| 1 | Management of acquired bronchobiliary fistula:A systematic literature review of 68 cases published in 30 years显示文摘AIM:To outline the appropriate diagnostic methods and therapeutic options for acquired bronchobiliary fistula(BBF).METHODS:Literature searches were performed in Medline,EMBASE,PHMC and LWW(January 1980August 2010)using the following keywords:biliobronchial fistula,bronchobiliary fistula,bronchobiliary fistula,biliarybronchial fistula,tracheobiliary fistula,hepatobronchial fistula,bronchopleural fistula,and biliptysis.Further articles were identified through crossreferencing.RESULTS:Sixtyeight cases were collected and reviewed.BBF secondary to tumors(32.3%,22/68),including primary tumors(19.1%,13/68)and hepatic metastases(13.2%,9/68),shared the largest proportion of all cases.Biliptysis was found in all patients,and other symptoms were respiratory symptoms,such as irritating cough,fever(36/68)and jaundice(20/68).Half of the patients were treated by lessinvasive methods such as endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage.Invasive approaches like surgery were used less frequently(41.7%,28/67).The outcome was good at the end of the followup period in 28 cases(range,2 wk to 72 mo),and the recovery rate was 87.7%(57/65).CONCLUSION:The clinical diagnosis of BBF can be established by sputum analysis.Careful assessment of this condition is needed before therapeutic procedure.Invasive approaches should be considered only when noninvasive methods failed. | Guan-Qun Liao Hao Wang Guang-Yong Zhu Kai-Bin Zhu Fu-Xin Lv Sheng Tai | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，33： | 28 |
| 2 | Complete disassociation of adult pancreas into viable single cells through cold trypsin-EDTA digestion显示文摘The in vitro isolation and analysis of pancreatic stem/progenitor cells are necessary for understanding their properties and function; however, the preparation of high-quality single-cell suspensions from adult pancreas is prerequisite. In this study, we applied a cold trypsin-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) digestion method to disassociate adult mouse pancreata into single cells. The yield of single cells and the viability of the harvested cells were much higher than those obtained via the two commonly used warm digestion methods. Flow cytometric analysis showed that the ratio of ductal or BCRP1-positive cells in cell suspensions prepared through cold digestion was consistent with that found in vivo. Cell culture tests showed that pancreatic epithelial cells prepared by cold digestion maintained proliferative capacity comparable to those derived from warm collagenase digestion. | 7 | Direct Growth of Graphene on Silicon by Metal-Free Chemical Vapor Deposition显示文摘The metal-free synthesis of graphene on singlecrystal silicon substrates, the most common commercial semiconductor, is of paramount significance for many technological applications. In this work, we report the growth of graphene directly on an upside-down placed,single-crystal silicon substrate using metal-free, ambientpressure chemical vapor deposition. By controlling the growth temperature, in-plane propagation, edge-propagation, and core-propagation, the process of graphene growth on silicon can be identified. This process produces atomically flat monolayer or bilayer graphene domains, concave bilayer graphene domains, and bulging few-layer graphene domains. | 8 | Evaluating the Health Risks of Pneumonia from Airborne Bacterial Communities Using 16S rDNA Sequences of Pneumonia-related Pathogens显示文摘Objective Airborne microbial communities include a significant number of uncultured and poorly characterized bacteria.No effective method currently exists to evaluate the health risks of such complex bacterial populations,particularly for pneumonia.Methods We developed a method to evaluate risks from airborne microorganisms,guided by the principle that closer evolutionary relationships reflect similar biological characteristics,and thus used16 S rDNA sequences of 10 common pneumonia-related bacterial pathogens.We calculated a risk of breath-related(Rbr)index of airborne bacterial communities and verified effectiveness with artificial flora and a clinical project.Results We suggested applying Rbr80 to evaluate the health risks of airborne bacterial communities that comprise 80% of dominant operational taxonomic units(OTUs).The feasibility of Rbr80 was confirmed by artificial flora and by pneumonia data from a hospital.A high Rbr80 value indicated a high risk of pneumonia from airborne bacterial communities.Conclusion Rbr80 is an effective index to evaluate the pneumonia-associated risk from airborne bacteria.Values of Rbr80 greater than 15.40 are considered high risk. | GUO Jian Guo KONG Qi LIU Ce KANG Tai Sheng QIN Chuan | 2021 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2021，34，4： | 2 |

| 15 | hsa_circ_0062019 promotes the proliferation,migration,and invasion of prostate cancer cells via the miR-195-5p/HMGA2 axis显示文摘Circular RNA(circRNA)is a new class of non-coding RNA.It was reported that circRNA involves in the metastasis of cancer.The aim of this study is to explore the role and mechanism of circRNA hsa_circ_0062019 in the development of prostate cancer(PCa).Our results showed that hsa_circ_0062019 was highly expressed in PCa cell lines.Cell Counting Kit-8 assay revealed that upregulation of hsa_circ_0062019 boosted PCa cell proliferation,and silencing of hsa_circ_0062019 inhibited cell proliferation.Meanwhile,transwell assay proved that upregulation of hsa_circ_0062019 facilitated PCa cell invasion and migration,while downregulation of hsa_circ_0062019 inhibited these malignant phenotypes.Furthermore,luciferase reporter assay proved the binding of hsa_circ_0062019 with miR-195-5p and the binding between miR-195-5p and high mobility group AT-hook 2(HMGA2),suggesting that hsa_circ_0062019 promoted the expression of HMGA2 by sponging miR-195-5p.In addition,our results revealed that the hsa_circ_0062019-induced PCa cell malignant phenotypes were notably reversed by the downregulation of HMGA2.Overall,our study demonstrated that hsa_circ_0062019 promoted PCa cell proliferation,migration,and invasion via upregulation of HMGA2 expression by sponging miR-195-5p.Our study proved a novel molecular mechanism of PCa development and provided a potential target for the treatment of PCa. | Peiyu Wang Ligang Zhang Shuiping Yin Yuchen Xu Sheng Tai Li Zhang Chaozhao Liang | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021，53，7： | 1 |
