1Hf isotopic composition of zircons from the Huashan-Guposhan intrusive complex and their mafic enclaves in northeastern Guangxi:Implication for petrogenesis显示文摘High precision zircon U-Pb dating indicates that main intrusive bodies (Tong'an,Niumiao,Huashan,Lisong),and a mafic microgranular enclave in the Huashan-Guposhan complex were formed at 160-163 Ma.The εHf(t) values of zircons from the Huashan granite vary from -2.8 to +0.3 and those from the Lisong granite vary from -2.3 to +0.3,which are obviously different with those values (+2.6 to +7.4) of the mafic enclaves from the Lisong granite.These Hf isotopic data indicate that the mafic enclaves and host granites were crystallized from different sources of magmas,providing evidence for mafic-felsic magma mixing processes.The highest εHf(t) value of zircons from the mafic enclaves is up to +7.4,indicating that the mafic magma was originated from a relatively depleted mantle source.Studies on regional geology and the contemporaneous mafic and alkaline rocks in this area indicate that the mafic magma was not originated from reworking of basaltic juvenile crust,but from partial melting of the mantle.However,it remains to be resolved whether the mafic magma was derived from partial melting of the asthenosphere or the lithospheric mantle.The Huashan granite and the Lisong granite were formed from hybrid magma of mantle-derived and crust-derived magmas,and the mafic enclaves are considered as remains of mantle-derived magma during mixing processes.The εHf(t) values of zircons from the Niumiao diorite vary from -1.1 to +2.1,and those from the Tong'an quartz monzonite vary from -1.7 to +1.7.These values are lower than those from the mafic enclaves,suggesting that the diorite and monzonite were formed from different source-derived magmas with the mafic enclaves.The εHf(t) values for the Niumiao diorite and the Tong'an monzonite are only slightly higher than those for the Hushan granite and the Lisong granite.Abundant mafic enclaves also occur in the Niumiao diorite and in the Tong'an monzonite.Thus,we suggest that the Niumiao diorite and the Tong'an monzonite were probably also formed from the same hybrid magma as the granites but come through less degree of fractional crystallization and crustal contamination.The strong mantle-derived and crust-derived magma mixing caused by an intense crustal extension and thinning in the Mid-Late Jurassic may be the major mechanism for generating the diorites and granites in southeastern Hunan and northeastern Guangxi belt in South China.ZHAO KuiDong JIANG ShaoYong ZHU JinChu LI Liang DAI BaoZhang JIANG YaoHui LING HongFei 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,6:24
2Effects of different forms of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance,intestinal development,and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets显示文摘The present study was conducted to determine effects of different forms of yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,strain Y200007) on the growth performance,intestinal development,and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets.A total of 96 piglets(14-d old,initial average body weight of 4.5 kg) were assigned to 4 dietary treatments:(1) basal diet without yeast(Control);(2) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg live yeast(LY);(3) basal diet supplemented with 2.66 g/kg heat-killed whole yeast(HKY);and(4) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg superfine yeast powders(SFY).Diets and water were provided ad libitum to the piglets during 3-week experiment.Growth performance of piglets was measured weekly.Samples of blood and small intestine were collected at days 7 and 21 of experiment.Dietary supplementation with LY and SFY improved G:F of piglets at days 1-21 of the experiment(P<0.05) compared to Control group.Serum concentrations of growth hormone(GH),triiodothyronine(T_3),tetraiodothyronine(T_4),and insulin growth factor 1(IGF-1) in piglets at day 21 of the experiment were higher when fed diets supplemented with LY and SFY than those in Control group(P < 0.05).Compared to Control group,contents of serum urea nitrogen of piglets were reduced by the 3 yeast-supplemented diets(P< 0.05).Diets supplemented with LY increased villus height and villus-to-crypt ratio in duodenum and jejunum of piglets(P < 0.05) compared to other two groups at day 7 of the experiment.Feeding diets supplemented with LY and SFY increased(P< 0.05) serum concentrations of IgA,IL-2,and IL-6 levels in piglets compared to Control.The CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio and proliferation of T-lymphocytes in piglets fed diets supplemented with LY were increased compared to that of Control group at day 7 of the experiment(P < 0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with both LY and SFY enhanced feed conversion,small intestinal development,and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets,with better improvement in feed conversion by dietary supplementation with LY,while dietary supplementation with SFY was more effective in increasing systemic immune functions in early-weaned piglets.Zongyong Jiang Shaoyong Wei Zhilin Wang Cui Zhu Shenglan Hu Chuntian Zheng Zhuang Chen Youjun Hu Li Wang Xianyong Ma Xuefen Yang 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,1:13
3Trace and Rare Earth Element Characteristics in Fe-Mn Carbonates Associated with Stratiform Ag-Pb-Zn Mineralization from the Lengshuikeng Ore District, Jiangxi Province: Implications for Their Genesis and Depositional Environment显示文摘We performed a systematic trace and rare earth element analysis for the bedded Fe-Mn carbonate rocks related to the stratiform Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization in the Lengshuikeng ore district, Jiangxi Province, South China. Three types of Fe-Mn carbonates are distinguished, namely, the massive, breccia, and vein types. Both carbonate and silicate fractions in the samples are analyzed for their trace and rare earth element concentrations using a step acid-leaching technique. Our results show that the carbonate fractions in the massive type samples have the lowest REE concentrations but pronounced positive Eu and Y anomalies with Eu/Eu* value from 1.3 to 6.2 and Y/Ho value from 40.1 to 59.5, and similar characteristics are also shown for the silicate fractions in the massive type samples(Eu/Eu*=1.0–6.7, Y/Ho=20.7–55.1). These REE characteristics are similar to those of Sedex type massive sulfide deposits worldwide, and we suggest that the massive type Fe-Mn carbonate rocks were likely formed from an exhalative volcanic-hydrothermal fluid feeding the depression basin of a volcanic lake. The high concentrations of redox-sensitive elements and ratios such as U/Th, V/Cr and V/(V+Ni) indicate a dysoxic environment for the Fe-Mn carbonate deposition. In contrast, the breccia type and vein type Fe-Mn carbonate samples show different trace and rare earth element features from those of massive type samples, and they are more similar to the volcanic rocks and magmatic-hydrothermal fluids in the Lengshuikeng ore district and may reflect strong overprinting from volcanic and sub-volcanic magmatism related to the porphyry type mineralization in the district.Qing Li Shaoyong Jiang 2016Journal of Earth Science2016,27,4:6
4Geochronology and Hf Isotope Study of Pegmatite in the Xiaoqinling Area of NW China: Implication for Petrogenesis and Regional Metamorphism显示文摘In this study, we carried out petrography, zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotopic analyses on a granitic pegmatite dyke in the Xiaoqinling area in southern margin of the North China Craton(NCC). Our study suggests that the pegmatite dyke likely crystallized from a volatile-rich pegmatitic magma. Different from most other pegmatite elsewhere, zircon from this pegmatite dyke does not contain unusually high U and Th concentrations and suffered no evident radioactive damage, therefore we successfully obtained a zircon U-Pb dating using laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS), which yields an average 207Pb/206 Pb age of 1 814±6 Ma, representing the intrusive age of the granitic pegmatite dyke. Zircon εHf(t) values are between-8.3 and-3.0, corresponding to Hf depleted mantle model ages from 2 649 to 2 991 Ma with an average of 2 881 Ma. These data indicate that this granitic pegmatite dyke may have been derived from partial melting of Meso-Neoarchean metamorphic rocks from the Xiaoqinling basement. Granitic pegmatite magma may have emplaced within the Taihua Group wall rocks during the last stage of the middle to high grade metamorphism. Furthermore, according to the petrographic observation, the 1.81 Ga pegmatite dyke and the 1 800–1 750 Ma Xiong'er Group rocks were not undergone middle to high grade metamorphism, indicating 1.81 Ga as the termination of the latest regional metamorphism in the southern margin of the NCC.Haixiang Zhao Shaoyong Jiang Baozhang Dai Liang Ma Jianwei Li 2015Journal of Earth Science2015,26,3:5

6In situ Analysis of Major Elements, Trace Elements and Sr Isotopic Compositions of Apatite from the Granite in the Chengchao Skarn-Type Fe Deposit, Edong Ore District: Implications for Petrogenesis and Mineralization显示文摘Major elements, trace elements and Sr isotopic compositions of apatite from the granite in the Chengchao skarn-type Fe deposit of Edong ore district of Middle–Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt were measured using EMPA(electron microprobe), LA-ICP-MS(laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer) and LA-MC(multicollector)-ICP-MS methods in order to reveal the petrogenetic and metallogenic significance of the skarn-type iron deposits. The results show that the apatite in Chengchao granite is fluorapatite, which displays slight variation in major elements. The REE distribution pattern of the apatite is similar to that of the whole rocks, with strong negative Eu anomaly and low Sr/Y ratio. The concentration of Mn in apatite is low(140 ppm–591 ppm) and the Sr isotopic composition shows a limited variation from 0.706 9 to 0.708 2. The high oxygen fugacity of the Chengchao granite, implied by the low Mn content in apatite, is possibly attributed to contamination of the gypsum from sedimentary rock strata, which has long been thought to be an important factor that controls the Fe mineralization in the Middle–Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt. This study also proves that the Eu/Eu* value and Sr/Y ratio in apatite can be effectively used to identify the adakitic affinity. The in situ Sr isotope analysis of apatite is in consistent with the bulk rock analysis, which indicates that the apatite Sr isotope can represent the initial Sr isotopic compositions of the magma. 7A New Type of Rare Metal Deposit:The Yushishan Leptynite-Type Nb-Ta Deposit in Eastern Altun,Gansu Province,NW China显示文摘The Yusishan deposit is a newly found leptynite-type niobium and tantalum(Nb-Ta)deposit,which is located in the Eastern Altun of Gansu Province.The leptynite of the Neoproterozoic Aoyougou Formation occurs more than 10 km long and 3 km wide.In this paper,we carried out a detailed study of the leptynite and related mineralization.The U-Pb dating of zircon reveals ages of 831±5 Ma and 790±5 Ma for the unmineralized leptynite and 491±4 Ma and 455±4 Ma for the mineralized leptynite.The petrographic and geochemical evidence identified the protolith of the leptynite as alkalin e volcanic rocks that erupted during Neoproterozoic at ca.830 Ma.At ca.490 Ma,the tectono-magmatic and metamorphic event triggered remobilization and enrichment of Nb-Ta as well as other critical metals(REE,Zr,Hf etc)with the formation of industry orebodies in the leptynite strata.The Yushishan deposit presents many similarities with the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits in the south Qinling of China and the Brochman,Toogni and Southern Peak Range deposits in Australian.We therefore propose that the Yushishan deposit is a new type(sub-type)of Nb-Ta deposit and termed as leptynite type that represents the metamorphic counterpart of the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits.JIANG SHAOYONG LIU TAO ZHANG HAOXIANG CAO SHUYUN ZHENG RUOHONG LI TONGGUO YU JUNPENG WU YIBU 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5:2
8Nitrogen removal from summer to winter in a field pilot-scale multistage constructed wetland-pond system显示文摘A pilot-scale multistage constructed wetland-pond(MCWP)system with a'pre-ecological oxidation pond,two-stage horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetland(HSCW)and surface flow constructed wetland(SFCW)as the core and postsubmerged plant pond'as the process was used to treat actual polluted river water in the field,and the variation in nitrogen removal from summer to winter was investigated.The results showed that the average total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiency in the MCWP was approximately 40.74%.The significant positive correlation between the daily highest temperature and the TN removal efficiency of the whole system was fitted with a nonlinear curve(R^(2)=0.7192).The TN removal load rate in the HSCWs was 2.7–3.7 times that in the SFCW.The SFCW,which had high-density plants(35 plants/m^(2)),increased the proportion of nitrogen removed by plant harvesting and microbial function.The TN transformed by Iris pseudacorus L.accounted for 54.53%in the SFCW.Furthermore,bacteria completed the nitrogen cycle in the SFCW through a variety of nitrogen removal pathways.This research not only investigated the TN removal performance in an MCWP system but also made it possible to predict the TN removal efficiency according to the daily highest temperature from summer to winter in the field.Tao Wang Liping Xiao Hongbin Lu Shaoyong Lu Jiaxin Li Xiaochun Guo Xiaoliang Zhao 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1:2
9Br/Cl,I/Cl and chlorine isotopic compositions of pore water in shallow sediments:implications for the fluid sources in the Dongsha area,northern South China Sea显示文摘The Dongsha area is one of the most promising target areas for gas hydrate exploration in the South China Sea(SCS).The study of pore water geochemistry has played a key role in Chinese gas hydrate exploration.Br/Cl,I/Cl and δ37Cl in pore water were applied here in tracing gas hydrate occurrence,chemical evolution of pore fluids and water/rock interactions in low temperature sediment environments.The samples were collected from Sites HD255 PC and HD309 PC in the Dongsha area in 2004.At Site HD255 PC,we found the elevated Br/Cl,I/Cl and decreased SO_4/Cl at the depth of 4–5 m,suggestive of a laterally migrated fluid probably generated from the gas hydrate occurrence.The range of δ37Cl is –0.54‰ to +0.96‰,and positive δ^(37)Cl at 4–5 m interval should be related with different diffusion rates between ^(35)Cl and ^(37)Cl.At Site HD309 PC,a laterally migrated fluid was also found at the depth of 3–4 m,with the Br/Cl two times to that of the seawater and decreased I/Cl,indicating the fluid has no relationship with the gas hydrate.In this site,the chlorine isotopic composition varies from –0.7‰ to+1.9‰.Extra high Br/Cl might relate with the deep generated fluid.At higher temperature and pressure,the Br/Cl of the fluid is elevated during the hydrous silicate formation,while positive δ37Cl is also associated with the same mechanism.LI Yanping JIANG Shaoyong YANG Tao 2017Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,4:2
10Connotation analysis, source-reservoir assemblage types and development potential of unconventional hydrocarbons in China显示文摘Through analysis of the connotation of unconventional hydrocarbons,the source-reservoir assemblages of unconventional hydrocarbons are divided into three types,i.e.,source-reservoir neighboring type,source-reservoir integration type,and source-reservoir separation type.The source-reservoir neighboring type resources mainly include tight oil and tight gas with the following formation conditions and characteristics:(1)efficient near-source accumulation close to high-quality source rocks with the pressure difference between source and reservoir as the dynamic force;(2)large-area tight reservoirs with certain porosity,dominated by micro-nanopores of inorganic origin;(3)distributed in depressions and slopes with large hydrocarbon-bearing area and great resource quantity,low abundance and local development of“sweet spots”;(4)weak tectonism.The source-reservoir integration type resources mainly include coalbed methane,shale gas,shale oil and oil shale.The formation conditions and characteristics are:(1)high abundance of organic matter,different types of organic matter and thermal evolution grades leading to formation of different resources types;(2)organic-rich sections are distributed continuously in the reservoiring space which is dominated by nanometer organic pores,interparticle pores and microfissures;(3)hydrocarbons mainly occur in free or adsorbed state,varying much with resource type;(4)the resources are self-conserved,and enriched in depressions and slopes,the conservation conditions are controlled by tectonics,temperature and pressure;(5)the production per well can be enhanced by volume fracturing,which increases the permeability of the reservoirs.The source-reservoir separation type resources are more special,mainly including(1)transformed conventional resources such as oil sand and heavy oil;(2)unsteady resources formed under special conditions of temperature and pressure,among which natural gas hydrate is a representative.These three types of resources in China are different in both development prospect and current situation:(1)the source-reservoir neighboring type is most practical and will develop fast in the next 5 years;(2)the source-reservoir integration type needs continuous exploration and technical breakthrough,and is expected to develop rapidly in the coming decade;(3)in the source-reservoir separation type resources,natural gas hydrates have the greatest development potential,on which technical tests are being conducted.Jianzhong Li Min Zhen Xiaoming Chen Denghua Li Shaoyong Wang Tao Song 2016Petroleum Research2016,1,2:2
11Formation characteristics and resource potential of Jurassic tight oil in Sichuan Basin显示文摘Through test analysis of large amount of cores,rock fragments and crude oil samples,and in combination with dynamic data of production from 456 oil wells,hydrocarbon generation potentials of four major source rocks and accumulation characteristics of three major pay layers in the Jurassic of Sichun Basin were well investigated.Results indicated that source rocks in the Lianggaoshan Formation,the Da'anzhai Member and the Dongyuemiao Member mainly generated oil,and those in the Zhenzhuchong Member dominantly generated gas;the organic-rich source rocks controlled distribution of sweet spots of tight oil,and most industrial oil wells were located at the area with high-quality source rocks(TOC>1.2%);and micron-sized pore throats were effective storage space,and fractures played a key role in initial high yield.Jurassic tight oil in the Sichuan Basin was characterized by light oil,high gas-oil ratio and abnormal high pressure,which were favorable for tight oil flow and output.Four methods(i.e.,small bin method,resource abundance analogy method,EUR analogy method and total organic carbon method)were used to estimate Jurassic oil in-place in the Sichuan Basin which ranged from 2×10^(9) to 3×10^(9) t.Through analysis of main controlling factors of resource enrichment,the grading criteria were established for the evaluation of oil in-place in the Sichuan Basin.Through the small bin method,the oil in-place of Type I,Type II and Type III was 1.611×10^(9)t,0.477×10^(9)t and 0.289×10^(9)t,respectively.It was predicted that the largest exploration potential of the Da'anzhai Member was in the Nanchong-Suining area and the east of Liangping area,the most favorable exploration area of the Lianggaoshan Formation was in the Guang'anNanchong-Suining-Yilong area,and the good exploration prospect of the Dongyuemiao Member was in the south of the Guang'an-Suining area.Denghua Li Jianzhong Li Bin Zhang Jiajing Yang Shaoyong Wang 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,4:2

14Load-Balancing and QoS Based Dynamic Resource Allocation Method for Smart Gird Fiber-Wireless Networks显示文摘Real-time network resource allocation based on virtualization technology is an important method to solve the solidification problem of Fiber-wireless(Fi-Wi)access networks.To increase the resource utilization and meet the specific QoS requirements of smart gird communication services,a Load-balancing and QoS based dynamic resource allocation method(LbQ-DR)is proposed with three sub-mechanisms.A time-window based substrate network resource update mechanism is designed to describe the realtime resource consumption of substrate networks,which can balance the accuracy of resource status and the complexity of the allocation algorithm.A QoS-based Virtual network request(VNR)sorting mechanism is presented to precisely calculate the priority of VNRs and reasonably sort the incoming services.A load-balancing based resource allocation mechanism is designed to avoid unbalanced resource consumption.Especially,the channel interference is considered in the cost of embedding and a collision domain mechanism is introduced to decrease interference.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can provide heterogeneous smart grid businesses with differentiated service,improve the utilization and economic benefits of the network and make the network more balanced.XU Siya LI Peng QI Feng GUO Shaoyong ZHOU Guiping DENG Wei LI Yueyue 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,6:1
