EMT-associated microRNAs and their roles in cancer stemness and drug resistance显示文摘Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is implicated in a wide array of malignant behaviors of cancers, including proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. Most notably, previou studies have indicated that both cancer stem-like properties and drug resistance were associated with EMT.Furthermore, microRNAs(miRNAs)play a pivotal role in the regulation of EMT phenotype,as a result, some miRNAs impact cancer stemness and drug resistance. Therefore, understanding the relationship between EMT-associated miRNAs and cancer stemness/drug resistance is beneficial to both basic research and clinical treatment. In this review,we preliminarily looked into the various roles that the EMT-associated miRNAs play in the stem-like nature of malignant cells. Then,we reviewed the interaction between EMT-associated miRNAs and the drugresistant complex signaling pathways of multiple cancers including lung cancer, gastric cancer, gynecologic cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, and nasopharyngeal cancer. We finally discussed the relationship between EMT,cancer stemness, and drug resistance,as well as looked forward to the potential applications of miRNA therapy for malignant tumors.Guangtao Pan Yuhan Liu Luorui Shang Fangyuan Zhou Shenglan Yang 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,3:46
Effects of different forms of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance, intestinal development, and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets显示文摘The present study was conducted to determine effects of different forms of yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae, strain Y200007) on the growth performance, intestinal development, and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets.A total of 96 piglets(14-d old, initial average body weight of 4.5 kg) were assigned to 4 dietary treatments:(1) basal diet without yeast(Control);(2) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg live yeast(LY);(3) basal diet supplemented with 2.66 g/kg heat-killed whole yeast(HKY);and(4) basal diet supplemented with 3.00 g/kg superfine yeast powders(SFY).Diets and water were provided ad libitum to the piglets during 3-week experiment.Growth performance of piglets was measured weekly.Samples of blood and small intestine were collected at days 7 and 21 of experiment.Dietary supplementation with LY and SFY improved G:F of piglets at days 1-21 of the experiment(P<0.05) compared to Control group.Serum concentrations of growth hormone(GH),triiodothyronine(T_3),tetraiodothyronine(T_4),and insulin growth factor 1(IGF-1) in piglets at day 21 of the experiment were higher when fed diets supplemented with LY and SFY than those in Control group(P < 0.05).Compared to Control group, contents of serum urea nitrogen of piglets were reduced by the 3 yeast-supplemented diets(P< 0.05).Diets supplemented with LY increased villus height and villus-to-crypt ratio in duodenum and jejunum of piglets(P < 0.05) compared to other two groups at day 7 of the experiment.Feeding diets supplemented with LY and SFY increased(P< 0.05) serum concentrations of IgA,IL-2,and IL-6 levels in piglets compared to Control. The CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio and proliferation of T-lymphocytes in piglets fed diets supplemented with LY were increased compared to that of Control group at day 7 of the experiment(P < 0.05).In conclusion, dietary supplementation with both LY and SFY enhanced feed conversion, small intestinal development, and systemic immunity in early-weaned piglets, with better improvement in feed conversion by dietary supplementation with LY,while dietary supplementation with SFY was more effective in increasing systemic immune functions in early-weaned piglets.Zongyong Jiang Shaoyong Wei Zhilin Wang Cui Zhu Shenglan Hu Chuntian Zheng Zhuang Chen Youjun Hu Li Wang Xianyong Ma Xuefen Yang 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,1:13
Far-red light: A regulator of plant morphology and photosynthetic capacity显示文摘Plant photosynthetic capacity directly determines crop yield. Light quality regulates photosynthetic capacity. This review discusses plant responses to far-red light from the phenotypic to the molecular level, focusing specifically on the improvement of photosynthetic capacity by adjustment of photosynthetic electron transport and the path of light energy. Far-red light can also regulate leaf angle and increase plant height and leaf area, via expression of associated genes, to capture more light energy. Thus, far-red light regulates plant morphology and photosynthetic capacity. Identifying the mechanism of this regulation may lead to increased crop yields.Tingting Tan Shenglan Li Yuanfang Fan Zhonglin Wang Muhammad Ali Raza Iram Shafiq Beibei Wang Xiaoling Wu Taiwen Yong Xiaochun Wang Yushan Wu Feng Yang Wenyu Yang 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,2:4
Dynamics of algae growth and nutrients in experimental enclosures culturing bighead carp and common carp: Phosphorus dynamics显示文摘This is the third paper of the series about 'Dynamics of algae growth and nutrients in experimental enclosures culturing bighead carp and common carp'.In this paper, phosphorus dynamics were investigated under the condition of culturing bighead carp and common carp with added fish food(nitrogen dynamics is discussed in the second paper because their behaviors are so different from each other).Nearly fifty days' observation results indicated that the reservoir water was typical of 'phosphorus limited' water, and soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP) was the main constituent of measured total phosphorus(TP).The presence of fish food resulted in significantly higher SRP,dissolved total phosphorus(DTP) and TP concentrations in contrast with the reservoir water. Moreover, continuous supply of fish food led to the decline of total nitrogen to total phosphorus(TN:TP) from more than 100 to less than5.Variations in the ratio of TN to TP favored the growth of blue-green algae.Fish species affected phosphorus concentrations, and culturing bait-eating common carp contributed more to reducing the SRP,DTP and TP concentrations than culturing planktivorous bighead carp.0.5%,4.1%and 3.1%TP can be removed in enclosures with culturing bighead carp, common carp and mixed bighead carp and common carp, respectively.Abundant phosphorus in the fish culturing activities may be present as the uneaten food, algae cells, and within the water column and sediment, which should be taken into serious consideration for the target of future water eutrophication prevention and safety of the drinking water supply.Suiliang Huang Min Wu Changjuan Zang Shenglan Du Joseph Domagalski Magdalena Gajewska Feng Gao Chao Lin Yong Guo Baoyan Liu Shaoming Wang Yang Luo Adam Szymkiewicz Romuald Szymkiewicz 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,2:3
Activation of transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase DDR1-STAT3 cascade by extracellular matrix remodeling promotes liver metastatic colonization in uveal melanoma显示文摘Colonization is believed a rate-limiting step of metastasis cascade. However, its underlying mechanism is not well understood.Uveal melanoma(UM),which is featured with single organ liver metastasis, may provide a simplified model for realizing the complicated colonization process.Because DDR1 was identified to be overexpressed in UM cell lines and specimens, and abundant pathological deposition of extracellular matrix collagen,a type of DDR1 ligand, was noted in the microenvironment of liver in metastatic patients with UM,we postulated the hypothesis that DDR1 and its ligand might ignite the interaction between UM cells and their surrounding niche of liver thereby conferring strengthened survival, proliferation, sternness and eventually promoting metastatic colonization in liver. We tested this hypothesis and found that DDR1 promoted these malignant cellular phenotypes and facilitated metastatic colonization of UM in liver.Mechanistically,UM cells secreted TGF-β1 which induced quiescent hepatic stellate cells(qHSCs)into activated HSCs(aHSCs)which secreted collagen type I.Such a remodeling of extracellular matrix,in turn, activated DDR1,strengthening survival through upregulating STAT3-dependent Mcl-1 expression, enhancing sternness via upregulating STAT3-dependent S0X2,and promoting clonogenicity in cancer cells.Targeting DDR1 by using 7rh,a specific inhibitor, repressed proliferation and survival in vitro and in vivo outgrowth.More importantly, targeting cancer cells by pharmacological inactivation of DDR1 or targeting microenvironmental TGF-β1-collagen I loop exhibited a prominent anti-metastasis effect in mice.In conclusion, targeting DDR1 signaling and TGF-β1 signaling may be a novel approach to diminish hepatic metastasis in UM.Wei Dai Shenglan Liu Shubo Wang Li Zhao Xiao Yang Jingfeng Zhou Yun Wang Jing Zhang Ping Zhang Ke Ding Yangqiu Li Jingxuan Pan 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6:3
Light-weight refractory high-entropy alloys: A comprehensive review显示文摘In recent years,high-entropy alloys(HEAs)have become a research hotspot in materials community, and great progress has been made in exploring various high-performance HEAs.As a special class, the light-weight refractory high-entropy alloys(RHEAs)own both excellent high-temperature comprehensive properties and low density and have accordingly attracted more and more attention. In this paper,we presented a comprehensive review of the recent progress and status in light-weight RHEAs.Based on an exhausting search of the literature reports, one strategy in terms of phase numbers after preparation was first proposed to classify the light-weight RHEAs into three categories. Then, the status on the fundamental thermodynamic and thermophysical data/databases,computational approaches for alloy designing, and preparation/fabrication techniques of light-weight RHEAs was introduced one after another. After that, the progress on mechanical properties and oxidation/corrosion/wear behaviors of light-weight RHEAs at room and high temperatures was summarized. Finally, the conclusions of this review were drawn.By pointing out the shortcomings of the current research, the follow-up development directions in the field of light-weight RHEAs were also given.Zechun Wang Shiyao Chen Shenglan Yang Qun Luo Yancheng Jin Wei Xie Lijun Zhang Qian Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,20:3

Dietary bamboo leaf flavonoids improve quality and microstructure of broiler meat by changing untargeted metabolome显示文摘Background Dietary bamboo leaf flavonoids(BLFs)are rarely used in poultry production, and it is unknown whether they influence meat texture profile, perceived color,or microstructure. Results A total of 720 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were supplemented with a basal diet with 20 mg bacitracin/kg,50 mg BLFs/kg,or 250 mg BLFs/kg or without additions.Data showed that the dietary BLFs significantly(P<0.05)changed growth performance and the texture profile. In particular,BLFs increased birds’average daily gain and average daily feed intake, decreased the feed:gain ratio and mortality rate, improved elasticity of breast meat, enhanced the gumminess of breast and leg meat, and decreased the hardness of breast meat. Moreover,a significant(P<0.05)increase in redness(a*)and chroma(c*)of breast meat and c*and water-holding capacity of leg meat was found in BLF-supplemented broilers compared with control broilers. In addition,BLFs supplementation significantly decreased(P<0.05)theβ-sheet ratio and serum malondialdehyde and increased theβ-turn ratio of protein secondary structure, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase of breast meat and total antioxidant capacity and catalase of serum.Based on the analysis of untargeted metabolome,BLFs treatment considerably altered 14 metabolites of the breast meat, including flavonoids, amino acids, and organic acids,as well as phenolic and aromatic compounds. Conclusions Dietary BLFs supplementation could play a beneficial role in improving meat quality and sensory color in the poultry industry by changing protein secondary structures and modulating metabolites.Guangtian Cao Huixian Wang Yang Yu Fei Tao Huijuan Yang Shenglan Yang Ye Qian Hui Li Caimei Yang 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,4:1
Comparative evaluation of commercial Douchi by different molds:biogenic amines,non-volatile and volatile compounds显示文摘To provide new insights into the development and utilization of Douchi artificial starters, three common strains(Aspergillus oryzae,Mucor racemosus, and Rhizopus oligosporus)were used to study their influence on the fermentation of Douchi. The results showed that the biogenic amine contents of the three types of Douchi were all within the safe range and far lower than those of traditional fermented Douchi.Aspergillus-type Douchi produced more free amino acids than the other two types of Douchi, and its umami taste was more prominent in sensory evaluation(P<0.01),while Mucor-type and Rhizopus-type Douchi produced more esters and pyrazines, making the aroma, sauce, and Douchi flavor more abundant.According to the Pearson and PLS analyses results, sweetness was significantly negatively correlated with phenylalanine, cysteine, and acetic acid(P<0.05),bitterness was significantly negatively correlated with malic acid(P<0.05),the sour taste was significantly positively correlated with citric acid and most free amino acids(P<0.05),while astringency was significantly negatively correlated with glucose(P<0.001).Thirteen volatile compounds such as furfuryl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, and benzaldehyde caused the flavor difference of three types of Douchi. This study provides theoretical basis for the selection of starting strains for commercial Douchi production.Aijun Li Gang Yang Zhirong Wang Shenglan Liao Muying Du Jun Song Jianquan Kan 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,1:0
Prediction of the thermal conductivity of Mg–Al–La alloys by CALPHAD method显示文摘Mg-Al alloys have excellent strength and ductility but relatively low thermal conductivity due to Al addition. The accurate prediction of thermal conductivity is a prerequisite for designing Mg-Al alloys with high thermal conductivity. Thus, databases for predicting temperature-and composition-dependent thermal conductivities must be established. In this study,Mg-Al-La alloys with different contents of Al2La,Al3La,and Al11La3phases and solid solubility of Al in the α-Mg phase were designed. The influence of the second phase(s) and Al solid solubility on thermal conductivity was investigated.Experimental results revealed a second phase transformation from Al_(2)La to Al_(3)La and further to Al_(11)La_(3)with the increasing Al content at a constant La amount. The degree of the negative effect of the second phase(s) on thermal diffusivity followed the sequence of Al2La>Al3La>Al_(11)La_(3).Compared with the second phase,an increase in the solid solubility of Al in α-Mg remarkably reduced the thermal conductivity. On the basis of the experimental data,a database of the reciprocal thermal diffusivity of the Mg-Al-La system was established by calculation of the phase diagram (CALPHAD)method. With a standard error of±1.2 W/(m·K),the predicted results were in good agreement with the experimental data. The established database can be used to design Mg-Al alloys with high thermal conductivity and provide valuable guidance for expanding their application prospects.Hongxia Li Wenjun Xu Yufei Zhang Shenglan Yang Lijun Zhang Bin Liu Qun Luo Qian Li 2024International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,1:0
Breaking the strength–ductility trade-off in additively manufactured aluminum alloys through grain structure control by duplex nucleation显示文摘Achieving a homogeneous equiaxed grain structure and breaking the strength–ductility trade-off in additively manufactured aluminum alloys is a great challenge. In this paper,we propose a novel duplex nucleation mechanism that combines ex situ TiB_(2) and in situ Al_(3)Ti for controlling the grain structure of additively manufactured AlCuMgTi-TiB_(2) composites. We conducted thermodynamic calculations and phase-field simulations to elucidate the duplex nucleation-based grain structure control. The Al_(3)Ti-coated TiB_(2) inoculant system formed via duplex nucleation during solidification enabled the formation of a ho-mogeneous ultrafine equiaxed microstructure in both the as-fabricated and heat-treated states.Different from the AlCuMgTi alloy, the TiB_(2)-reinforced AlCuMgTi composites produced via laser powder bed fusion were amenable to the simultaneous enhancement of strength and ductility. The proposed alloy design approach and duplex nucleation mechanism can guide the tailoring of the microstructure and mechanical properties of additively manufactured aluminum parts.Jinliang Zhang Jianbao Gao Shenglan Yang Bo Song Lijun Zhang Jian Lu Yusheng Shi 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,21:0
A novel computational model for isotropic interfacial energies in multicomponent alloys and its coupling with phase-field model with finite interface dissipation显示文摘In this work,a novel computational model for the description of the temperature-and composition-dependent isotropic interfacial energy in multicomponent alloys was first developed in the framework of the CALculation of PHAse Diagram(CALPHAD)approach and implemented in a home-made code.By linking to the open-source code for interfacial energy calculation in alloys,OpenIEC,the databases for isotropicγ/liquid andγ/γ’interfacial energies in Ni-Al,Ni-Cr,Al-Cr,and Ni-Al-Cr systems were then efficiently established. After that,a direct coupling strategy between the current CALPHAD interfacial en-ergy database and the phase-field model with finite interface dissipation was proposed and applied to three-dimensional(3-D)phase-field simulations of the primaryγdendritic growth in both Ni-Al and Ni-Al-Cr alloys during isothermal solidification. The effect of the interfacial energy on the morphology, tip growth rate, and partitioning coefficients in primaryγdendrites of binary Ni-Al and ternary Ni-Al-Cr alloys was investigated by comprehensively comparing the phase-filed simulation results using the composition-/temperature-dependent interfacial energies with those using the constant value. It is an-ticipated that the presently developed CALPHAD model for interfacial energy is of general validity for different multicom ponent alloys and should be integrated with the phase-field model for quantitative simulation of their microstructure evolution.Shenglan Yang Jing Zhong Jiong Wang Jianbao Gao Qian Li Lijun Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,2:0
Global Landscape of Native Protein Complexes in Synechocystis sp.PCC 6803显示文摘Synechocystis sp.PCC 6803(hereafter:Synechocystis)is a model organism for studying photosynthesis, energy metabolism, and environmental stress.Although known as the first fully sequenced phototrophic organism,Synechocystis still has almost half of its proteome without functional annotations. In this study,by using co-fractionation coupled with liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),we define 291 multi-protein complexes,encompassing24,092 protein±protein interactions(PPIs)among 2062 distinct gene products. This information not only reveals the roles of photosynthesis in metabolism, cell motility,DNA repair, cell division, and other physiological processes, but also shows how protein functions vary from bacteria to higher plants due to changes in interaction partners. It also allows us to uncover the functions of hypothetical proteins, such as Sll0445,Sll0446,and Sll0447 involved in photosynthesis and cell motility, and Sll1334 involved in regulation of fatty acid biogenesis. Here we present the most extensive PPI data for Synechocystis so far, which provide critical insights into fundamental molecular mechanisms in cyanobacteria.Chen Xu Bing Wang Lin Yang Lucas Zhongming Hu Lanxing Yi Yaxuan Wang Shenglan Chen Andrew Emili Cuihong Wan 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,4:0
Preclinical and early clinical studies of a novel compound SYHA1813 that efficiently crosses the blood-brain barrier and exhibits potent activity against glioblastoma显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common and aggressive malignant brain tumor in adults and is poorly controlled.Previous studies have shown that both macrophages and angiogenesis play significant roles in GBM progression, and co-targeting of CSF1R and VEGFR is likely to be an effective strategy for GBM treatment. Therefore, this study developed a novel and selective inhibitor of CSFIR and VEGFR,SYHA1813,possessing potent antitumor activity against GBM.SYHA1813 inhibited VEGFR and CSFIR kinase activities with high potency and selectivity and thus blocked the cell viability of HUVECs and macrophages and exhibited anti-angiogenetic effects both in vitro and in vivo.SYHA1813 also displayed potent in vivo antitumor activity against GBM in immune-competent and immune-deficient mouse models, including temozolomide(TMZ)insensitive tumors.Notably,SYHA1813 could penetrate the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and prolong the survival time of mice bearing intracranial GBM xenografts.Moreover,SYHA1813 treatment resulted in a synergistic antitumor efficacy in combination with the PD-1 antibody. As a clinical proof of concept,SYHA1813 achieved confirmed responses in patients with recurrent GBM in an ongoing first-in-human phase I trial. The data of this study support the rationale for an ongoing phase I clinical study(ChiCTR2100045380).Yingqiang Liu Zhengsheng Zhan Zhuang Kang Mengyuan Li Yongcong Lv Shenglan Li Linjiang Tong Fang Feng Yan Li Mengge Zhang Yaping Xue Yi Chen Tao Zhang Peiran Song Yi Su Yanyan Shen Yiming Sun Xinying Yang Yi Chen Shanyan Yao Hanyu Yang Caixia Wang Meiyu Geng Wenbin Li Wenhu Duan Hua Xie Jian Ding 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
Structural basis for prokaryotic calciummediated regulation by a Streptomyces coelicolor calcium binding protein显示文摘The important and diverse regulatory roles of Ca2+in eukaryotes are conveyed by the EF-hand containing calmodulin superfamily. However, the calcium-regulatory proteins in prokaryotes are still poorly understood. In this study,we report the three-dimensional structure of the calcium-binding protein from Streptomyces coelicolor, named CabD,which shares low sequence homology with other known helix-loop-helix EF-hand proteins. The CabD structure should provide insights into the biological role of the prokaryotic calcium-binding proteins. The unusual structural features of CabD compared with prokaryotic EF-hand proteins and eukaryotic sarcoplasmic calcium-binding proteins, including the bending conformation of the first C-terminalα-helix,unpaired ligand-binding EF-hands and the lack of the extreme Cterminal loop region, suggest it may have a distinct and significant function in calcium-mediated bacterial physiological processes, and provide a structural basis for potential calcium-mediated regulatory roles in prokaryotes.Xiaoyan Zhao Hai Pang Shenglan Wang Weihong Zhou Keqian Yang Mark Bartlam 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,8:0
Quantification of neomangiferin in rat plasma by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry and its application to bioavailability study显示文摘Neomangiferin, a natural C-glucosyl xanthone, has recently received a great deal of attention due to its multiple biological activities. In this study, a rapid and sensitive ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC–MS/MS) method for the quantification of neomangiferin in rat plasma was developed. Using chloramphenicol as an internal standard(IS), plasma samples were subjected to a direct protein precipitation process using methanol(containing 0.05% formic acid). Quantification was performed by multiple reactions monitoring(MRM) method, with the transitions of the parent ions to the product ions of m/z 583.1-330.9 for NG and m/z 321.1-151.9 for IS. The assay was shown to be linear over the range of 0.2–400 ng/m L, with a lower limit of quantification of 0.2 ng/m L. Mean recovery of neomangiferin in plasma was in the range of 97.76%–101.94%. Relative standard deviations(RSDs) of intra-day and inter-day precision were both o 10%. The accuracy of the method ranged from94.20% to 108.72%. This method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic study of neomangiferin after intravenous(2 mg/kg) and intragastric(10 mg/kg) administration for the first time. The oral absolute bioavailability of neomangiferin was estimated to be 0.53% 7 0.08% with an elimination half-life(t_(1/2)) value of 2.747 0.92 h, indicating its poor absorption and/or strong metabolism in vivo.Bo Yang Zhirui Liu Shenglan Shang Xiaojian Qin Peiyuan Xia 2016Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2016,6,5:0
Accurate models and nutritional strategies for specific oxidative stress factors: Does the dose matter in swine production?显示文摘Oxidative stress has been associated with a number of physiological problems in swine, including reduced production efficiency.Recently, although there has been increased research into regulatory mechanisms and antioxidant strategies in relation to oxidative stress-induced pig production,it remains so far largely unsuccessful to develop accurate models and nutritional strategies for specific oxidative stress factors. Here,we discuss the dose and dose intensity of the causes of oxidative stress involving physiological, environmental and dietary factors, recent research models and the antioxidant strategies to provide theoretical guidance for future oxidative stress research in swine.Changming Hong Yujian Huang Shuting Cao Li Wang Xuefen Yang Shenglan Hu Kaiguo Gao Zongyong Jiang Hao Xiao 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,2:0
Plant latent defense response to microbial non-pathogenic factors antagonizes compatibility显示文摘Unlike microbe-associated molecular patterns(MAMPs)that are readily targeted by host immunity, microbial non-pathogenic factors(NPFs)appear negligible as they do not elicit defense.Little is known about whether and how NPFs may be monitored by hosts to control compatibility.Herein,a forward genetic screening isolated an Arabidopsis mutant with a loss of plant-rhizobacteria mutualism, leading to the disclosure of a plant latent defense response(LDR)to NPFs.The activation of LDR in the mutant, named rol1 for regulator of LDR 1,is triggered by several non-pathogenic volatile organic compounds and antagonizes plant compatibility with the beneficial bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB03.The activation of LDR in rol1 is mediated through the prokaryotic pathway of chloroplastic lipid biosynthesis. The rol1 root microbiome showed a reduced proportion of the Bacillaceae family. We propose that, parallel to the forefront immunity to MAMPs,LDR to certain NPFs provides a hidden layer of defense for controlling compatibility with commensal or beneficial microbes.Yu Yang Shenglan Chen Xiaoxuan Wu Li Peng Juan I.Vílchez Richa Kaushal Xiaomin Liu Sunil K.Singh Danxia He Fengtong Yuan Suhui Lv Rafael J.L.Morcillo Wei Wang Weichang Huang Mingguang Lei Jian-Kang Zhu Paul W.Paré Huiming Zhang 2022National Science Review2022,9,8:0
