1Long Campaign of BF with Overheating-Free Cooling Stave显示文摘A basic idea of permanent lining in designing long campaign of BF was put forward. BF designer should follow a chain of thinking procedure: Cooling water-Cooling system-Refractory lining. The temperature field of BF wall and cooling stave was calculated using heat transfer model and the results were proved by a 1 000-1 200 ℃ test rig. 2Late Paleozoic to Mesozoic extension in southwestern Fujian Province, South China: Geochemical, geochronological and Hf isotopic constraints from basic-intermediate dykes显示文摘The tectonic evolution of SE China block since late Paleozoic remains debated.Here we present a new set of zircon U-Pb geochronological,Lu-Hf isotopic data and whole-rock geochemistry for two stages of basicintermediate dykes from the southwestern Fujian.The samples were collected from the NE-trending(mainly diabases) and NW-trending(mainly diabasic diorites) dykes and yielded zircon U-Pb ages of 315 and 141 Ma,with ε_(Hf)(t) values of-8.90 to 7.49 and-23.39 to-7.15(corresponding to T_(DM2) values of 850 to 1890 Ma and 737 to 2670 Ma),respectively.Geochemically these rocks are characterized by low TiO_2(0.91-1.73 wt.%)and MgO(3.04-7.96 wt.%),and high Al_2O_3(12.5-16.60 wt.%) and K_2O(0.60-3.63 wt.%).Further they are enriched in LREEs and ULEs(Rb,Ba,Th and K).but depleted in HFSEs(Nb,Ta and Zr).The tectonic discrimination analysis revealed that the dykes were formed in an intraplate extensional environment.However,the NW trending dykes show crust-mantle mixed composition,which indicate an extensional tectonic setting with evidence for crustal contamination.The SE China block experienced two main stages of extensional tectonics from late Carboniferous to early Cretaceous.The tectonic evolution of the SE China block from late Devonian to Cretaceous is also evaluated.Sen Wang Da Zhang Ganguo Wu Absai Vatuva Yongjun Di Pengcheng Yan Haibin Feng Shuai Ma 2017Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,3:6
3Exogenous hydrogen sulfide inhibits apoptosis by regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress-autophagy axis and improves myocardial reconstruction after acute myocardial infarction显示文摘During acute myocardial infarction,endoplasm ic reticulum(ER)stress-induced autophagy and apoptosis have been shown as im portant pathogeneses of myocardial reconstruction.Im portantly,hydrogen sulfide(H2S),as a third endogenous gas signaling molecule,exerts strong cytoprotective effect on anti-ER stress,autophagy regulation and antiapoptosis.Here,we showed that H2 S treatm ent inhibits apoptosis by regulating ER stress-autophagy axis and im proves myocardial reconstruction after acute myocardial infarction.We found that H2S intervention im proved left ventricle function,reduced glycogen deposition in myocardial tissue mesenchyme,and inhibited apoptosis.Moreover,the expressions of fibrosis indicators(Col3a1 and Col1a2),ER stress-related proteins(CHOP and BIP/ERP78),autophagy-related proteins(Beclin and ATG5),apoptosis protein(Bax),as well as fibrosis protein Col4a3bp were all decreased after treatm ent w ith H2 S.H2 S adm inistration also m aintained MMP/TIMP balance.Mechanistically,H2S activated the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.In addition,H2S treatm ent also reduced the expressions of ER stress-related proteins,autophagy-related proteins,and apoptins in in wtro experiments.Interestingly,activation of ER stress-autophagy axis could reverse the inhibitory effect of H2S on myocardial apoptosis.Altogether,these results suggested that exogenous H2S suppresses myocardial apoptosis by blocking ER stress-autophagy axis,which in turn reverses cardiac rem odeling after myocardial infarction.Yaling Li Maojun Liu Jiali Yi Xiong Song Xia Zheng Da Liu Sen Wang Chun Chu Jun Yang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,12:5
4Late Mesozoic Tectonic Evolution of Southwestern Fujian Province,South China:Constraints from Magnetic Fabric,Zircon U-Pb Geochronology and Structural Deformation显示文摘A combined study of magnetic fabrics, zircon U-Pb geochronology and structural deformation was carried out for Late Paleozoic sedimentary and Mesozoic magmatic rocks in the southwestern Fujian rift basin, South China, aiming at deciphering the tectonic evolution during Late Mesozoic. Field observations showed that the Late Mesozoic structure deformations in southwestern Fujian were categorized into four phases: NW-SE compression, ENE-WSW extension, NNE-SSW compression and NNW-SSE extension, sequentially. Zircons picked out from Juzhou granite and WNW-trending diabase dykes showed complete crystal shapes and clear oscillatory zonings on their edges, and the U-Pb dating yielded ages of 132 and 141 Ma, respectively. The susceptibility ellipsoid magnitude parameters of the Juzhou granite are characterized by flaser type strain ellipsoid, with pole density center of K3 falling into the first and the third quadrants, these features revealed that the Juzhou granite formed in ENE-WSW compressional stress field, indicating the early stage of Early Cretaceous extrusion in southwestern Fujian. The late stage of Early Cretaceous NNE-SSW extension was limited by the widespread WNW-trending diabase dykes, which were usually regarded as important indications for a regional extensional setting. 6An Investigation on the Molecular Characteristics and Intracellular Growth Ability among Environmental and Clinical Isolates of Legionella pneumophila in Sichuan Province, China显示文摘Objective To investigate the molecular characteristics and intracellular growth ability of Legionella pneumophila(L. pneumophila) strains from 1989 to 2016 in Sichuan Province, China. Methods Seventy-nine isolates of L. pneumophila were collected from environmental and clinical sources, including cooling towers, hot springs, bath water, fountains, and patients, and identified with 16 S rRNA gene analysis and serum agglutination assay. The isolates were then typed by Sequence-Based Typing(SBT), and Genotyping of forty-two LP1 strains were analyzed by means of multiple-locus VNTR analysis with 8 loci(MLVA-8). All strains were further analyzed for two virulence genes: Legionella vir homologue(lvh) and repeats in structural toxin(rtx A). The intracellular growth ability of 33 selected isolates was determined by examining their interaction with J774 cells. Results All isolates were identified to L. pneumophila including 11 serogroups, among which the main serogroup were LP1, accounting for 54.43%. Thirty-three different sequence types(STs) from five main clonal groups and five singletons were identified, along with 8 different MLVA patterns. Both the lvh and rtx A loci were found in all 79 strains. Thirty isolates showed high intracellular growth ability in J774 cells.
