1Mechanism of Wireless Power Transfer System Waveform Distortion Caused by Nonideal Gallium Nitride Transistor Characteristics显示文摘Gallium nitride(GaN)field-effect transistors have low ON resistance and switching losses in high-frequency(>MHz)resonant wireless power transfer systems.Nevertheless,their performance in the system is determined by their characteristics and operation mode.A particular operating mode in a 6.78-MHz magnetic resonant wireless transfer system that employs class-D GaN power amplifiers in the zero-voltage switching mode is studied.Two operation modes,the forward mode and the reverse mode,are investigated.The nonideal effect under the device-level dynamic resistance and thermal effect are also analyzed.The dynamic resistance under different operation modes is demonstrated to have different generation mechanisms.Finally,the device characteristics with system operating conditions are combined,and the effects of temperature and dynamic resistance under different operating conditions are evaluated.Shaoyu Sun Jianshan Zhang Wengang Wu Ling Xia Yufeng Jin 2021Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2021,7,2:1
2Lubrication Performance of Connecting-Rod and Main Bearing in Di erent Engine Operating Conditions显示文摘Only the lubrication performance at rated engine operating condition was generally analyzed in current design and research of engine connecting-rod and main bearing. However, the actual engine(especially vehicle engine) does not always operate in rated operating condition and its operating condition changes constantly. In this paper, a fourstroke four-cylinder engine is taken as the studying object, the load and lubrication of connecting-rod and main bearing in di erent operating conditions are analyzed. The load of connecting-rod bearing is calculated by the dynamic calculation method, the loads of all main bearings are calculated by the whole crankshaft beam-element finite element method, and the lubrication performance of connecting-rod and main bearings are analyzed by the dynamic method. The results show that there are major di erences in the changes and numerical value at corresponding moment of the loads and lubrication performance of connecting-rod and main bearings in an engine operating cycle in di erent engine operating conditions; the most unfavorable case of the lubrication performance of connectingrod and main bearings may not take place in the rated engine operating condition. There are also major di erences between the lubrication performance of connecting-rod bearing and that of main bearing and between the lubrication performances of main bearings one another. Therefore, it will not be reasonable that the lubrication performance of a certain connecting-rod bearing or main bearing is analyzed in the design of the engine bearing. 3CO_(2)methanation boosted by support-size-dependent strong metal-support interaction and B-O-Ti component显示文摘Strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)has a great impact on the activity and selectivity of heterogeneous catalysts,which was usually adjusted by changing reduction temperature or processing catalyst in different atmosphere.However,few researches concentrate on modulating SMSI through regulating the structure of the support.Herein,we show how changing the surface environment of the anatase TiO_(2)(B–TiO_(2))can be used to modulate the SMSI.The moderate TiOx overlayer makes the Ni metal highly dispersed on the high specific surface area of support,resulting in a substantially enhanced CO_(2)methanation rate.Besides,a novel phenomenon was observed that boron dopants promote the for-mation of the B–O–Ti interface site,enhancing the catalytic performance of CO_(2)hydrogenation.DFT calculations confirm that the B–O–Ti structure facilitates the activation of CO_(2)and further hydrogenation to methane.Shaoyu Yuan Yushan Yang Zhangyi Xiong Peijing Guo Sufang Sun Zejiang Li Jianlong Du Yongjun Gao 2024Green Energy & Environment2024,9,2:0
