4Full sexual maturity-cycle exposure to environmentally relevant concentrations of 17β-estradiol decreases reproductive capacity of zebrafish显示文摘17β-Estradiol(E2)has been widely detected in natural water and treatment with E2 induces potential endocrine disrupting effects in fish.However,effects on fish fecundity and steroid system after treatment with environmentally relevant concentrations of E2 for the full sexual maturation cycle remain unclear.In this study,zebrafish were treatment with 0,10 or100 ng/L E2 from embryo to adult stage,and effects on gonadal development and differentiation,steroid hormone levels,transcription of genes associated with the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal-liver(HPG)axis in adults and fertilization rate of offspring were assessed.The results showed that treatment with E2 lead to increased number of feminization in zebrafish.In females,E2 decreased cumulative amount of spawning and inhibited the maturation of oocyte.In males,E2 inhibited the maturation and motility of sperm,as well as decreased the movement speed of sperm.These adverse effects on sperm might be responsible for the reduced fertilization observed in offspring.In addition,treatment with E2 changed the levels of steroid hormones in zebrafish gonad and altered the transcriptional levels of genes associated with HPG axis,which is responsible for the regulation of germ cells maturation and gonadal development in zebrafish.Overall,these results suggested that treatment with environmentally relevant concentrations of E2 for the full sexual maturity cycle resulted in adverse effects on reproduction in zebrafish.Yongkang Zhang Yuanjun Jiang Qian Sun Meng Li Sheng Chen Jingyu Liang Chunsheng Liu 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,3:0
5Synthesis of Piperazic Acid-Containing Cyclodepsipeptide Core of Verucopeptin显示文摘Comprehensive SummaryChemically,N1 nitrogen of piperazic acid is more nucleophilic than N2 nitrogen,but amide bonds predominantly formed at N2 nitrogen are prevalent in piperazic acid-containing natural products,with only one exception of sanglifehrin.Thus two orthogonal protecting groups of nitrogen are often employed to realize selective coupling of N2 nitrogen,resulting in increased synthetic steps and low synthetic efficiency.However,we develop selective deprotection of N2-Cbz from the N1,N2-diCbz-piperazic acid-containing peptide to form the N2 amide exclusively,avoiding the tedious orthogonal protection strategy which is commonly applied when the easily-accessible N1,N2-diCbz-piperazic acid is used as the synthetic module.We employ this selective-deprotection strategy to achieve an efficient synthesis of piperazic acid-containing cyclodepsipeptide core of verucopeptin with an overall yield of 21%from commercially/readily available building blocks.Yuanjun Sun Wenhao Tang Mei Wang Huxin Ni Ya-Qiu Long 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,17:0
6Crystallization Regulation and Morphological Evolution for HTM-free Tin-Lead (1.28eV) Alloyed Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘There have been huge achievements of all-perovskite tandem solar cells,which recently realized the highest power conversion efficiency of 24.8%.However,the complex device structure and complicated manufacture processes severely restrict the further development of all-perovskite tandem solar cells.In this work,we successfully fabricated high-efficiency hole transport material-free(HTM-free)Sn−Pb alloyed narrow bandgap perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by introducing guanidinium thiocyanate(GASCN)and hydroiodic acid(HI)into the perovskite precursor solution.GASCN and HI play a positive synergy effect during perovskite crystallization process resulting in larger grain size,fewer surface defects,and lower trap density to suppress the Sn^(2+)oxidation degradation.Furthermore,they could effectively adjust the energy level of perovskite materials,reduce the energy level difference between perovskite and ITO resulting in more efficiently transport of free hole charge carriers.As a result,with adding GASCN and HI,the achieved highest power conversion efficiency of HTM-free devices increased from 12.58%to 17.85%,which is one of the highest PCEs among all values reported to date for the HTM-free narrow-bandgap(1.2-1.4 eV)Sn−Pb binary PSCs.Moreover,the optimized device shows improved environmental stability.Our additive strategy manifests a remarkable step towards the facile,cost-efficient fabrication of HTM-free perovskite-based tandem solar cells with both high efficiency and simple fabrication process.Hang Hu Xianyong Zhou Jiabang Chen Deng Wang Dongyang Li Yulan Huang Luozheng Zhang Yuanjun Peng Feng Wang Jingxia Huang Naichao Chen Liang Sun Xuesong Liu Xingzhu Wang Jianyong Ouyang Baomin Xu 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,2:0
7Fabricating titanium dioxide/N-doped carbon nanofibers as advanced interlayer for improving cycling reversibility of lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘'Shuttle effect' is detrimental for maintaining the high capacity and cycling reversibility of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).To inhibit polysulfide migration,N-doped carbon nanofibers(N-CNFs) membrane comprising TiO_(2)nanoparticles(TiO_(2)/N-CNFs) is fabricated using an electrospinning-calcination method and further applied as interlayer in LSBs.The TiO_(2)/N-CNFs interlayer helps the battery to deliver a high specific capacity of 1155.2 mA·h·g^(-1)at 0.2 C with high Coulombic efficiency,good rate capability and stability.When cycling at 0.5 C,a capacity retention rate of 62.4% is achieved over 300 cycles,which is higher than that of CNFs and TiO_(2)/CNFs counterparts.The excellent performance should mainly be attributed to the alleviated 'shuttle effect' deriving from high polysulfide trapping ability of TiO_(2)nanoparticles and N heteroatoms in interwoven CNFs.Xingmei Guo Jinfeng Xie Jing Wang Shangqing Sun Feng Zhang Fu Cao Yuanjun Liu Xiangjun Zheng Junhao Zhang Qinghong Kong 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12:0
8Reducing children’s exposure to di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate in homes and kindergartens in China:Impact on lifetime cancer risks and burden of disease显示文摘Exposure to di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)in the indoor environment has been linked with significant health risks for Chinese children.Multi-phase DEHP concentrations in Chinese residences and kindergartens were estimated using a mass balance model based on the current baseline condition and control strategies(i.e.,increasing ventilation rate,reducing area of sources,using mechanical ventilation systems,and using portable air cleaners).The health benefits of each control strategy were quantified as the reduction in lifetime cancer risks(LCR)and burden of disease(BoD).In the current situation,the mean LCR and disability-adjusted life years(DALY)number attributable to indoor DEHP exposure for Chinese children were around 6.0×10^(−6) and 155 thousand,respectively.The mean LCR and DALY might be reduced by 25%-54%and 16%-40%,respectively,by increasing air exchange rates by 100%,reducing the use of source materials by two-thirds or deploying commercial air cleaners in naturally ventilated buildings.Meanwhile,avoidable DALYs could result in a reduction of mean economic losses of 2.2-5.3 billion RMB.Mechanical ventilation systems with filtration units may not be helpful for reducing children’s health risks.House-specific and tailor-made control measures are critical in lowering indoor exposure to DEHP to promote sustainable buildings and children’s health in China.Dongsheng Tao Wen Sun Donghui Mo Yonghui Lin Wei Lv Daniel Mmereki Yousheng Xu Yanghui Ye Yuanjun Tang Chao Ye Cong Dong Zhongming Bu 2024Building Simulation2024,17,3:0
