1Cavity engineering of two-dimensional perovskites and inherent light-matter interaction显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)perovskites are hybrid layered materials in which the inorganic lattice of an octahedron is sandwiched by organic layers.They behave as a quantum-well structure exhibiting large exciton binding energy and high emission efficiency,which is excellent for photonic applications.Hence,the cavity modulation and cavity devices of 2D perovskites are widely investigated.In this review,we summarize the rich photophysics,synthetic methods of different cavity structures,and the cavity-based applications of 2D perovskites.We highlight the strong exciton–photon coupling and photonic lasing obtained in different cavity structures.In addition,functional optoelectronic devices using cavity structures of 2D perovskites are also reviewed.Shuai Zhang Yangguang Zhong Fan Yang Qinxuan Cao Wenna Du Jianwei Shi Xinfeng Liu 2020Photonics Research2020,8,11:7
2Structural and Piezoelectric Properties of Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)Nb_2O_6 Micro-rods Synthesized by Molten-Salt Method显示文摘Sr0.6 Ba0.4 Nb2 O6 micro-rods are prepared by the molten-salt method with K2 SO4,KCl-K2 SO4,and KCl as fluxes.It reveals that the Sr0.6 Ba0.4 Nb2 O6 synthesized with KCl as a flux exhibits a single phase with tetragonal tungsten bronze structure.The measurement of X-ray diffraction indicates that the Sr0.6 Ba0.4 Nb2 O6 micro-rods synthesized at 1 300℃are anisotropic.The morphology of the powers is examined by transmission electron microscope.It reveals that the length-diameter ratio of Sr0.6 Ba0.4 Nb2 O6 micro-rods increases with increasing annealing temperature from 900℃to 1 300℃.At 1 300℃,the rod possesses a large length-diameter ratio of 8∶1.Moreover,the analysis of the piezoelectric properties of single micro-rods using apiezo-response force microscope indicates that the domains of the material are arranged along its radial direction.Zhang Guangbin Hu Chengchao Shi Yangguang Shi Daning 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,3:0
3Effects of manganese substitution on magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)/epoxy composites with spherical single-crystal particles显示文摘Spherical Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)(x=0,0.05,0.10 and 0.15)single-crystal particles were prepared.The magnetic anisotropy of the alloy decreases as x increases from 0 to 0.15.Subsequently,we prepared giant magnetostrictive composites with these spherical Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)single-crystal particles.As a consequence,well<111>-orie nted Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)composites with 55 vol%Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)particles were obtained.The Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(0.9)Mn_(0.1))_(2)composite manifests a good low-field magnetostrictive property and saturation magnetostriction at an axial pressure of 10 MPa,λ_(‖,saturation)≈2100 ppm,which is larger than that of the commercially available Terfenol-D(1400-1800 ppm).The preparation of composites with single crystal spherical powders may be an effective solution of developing high-performance magnetostrictive composites.Dashun Dong Geng Wei Jin Qian Ye Huang Li Zhang Hehe Ding Yangguang Shi Shaolong Tang 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,8:0
