| 1 | Hot Corrosion Behavior of Double-ceramic-layer LaTi_2 Al_(9)O_(19)/YSZ Thermal Barrier Coatings显示文摘LaTi 2 Al 9 O 19 (LTA) exhibits promising potential as a new kind of thermal barrier coating (TBC) material, due to its excellent high-temperature capability and low thermal conductivity. In this paper, LTA/yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) TBCs are produced by atmospheric plasma spraying. Hot corrosion behavior and the related failure mechanism of the coating are investigated. Decomposition of LTA does not occur even after 1 458 hot corrosion cycles at 1 373 K, revealing good chemical stability in molten salt of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl. However, the molten salt infiltrates to the bond coat, causing dissolving of the thermally grown oxide (TGO) in the molten salt and hot corrosion of the bond coat. As a result, cracking of the TBC occurs within the oxide layer. In conclusion, the ceramic materials LTA and YSZ reveal good chemical stability in molten salts of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl, and the bond coat plays a significant role in providing protection for the component against hot corrosion in the LTA/YSZ TBCs. | 3 | Versatile metal graphitic nanocapsules for SERS bioanalysis显示文摘The novel graphitic nanomaterial of metal graphitic nanocapsules(MGNs) with superior stability, unique optical properties and biocompatibility possess great potential in biomedical and bioanalytical applications. The graphitic shell can quench the background fluorescence interference from external environments via a fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) process and even avoid unnecessary reactions catalyzed by inner metal core. The graphitic shell with several characteristic Raman bands itself can act as Raman signal probe or internal standard(IS), especially the 2D-band within the cellular Raman-silent region helps to reduce the interference signals from external conditions. | 4 | Serum mitochondrial tsRNA serves as a novel biomarker for hepatocarcinoma diagnosis显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),which makes up the majority of liver cancer,is induced by the infection of hepatitis B/C virus.Biomarkers are needed to facilitate the early detection of HCC,which is often diagnosed too late for effective therapy.The tRNA-derived small RNAs(tsRNAs)play vital roles in tumorigenesis and are stable in circulation.However,the diagnostic values and biological functions of circulating tsRNAs,especially for HCC,are still unknown.In this study,we first utilized RNA sequencing followed by quantitative reverse-transcription PCR to analyze tsRNA signatures in HCC serum.We identified tRF-Gln-TTG-006,which was remarkably upregulated in HCC serum(training cohort:24 HCC patients vs.24 healthy controls).In the validation stage,we found that tRF-Gln-TTG-006 signature could distinguish HCC cases from healthy subjects with high sensitivity(80.4%)and specificity(79.4%)even in the early stage(Stage I:sensitivity,79.0%;specificity,74.8%;155 healthy controls vs.153 HCC patients from two cohorts).Moreover,in vitro studies indicated that circulating tRF-Gln-TTG-006 was released from tumor cells,and its biological function was predicted by bioinformatics assay and validated by colony formation and apoptosis assays.In summary,our study demonstrated that serum tsRNA signature may serve as a novel biomarker of HCC. | Shoubin Zhan Ping Yang Shengkai Zhou Ye Xu Rui Xu Gaoli Liang Chenyu Zhang Xi Chen Liuqing Yang Fangfang Jin Yanbo Wang | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,2: | 2 |

S-doping had no significant effect on the phase transformation rate from q- to a-Al2O3, while the addition of Dy retarded this process. For the Sdoped alloy, scale rumpling occurred only after 2 h thermal exposure and numerous large voids were observed at the scalee alloy interface where S segregated. | 20 | Crystallization Kinetics of NiTi Films with Different Ni Contents显示文摘Three kinds of NiTi films with different Ni contents were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering. The crystallization kinetics of amorphous films was determined by using non-isothermal single- scan techniques. The results show that the activation energy of crystallization of Ni-rich NiTi film(Ni 51.10 at. pct, Ti 48.90 at. pct) is 715 kJ/mol; while that of Ti-rich films are similar: one is 445 kJ/mol (Ni 46.74 at. pct. Ti 53.26 at. pct), the other is 418 kJ/mol (Ni 43.21 at. pct, Ti 56.7g at. pct), which i5 lower than Ni-rich film. The Avrami parameter n of different films are 0.92 and 0.74 for Ni-rich film and Ti-rich films, respectively. The difference of kinetic parameters for NiTi films with various Ni contents implies that the crystallization behaviors of these films are distinct, which is confirmed by the calculated isothermal kinetics at different temperatures.
