlling the powder particle size and the deposition time.The coating surface morphology was analyzed by Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM),and the adsorption behavior of differently charged proteins on the surface was dynamically monitored by Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation(QCM-D).The adsorption dependence of two proteins with different charges upon hydroxyapatite coating surface morphology was investigated.Results show that coating surfaces with smaller deposited particle sizes are favorable for the adsorption of negatively-charged bovine albumin,while with larger deposited particles facilitate the adsorption of positively-charged lysozyme.This may be because that the negatively-charged hydroxyapatite coating exhibits stronger electrostatic effect as the increase in the coating particle size,which facilitates the adsorption of positively-charged proteins and hinders the adsorption of negatively-charged proteins.Increasing coating surface roughness facilitates protein adsorption,though the particle size exhibits a dominant influence.These results are significant for selective adsorption of proteins on material surfaces.Zhihuan He Shili Sun Chunlin Deng 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,2:0
17Joint polarization and DOA estimation based on improved maximum likelihood estimator and performance analysis for conformal array显示文摘The conformal array can make full use of the aperture,save space,meet the requirements of aerodynamics,and is sensitive to polarization information.It has broad application prospects in military,aerospace,and communication fields.The joint polarization and direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation based on the conformal array and the theoretical analysis of its parameter estimation performance are the key factors to promote the engineering application of the conformal array.To solve these problems,this paper establishes the wave field signal model of the conformal array.Then,for the case of a single target,the cost function of the maximum likelihood(ML)estimator is rewritten with Rayleigh quotient from a problem of maximizing the ratio of quadratic forms into those of minimizing quadratic forms.On this basis,rapid parameter estimation is achieved with the idea of manifold separation technology(MST).Compared with the modified variable projection(MVP)algorithm,it reduces the computational complexity and improves the parameter estimation performance.Meanwhile,the MST is used to solve the partial derivative of the steering vector.Then,the theoretical performance of ML,the multiple signal classification(MUSIC)estimator and Cramer-Rao bound(CRB)based on the conformal array are derived respectively,which provides theoretical foundation for the engineering application of the conformal array.Finally,the simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.SUN Shili LIU Shuai WANG Jun YAN Fenggang JIN Ming 2023Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2023,34,6:0

19Non-fullerene acceptor pre-aggregates enable high efficiency pseudo-bulk heterojunction organic solar cells显示文摘Pseudo-bulk heterojunction(BHJ)fabricated by sequential casting of donor and acceptor layers has been recently demonstrated as a superior structure to prepare organic solar cells(OSCs)with enhanced efficiency compared to the conventional BHJ OSCs cast from a common solution of donors and acceptors.However,molecular diffusion and aggregation within the pseudo-BHJ layer bring great challenges to fully realize the advantage of pseudo-BHJ structure.Herein,a solution-incubated pre-aggregation strategy is employed to tune the nanoscale aggregates of non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)BTP-e C11 and N3 to substantially enhance device power-conversion efficiency(PCE).NFA pre-aggregates are incubated in solutions via aging or adding antisolvent,and then sequentially cast onto D18 fibrillar network,which then penetrate to form a pseudo-BHJ structure with appropriate domain sizes to ensure superior charge mobilities.While the conventional pseudo-BHJ OSCs obtain inferior PCEs below 17%compared with normal BHJ OSCs,NFA pre-aggregates help to achieve remarkable PCEs of 17.7%and 17.5%for D18/BTP-e C11 and D18/N3 pseudo-BHJ OSCs.This work demonstrates that the solution-incubated nanoscale pre-aggregation is an efficient approach to regulate molecular diffusion and aggregation to guarantee high performance pseudo-BHJ OSCs.Donghui Li Chuanhang Guo Xue Zhang Baocai Du Cong Yu Pang Wang Shili Cheng Liang Wang Jinlong Cai Hui Wang Dan Liu Huifeng Yao Yanming Sun Jianhui Hou Tao Wang 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,2:0
20Synthesis of poly(maleic acid alkylamide-co-α-olefin-costyrene)and their effect on flow ability of oils显示文摘To improve the flow ability of crude oil with high content of aromatic asphaltenes,new comb-type copolymers of poly(maleic anhydride-co-α-olefin-costyrene)(MASCs)with different ratios of maleic anhydride(MA)to styrene were designed and synthesized.1H NMR and FTIR spectra were used to characterize the chemical structure of the copolymers.The effect of copolymers on the flow ability of model waxy oil and crude oil were studied by rheological method and polarizing light microscopy.Upon the addition of MASCs,the yield stresses of oils were decreased by 1 to 3 orders of magnitude,and the morphology of paraffin crystals were reduced and changed from plates to needles.Jingjing XU Jun XU Jie SUN Shili XING Li LI Xuhong GUO 2011Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2011,5,1:0
