| 1 | Discovery of the superlarge gallium ore deposit in Jungar,Inner Mongolia,North China显示文摘Mineralogy and geochemistry of No.6 Coal from the Heidaigou Mine of the Jungar Coalfield of North China were studied using instrumental neu- tron activation analysis,inductively coupled-plasma mass spectroscopy,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The results show that gallium concentration is as high as 44.8 μg·g?1 in the whole coal-channel sample,and varies from 30.1 μg·g?1 to 76.0 μg·g?1 (mean 51.9 μg·g?1) in the main minable benches of No.6 Coal. Such high concentration of Ga in the coal is far higher than the industrial grade (30 μg·g?1). The thickness of the main minable benches accounts for 81.9% of the whole coal bed. The laboratory high-temperature ashes (550℃) of the main minable coal benches also contain a high concentration of Ga,varying from 62.2 μg·g?1 to 178 μg·g?1,with an average of 89.2 μg·g?1. The boehmite significantly enriched in No.6 Coal is the main carrier of the high Ga in the coal. Average concentration of Ga in boehmite is 0.09%. The av- erage content of boehmite is 6.1% in the whole coal and 7.5% in the main minable benches. Boehmite is derived from the bauxite in the weathered crust of the underlying Benxi Formation in the north of the basin during the peat accumulation. The colloidal idrargillite had been shortly transported from the weathered crust to the peat mire,and owing to the compaction of the overlying strata during the peat accumulation and early diagenesis,the idrargillite colloid had begun to be dehydrated,leading to boehmite formation. A pre- liminary estimation showed that the ensured and prospected reserves of Ga in No.6 Coal are up to 6.3 ×104t and 8.57×105t,indicating a superlarge galliumore deposit. The particular paleogeography of the Jungar Coalfield and the peculiar carrier of Ga in coal suggest that this Ga ore deposit is unique in the world. Rare earth elements are also enriched in coal and laboratory ashes. The weighted average concentra- tion of the total rare earth elements is 255 μg·g?1 and 830.36 μg·g?1 in the main minable benches and their laboratory ashes,respectively. | 3 | CO_2 capture from binary mixture via forming hydrate with the help of tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide显示文摘Hydrate formation rate and separation effect on the capture of CO2 from binary mixture via forming hydrate with 5 wt% tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide (TBAB) solution were studied. The results showed that the induction time was 5 min, and the hydrate formation process finished in 1 h at 4.5 °C and 4.01 MPa. The hydrate formation rate constant reached the maximum of 1.84×10-7 mol2/(s J) with the feed pressure of 7.30 MPa. The CO2 recovery was about 45% in the feed pressure range from 4.30 to 7.30 MPa. Under the feed pressure of 4.30 MPa, the maximum separation factor and CO2 concentration in hydrate phase were 7.3 and 38.2 mol%, respectively. | 4 | Coal facies evolution of the main minable coal-bed in the Heidaigou Mine, Jungar Coalfield, Inner Mongolia, northern China显示文摘The No. 6 Coal-bed from the Heidaigou Mine, Jungar Coalfield, Inner Mongolia is a super-large Ga deposit. The dominant carrier of Ga is boehmite in coal. The study of coal facies may provide genetic enrichment information of Ga and its carrier (boehmite) in the Ga deposit. On the basis of study on coal petrology and mineralogy, it was found that the No. 6 Coal-bed from the Heidaigou Mine of Jungar was enriched in inertinites and the microlitho-types were dominated by clarodurite. The maceral morphological features and association indicate that the coal-bed was formed in a dry sedimentary environment or in a periodic dry sedimentary environment caused by the alternating variations of groundwater level. | 5 | CoN_(x)C active sites-rich three-dimensional porous carbon nanofibers network derived from bacterial cellulose and bimetal-ZIFs as efficient multifunctional electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn–air batteries显示文摘In this work, a CoNxC active sites-rich three-dimensional porous carbon nanofibers network derived from bacterial cellulose and bimetal-ZIFs is prepared via a nucleation growth strategy and a pyrolysis process.The material displays excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction, reaching a high limiting diffusion current density of -7.8 mA cm^(-2), outperforming metal–organic frameworks derived multifunctional electrocatalysts, and oxygen evolution reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction with low overpotentials of 380 and 107 mV, respectively. When the electrochemical properties are further evaluated, the electrocatalyst as an air cathode for Zn-air batteries exhibits a high cycling stability for63 h as well as a maximum power density of 308 mW cm^(-2), which is better than those for most Zn-air batteries reported to date. In addition, a power density of 152 mW cm^(-2) is provided by the solid-state Zn-air batteries, and the cycling stability is outstanding for 24 h. | 6 | Simultaneous quantification of ginsenoside Rg1 and its metabolites by HPLC–MS/MS:Rg1 excretion in rat bile, urine and feces显示文摘Ginsenoside Rg1(Rg1), the major effective component of ginseng, has been shown to have multiple bioactivities, but low oral bioavailability. The aim of this study was to develop a simple, sensitive and rapid high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method, which could be used to validate and quantify the concentrations of Rg1 and its metabolites in Sprague-Dawley rat bile,urine, and feces after oral administration(25 mg/kg). Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity(r40.995)within the determined ranges. Both intra-day and inter-day variances were less than 15%, and the accuracy was within 80–120%. The excretion recoveries of Rg1, ginsenoside Rh1(Rh1), and protopanaxatriol(Ppt) in bile,urine, and feces combined were all greater than 70%. The fecal excretion recoveries of Rg1, Rh1, and Ppt were40.11%, 22.19%, and 22.88%, respectively, whereas 6.88% of Rg1 and 0.09% of Rh1 were excreted in bile.Urinary excretion accounted for only 0.04% of Rg1. | 11 | Protective effect of Sijunzi decoction on neuromuscular junction ultrastructure in autoimmune myasthenia gravis rats显示文摘OBJECTⅣE: To investigate the protective role of Sijunzi decoction in neuromuscular junction(NMJ)and muscle cell mitochondria ultrastructure; as well as its effects on the amount of adenosine triphosphate(ATP) and the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ in autoimmune myasthenia gravis rats.METHODS: An experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis(EAMG) rat model was established by inoculating rats with acetylcholine receptors extracted from Torpedo. Rats were divided into three groups: model, prednisone, and Sijunzi decoction, and were fed physiological saline, prednisone, or Sijunzi decoction, respectively. NMJ and muscle cell mitochondria ultrastructure were observed by transmission electron microscope. The amount of ATP was assessed by high performance liquid chromatography. The activities ofmitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ,and Ⅳ was determined using the Clark oxygen electrode method.RESULTS: In the model group, there were sparse muscle fibers, with decreased mitochondria, and sparse, diffluent, or absent NMJ folds. After intervention with Sijunzi decoction, the above pathology changes were improved: muscle fiber structure was clear and complete; the mitochondria count was higher; and the NMJ structure was close to normal. Gastrocnemius muscle mitochondria in the model group produced significantly less ATP than those in the prednisone group(P<0.01). Conversely, the ATP of Sijunzi decoction group was significantly higher than prednisone group(P<0.01). The activities of gastrocnemius muscle mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ in both the prednisone and Sijunzi decoction groups was dramatically higher compared with the model group(P<0.05). | 14 | The Contribution of Opal-Associated Phosphorus to Bioavailable Phosphorus in Surface and Core Sediments in the East China Sea显示文摘To improve the burial flux calculations of bioavailable phosphorus(P) and study opal-associated P(Opal-P) in the East China Sea(ECS), surface and core sediments were collected in the Changjiang Estuary(CE) and the south of the Cheju Island. In this study, sedimentary P was operationally divided into seven different forms using modified sedimentary extraction(SEDEX) technique: LSor-P(exchangeable or loosely sorbed P), Fe-P(easily reducible or reactive ferric Fe-bound P), CFA-P(authigenic carbonate fluorapatite and biogenic apatite and CaCO_3-bound P), Detr-P(detrital apatite), Org-P(organic P), Opal-P and Ref-P(refractory P). The data revealed that the concentrations of the seven different P forms rank as Detr-P > CFA-P > Org-P > Ref-P > Opal-P > Fe-P > LSor-P in surface sediments and CFA-P > Detr-P > Org-P > Ref-P > Fe-P > Opal-P > LSor-P in core sediments. The distributions of the total phosphorus(TP), TIP, CFA-P, Detr-P are similar and decrease from the CE to the south of the Cheju Island. Meanwhile, Org-P and Opal-P exhibit different distribution trends; this may be affected by the grain size and TOM. The concentrations of potentially bioavailable P are 9.6-13.0 μmol g^(-1) and 10.0-13.6 μmol g^(-1), representing 61%-70% and 41%-64% of the TP in surface and core sediments, respectively. The concentrations of Opal-P are 0.6-2.3 μmol g^(-1) and 0.6-1.4 μmol g^(-1) in surface and core sediments, accounting for 5.3%-19.8% and 4.2%-10.6% of bioavailable P, respectively. The total burial fluxes of Opal-P and bioavailable P are 1.4×10~9 mol yr^(-1) and 1.1×10~10 mol yr^(-1) in the ECS, respectively. | 15 | Variations of Winter Precipitation over Southeastern China in Association with the North Atlantic Oscillation显示文摘The synoptic-scale winter precipitation variations over southeastern China(22°–32°N, 105°–125°E) and their association with the North Atlantic Oscillation(NAO) during 1951–2007 are investigated in this paper. The variability of wintertime precipitation is characterized by meridional displacement of its maximum center. Two precipitation regimes, with maximum centers located over the Yangtze and Pearl River basins, are identified via cluster analysis.Time-lagged analyses suggest that the two precipitation regimes are connected with the decaying phases of positive NAO(NAO+) events of different amplitudes. A strong(medium) NAO+ event is defined as one when the maximum amplitude of the NAO index exceeds 1.0(in the range of 0.7–1.0) for at least 4 consecutive days and drops to less than 0.3 within 7 days following the peak index. After the peak of a strong NAO+, southerly winds expand northward to the Yangtze River(about 30°N), a northeast–southwest-tilted trough migrates to east of Lake Baikal, and cold air intrudes into central eastern China; thus, precipitation is strengthened over the Yangtze River basin where warm and cold air masses converge. In comparison, during the decaying phase of medium NAO+ events, the southerly winds are relatively weak, and precipitation tends to be enhanced at lower latitudes(around 25°N). | 16 | 胰肾联合移植治疗糖尿病肾功能衰竭五例临床分析显示文摘目的总结胰肾联合移植(SPK)围手术期及出院后随访期处理经验,降低SPK术后并发症发生,提高SPK临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年11月至2018年10月5例因糖尿病肾功能衰竭接受SPK术受者的临床资料、围手术期及出院后随访期资料。结果5例受者供胰、供肾冷缺血时间均控制在8 h内,围手术期无外科技术性出血、肠瘘、动静脉大血栓、坏死性胰腺炎等并发症发生。1例术后原发性移植肾功能恢复延迟经血液透析后逐渐康复;2例术后因抗凝而发生移植胰腺区域腹腔内渗血,经药物促凝治疗后止血成功,但其中1例导致继发性肾功能障碍,经透析和调整免疫抑制剂剂量后逐渐恢复;1例术后因抗凝而发生消化道出血,经药物促凝治疗后停止;3例术后1周后常规移植物彩色超声检查发现移植胰腺内血管小血栓形成,经抗凝治疗后消失或稳定好转;1例移植肾周积液感染经局麻清创引流后康复;2例术后出现高钾血症经治疗后血钾恢复正常;1例术后第45天突发急性左心功能衰竭,经心肺复苏后恢复自主心率,但意识未恢复,1周后受者家属放弃治疗出院;其余4例受者术后血糖与血肌酐水平完全恢复正常且脱离外源性胰岛素使用与透析,康复出院,其中1例在术后143 d出现急性排斥反应经激素冲击治疗后缓解。随访至2019年3月20日,目前存活的4例受者空腹血糖及血肌酐水平均正常,糖尿病并发症得以缓解或改善。结论SPK是治疗糖尿病肾功能衰竭的有效手段,能使受者脱离胰岛素及维持性透析,改善糖尿病并发症,从而明显提高受者的生活质量。 | 任生生 许亮亮 宋涂润 张鸣 林涛 徐明清 Li Shifeng | 2019 | 中华器官移植杂志2019,40,5: | 2 |

| 19 | Pressureless crystallization of glass toward scintillating composite with high crystallinity for radiation detection显示文摘The construction of scintillating ceramics is of great technological importance for various fundamental applications, including medical diagnostic, security inspection, resource exploration and particle physics. The chief challenge is the facile and scalable synthesis of scintillating ceramics with the desirable combination of pore-free, reliable mechanical properties and excellent scintillating performance. Here we present a pressureless glass crystallization strategy for the construction of scintillating composite with high crystallinity. The fabricated scintillating composites are featured by small optical turbidity, excellent mechanical properties, and efficient scintillating luminescence with the scintillating light yield of 15,000 pH/MeV and about 2.46 times higher than that of the commercial BGO single crystal. Moreover, the scintillating composite derived radiation detector device is successfully elaborated. The practical application for monitoring gamma ray is demonstrated and the precision of the device is less than that of the tolerable deviation of 30%. | 20 | 胰肾联合移植及其术后高钾血症并发症的治疗处理显示文摘目的总结胰肾联合移植(SPK)治疗糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者的效果及其术后高钾血症处理的经验。方法回顾性分析2017年11月至2019年11月期间在四川大学华西医院器官移植中心接受脑死亡器官捐献行SPK治疗糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料、术后高血钾发生情况及治疗处理措施。结果共有6例糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者接受了SPK治疗,供胰、供肾冷缺血时间均控制在8 h内。除1例患者因出现急性左心衰致心搏骤停死亡外,5例存活患者术后空腹血糖和血肌酐水平均正常,糖尿病并发症得以缓解或改善。1例原发性肾功能延迟恢复、2例移植胰腺术区渗血、1例消化道出血、3例移植胰腺血管内微小血栓形成、2例肾周积液感染、2例肺部感染、1例输尿管膀胱吻合口漏,均经对症处理后治愈;2例术后高钾血症,最高分别达到6.49 mmol/L和6.67 mmol/L,经静脉滴注10%葡萄糖胰岛素液转移血钾、急诊血液透析、口服氟氢可的松等治疗后分别于术后1和2个月时血钾水平恢复正常;无围术期外科技术性出血、肠漏、动静脉大血栓、坏死性胰腺炎等并发症发生。结论SPK是治疗糖尿病肾功能衰竭且能提高患者生活质量的最佳方法,其术后高血钾并发症经对症处理(静脉滴注10%葡萄糖胰岛素液转移血钾)、急诊血液透析、口服氟氢可的松等措施能有效治疗。 | 胡逸涛 许亮亮 宋涂润 林涛 张鸣 徐明清 LI Shifeng | 2021 | 中国普外基础与临床杂志2021,28,4: | 2 |
