2Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 3Multistage strain-hardening behavior of ultrastrong and ductile lightweight refractory complex-concentrated alloys显示文摘Lightweight high-entropy alloys or complex-concentrated alloys have demonstrated great potential for engineering applications due to their high strength and lightweight.However,a weak strain-hardening ability and a limited tensile ductility remain their major hindrance.Here,a multistage strain-hardening effect is developed to ensure a high strength and still a sufficient ductility in a rolled and annealed(Ti_(44)V_(28)Zr_(14)Nb_(14))_(98.5)Mo_(1.5)(at.%)lightweight refractory complex-concentrated alloy(M1.5A-LRCCA).This multistage strain-hardening behavior is related to the microstructure and the corresponding initial aver-age dislocation density and distribution by comparison with rolled and annealed Ti_(44)V_(28)Zr_(14)Nb_(14)(M0-LRCCA)and as-cast(Ti_(44)V_(28)Zr_(14)Nb_(14))_(98.5)Mo_(1.5)(M1.5C-LRCCA).The microstructure,with homogeneously distributed submicron precipitations,a moderate initial average dislocation density,and uniform disloca-tion distribution(e.g.,M1.5A-LRCCA),is susceptible to producing various deformation substructures,such as dislocation substructures(slip bands,Taylor lattices,microbands,DDWs),shear bands,and deformation twins,which results in the multistage strain-hardening behavior.This method of achieving multistage strain hardening behavior through a microstructure modulation is significant for engineering applications of lightweight high-entropy alloys or complex-concentrated alloys,and it might be extended to other lightweight and high-strength alloys.Yuefei Jia Chang Ren Shiwei Wu Yongkun Mu Long Xu Yandong Jia Wentao Yan Jun Yi Gang Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,18:1

9High-adhesion anionic copolymer as solid-state electrolyte for dendrite-free Zn-ion battery显示文摘To conquer severe dendrites formation and side reactions of zinc metal anodes,which are serious obstacles for the practical applications of aqueous zinc ion battery(ZIB),herein,we develop a sodium allysulfonate(SAS)and acrylamide(AM)copolymer by radical polymerization process(crosslinking of C=C)as solid-state electrolyte.The interface kinetics is improved remarkably due to the high adhesion and excellent ion transferability of AM-SAS(AS)copolymers.Especially the sulfonic acid group in the hydrogel electrolyte can enhance the internal ionic conductivity effectively benefiting from its high affinity to Zn^(2+).Also,polymer chains realize re-regulation to Zn^(2+)flow in atomic-scale,thus leading to controllable deposition of Zn onto the dendrite-free Zn anodes.Consequently,the AS-1.5 electrolyte achieves ultra-stable Zn deposition/stripping behaviors with the lifespan over 1,000 h via the suppression of side-reactions and paralleled Zn deposition.High performances of Zn/Mn-doped V_(2)O_(5)(MnVO)(over 500 cycles)and Zn/diquinoxalino[2,3-a:2',3'-c]phenazine(HATN)(over 2,500 cycles)full cells demonstrate that the AS hydrogel electrolyte is a common approach for ZIBs under various conditions.This molecular regulation engineering opens a novel route for hydrogel electrolyte fabrication,where sulfonic groups perform as media of Zn^(2+)transfer.Therefore,high bulk ionic conductivity as well as excellent interface ion diffusion ability is obtained.Jiaxu Li Junfeng Ren Caixia Li Pengxian Li Tingting Wu Shiwei Liu Lei Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
10Efficiency Analysis of an Arrayed Liquid Piston Isothermal Air Compression System for Compressed Air Energy Storage显示文摘Compressed air energy storage(CAES)is an important technology in the development of renewable energy.The main advantages of CAES are its high energy capacity and environmental friendliness.One of the main challenges is its low energy density,meaning a natural cavern is required for air storage.High-pressure air compression can effectively solve the problem.A liquid piston gas compressor facilitates high-pressure compression,and efficient convective heat transfer can significantly reduce the compression energy consumption during air compression.In this paper,a near isothermal compression method is proposed to increase the surface area and heat exchange by using multiple tube bundles in parallel in the compression chamber in order to obtain high-pressure air using liquid-driven compression.Air compression with a compression ratio of 6.25:1 is achieved by reducing the tube diameter and increasing the parallel tube number while keeping the compression chamber cross-sectional area constant in order to obtain a high-pressure air of 5 MPa.The performances of this system are analyzed when different numbers of tubes are applied.A system compression efficiency of 93.0%and an expansion efficiency of 92.9%can be achieved when 1000 tubes are applied at a 1 minute period.A new approach is provided in this study to achieve high efficiency and high pressure compressed air energy storage.HU Shiwei XU Weiqing JIA Guanwei CAI Maolin LI Jidong LU Yueke REN Teng 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,1:0
11Optimized Implementation for Wave Digital Filter Based Circuit Emulation on FPGA显示文摘A binary tree representation is designed in this paper for optimization of wave digital filter(WDF)implementation.To achieve this,an equivalent WDF model of the original circuit is converted into abinary tree representation at first.This WDF binary tree can then be transformed to several topologies with the same implication,since the WDF adaptors have a symmetrical behavior on their ports.Because the WDF implementation is related to field programmable gate array(FPGA)resource usage and the cycle time of emulation,choosing aproper binary tree topology for WDF implementation can help balance the complexity and performance quality of an emulation system.Both WDF-FPGA emulation and HSpice simulation on the same circuit are tested.There is no significant difference between these two simulations.However,in terms of time consumption,the WDF-FPGA emulation has an advantage over the other.Our experiment also demonstrates that the optimized WDF-FPGA emulation has an acceptable accuracy and feasibility.Yue Ma Shun'an Zhong Shiwei Ren 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,2:0

13Survival outcomes of conversion surgery for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after neoadjuvant therapy显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the survival outcomes of patients who underwent conversion surgery for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(mPDAC)after neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)and to identify potential candidates that may benefit from this treat-ment strategy.Background:The role and eligibility population of conversion surgery for mPDAC remains controversial in the era of NAT.Methods:A consecutive cohort of patients diagnosed with mPDAC and treated with NAT followed by conversion surgery be-tween 2019 and 2021 were confirmed from a prospective database maintained by the Department of Pancreatic Hepatobiliary Surgery of Changhai Hospital.In accordance with residual metastases and technical resectability after NAT,patients were classi-fied as the complete pathological response of metastases(ypM0)resection group,residual metastases(ypM1)resection group,and exploration group.Median overall survival(mOS)was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method,uni-and multivariable cox regression was performed to identify clinicopathological predictors of OS.Results:A total of 244 patients with mPDAC were identified from the prospective database,with 19(7.8%)patients who un-derwent ypM0 resection,22(9.0%)underwent ypM1 resection,and 23(9.4%)underwent explorative laparotomy.The mOS was 32.6 months for ypM0 resected patients,15.1 months for ypM1 resected patients,and 13.4 months for those who underwent explorative laparotomy(P<.001).Univariable and multivariable Cox regression analyses confirmed that ypM0 resection,normal-ization of preoperative CA19-9 levels,and continued adjuvant therapy were independent prognostic factors of conversion surgery for mPDAC after NAT.Subgroup analyses revealed that oligometastases and continued adjuvant therapy were associated with improved prognosis in the ypM1 resection group.Conclusion:In patients with mPDAC who underwent NAT followed by conversion surgery,the complete pathological response of metastases,normalization of preoperative CA19-9 levels,and continued adjuvant therapy were independent risk factors for prognosis.Patients with residual oligometastases after treatment were expected to prolong survival through resection.These patients may benefit from conversion surgery and should be potential candidates for this treatment strategy.Lingyu Zhu Suizhi Gao Xinqian Wu Bo Li Xiaohan Shi Xiaoyi Yin Huan Wang Meilong Shi Penghao Li Yikai Li Chaoliang Zhong Chuanqi Teng Jiawei Han Yiwei Ren Jian Wang Zhendong Fua Xinyu Liu Kailian Zheng Shiwei Guo Gang Jin 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,3:0
14Calculation Model and Allocation Strategy of Network Usage Charge for Peer-to-peer and Community-based Energy Transaction Market显示文摘The emergence of prosumers in distribution systems has enabled competitive electricity markets to transition from traditional hierarchical structures to more decentralized models such as peer-to-peer(P2P)and community-based(CB)energy transaction markets.However,the network usage charge(NUC)that prosumers pay to the electric power utility for network services is not adjusted to suit these energy transactions,which causes a reduction in revenue streams of the utility.In this study,we propose an NUC calculation method for P2P and CB transactions to address holistically economic and technical issues in transactive energy markets and distribution system operations,respectively.Based on the Nash bargaining(NB)theory,we formulate an NB problem for P2P and CB transactions to solve the conflicts of interest among prosumers,where the problem is further decomposed into two convex subproblems of social welfare maximization and payment bargaining.We then build the NUC calculation model by coupling the NB model and AC optimal power flow model.We also employ the Shapley value to allocate the NUC to consumers fairly for the NUC model of CB transactions.Finally,numerical studies on IEEE 15-bus and 123-bus distribution systems demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed NUC calculation method for P2P and CB transactions.Dong Han Lei Wu Xijun Ren Shiwei Xia 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,1:0
152D Augmented Coprime Array Geometry Based on the Difference and Sum Coarray Concept显示文摘The concept of difference and sum(diff-sum)coarray has attracted a lot of attentions in the estimation of direction-of-arrival(DOA)for the past few years,due to its high degrees-of-freedom(DOFs).A vectorized conjugate augmented MUSIC(VCA-MUSIC)algorithm is applied to generate an equivalent signal model which contains the virtual sensor positions of both the difference and sum of the physical sensors in the two-dimensional(2D)arrays,by utilizing both the spatial and temporal information.Besides,an augmented 2D coprime array configuration is presented with the basis on the concept of difference and sum coarray.By compressing the inter-element spacing of one subarray and introducing the proper separation between the two subarrays of 2D coprime array,the redundancy between the difference coarray and the sum one can be reduced so that more virtual sensors in both coarrays can make contributions to the DOFs.As a result,a much larger consecutive area in the diff-sum coarray can be achieved,which can significantly increase the DOFs.Numerical simulations verify the superiority of the proposed array configuration.Guiyu Wang Shun’an Zhong Xiangnan Li Xiaohua Wang Shiwei Ren 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,2:0
16Optimal Design of Improved L-shaped Coprime Array Based on Difference and Sum Co-array显示文摘The concept of difference and sum co-array(DSCA)has become a new design idea for planar sparse arrays.Inspired by the shifting invariance property of DSCA,a specific configuration named here as the improved L-shaped array is proposed.Compared to other traditional 2D sparse array configurations such as 2D nested arrays and hourglass arrays,the proposed configuration has larger central consecutive ranges in its DSCA,thus increasing the DOF.At the same time,the mutual coupling effect is also reduced due to the enlarged spacing between the adjacent sensors.Simulations further demonstrate the superiority of the proposed arrays in terms of detection performance and estimation accuracy.Rui Fang Xiangnan Li Haixia Wu Wei Gao Shiwei Ren 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,3:0
