1Differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neuronal cells on fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix as a tissue engineered nerve scaffold显示文摘The purpose of this study was to assess fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix as a scaffold for supporting the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into neural cells following induction with neural differentiation medium.We performed long-term,continuous observation of cell morphology,growth,differentiation,and neuronal development using several microscopy techniques in conjunction with immunohistochemistry.We examined specific neuronal proteins and Nissl bodies involved in the differentiation process in order to determine the neuronal differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.The results show that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells that differentiate on fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix display neuronal morphology with unipolar and bi/multipolar neurite elongations that express neuronal-specific proteins,including βIII tubulin.The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells grown on fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix and induced for long periods of time with neural differentiation medium differentiated into a multilayered neural network-like structure with long nerve fibers that was composed of several parallel microfibers and neuronal cells,forming a complete neural circuit with dendrite-dendrite to axon-dendrite to dendrite-axon synapses.In addition,growth cones with filopodia were observed using scanning electron microscopy.Paraffin sectioning showed differentiated bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with the typical features of neuronal phenotype,such as a large,round nucleus and a cytoplasm full of Nissl bodies.The data suggest that the biological scaffold fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix is capable of supporting human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell differentiation into functional neurons and the subsequent formation of tissue engineered nerve.Yuping Feng Jiao Wang Shixin Ling Zhuo Li Mingsheng Li Qiongyi Li Zongren Ma Sijiu Yu 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,22:4

3Two-phase flow in anode flow field of a small direct methanol fuel cell in different gravities显示文摘An in-situ visualization of two-phase flow inside anode flow bed of a small liquid fed direct methanol fuel cells in normal and reduced gravity has been conducted in a drop tower.The anode flow bed con-sists of 11 parallel straight channels.The length,width and depth of single channel,which had rec-tangular cross section,are 48.0,2.5 and 2.0mm,respectively.The rib width was 2.0mm.The experi-mental results indicated that when the fuel cell orientation is vertical,two-phase flow pattern in anode channels can evolve from bubbly flow in normal gravity into slug flow in microgravity.The size of bub-bles in the reduced gravity is also bigger.In microgravity,the bubbles rising speed in vertical channels is obviously slower than that in normal gravity.When the fuel cell orientation is horizontal,the slug flow in the reduced gravity has almost the same characteristic with that in normal gravity.It implies that the effect of gravity on two-phase flow is small and the bubbles removal is governed by viscous drag.When the gas slugs or gas columns occupy channels,the performance of liquid fed direct methanol fuel cells is failing rapidly.It infers that in long-term microgravity,flow bed and operating condition should be optimized to avoid concentration polarization of fuel cells.GUO Hang WU Feng YE Fang ZHAO JianFu WAN ShiXin LüCuiPing MA ChongFang 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,6:1

7A COMPARISON OF TWO 2D CHANNEL ESTIMATORS FOR OFDM SYSTEM显示文摘The paper deals with two-dimensional (2D) channel estimation of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system in slow fading wireless channel. We concentrate on two channel estimation schemes: Least Square (LS)+Weighted BiLinear (WBL) and LS+Linear Minimum Mean-Squared Error (LMMSE) where the first method is proposed in this paper. After theory analysis and simulation in Typical Urban (TU) channel, we find that LS+LMMSE achieves the optimal perform-ance by exploiting prior knowledge of channel whereas LS+WBL, without requiring channel knowl-edge and with only half of the computational amount of LS+LMMSE, approaches LS+LMMSE in Bit Error Ratio (BER) performance when the distance of two adjoining pilot symbols along frequency di-rection is sufficiently small. 8STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE AND MECHANISM OF ADSORPTING RHENIUM BY USING NEUTRAL PHOSPHOROUS-BASED LEVEXTREL RESIN Ⅱ. CL-P350-KReO_4-HCl System显示文摘In this paper study on the property and mechanism of adsorpting rhenium from aqueous hydrochloric acid by using methyl phosphorous acid dimythyl heptyl ester levextrel resin(CL-P350) is reported.The effects of time,acidity,concentration of rhenium,and temperature on the adsorption of rhenium were investigated. The mechanism of adsorpting rhenium was discussed by chemical analytic and IR method,and dynamic adscrption and elution were studied.Experimental results show that the adsorption equilibration is reached in 4 min,the distribution coefficient(D) of Re(Ⅶ)increases with increase of concentration of HCl and reaches maximum 3.0-4.0moL/L HCl.ReO4^- is taken up by ion association mechanism and can be described by Langmuir equation of the equilibrium state.The thermodynamic parameters in the adsorption process of ReO4^- have been determined to be:ΔH=-29KJ/moL,ΔG=-25KJ/moL and ΔS=-13.5J/moL respectively.The saturation adsorption capacity of rhenium is 19.2mg/g when the solution containing 0.372g/L Re and 3.0mol/L HCl was passed through the resin column.The recovery percentage of rhenium is 98.4% while distilled water was used as an eluent.HE Huanjie, ZHAO Deqi, ZHAN Shixin, FENG Jianzhong, WANG Zhanhe (Laboratory, Zhongyuan Petroleum School, Puyang 457001, China) 1993Chinese Journal of Reactive Polymers1993,2,2:0
9Macrophage LMO7 deficiency facilitates inflammatory injury via metabolic-epigenetic reprogramming显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a formidable disease due to its complex pathogenesis.Macrophages,as a major immune cell population in IBD,are crucial for gut homeostasis.However,it is still unveiled how macrophages modulate IBD.Here,we found that LIM domain only 7(LMO7)was downregulated in pro-inflammatory macrophages,and that LMO7 directly degraded 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase 3(PFKFB3)through K48-mediated ubiquitination in macrophages.As an enzyme that regulates glycolysis,PFKFB3 degradation led to the glycolytic process inhibition in macrophages,which in turn inhibited macrophage activation and ultimately attenuated murine colitis.Moreover,we demonstrated that PFKFB3 was required for histone demethylase Jumonji domaincontaining protein 3(JMJD3)expression,thereby inhibiting the protein level of trimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 27(H3K27me3).Overall,our results indicated the LMO7/PFKFB3/JMJD3 axis is essential for modulating macrophage function and IBD pathogenesis.Targeting LMO7 or macrophage metabolism could potentially be an effective strategy for treating inflammatory diseases.Shixin Duan Xinyi Lou Shiyi Chen Hongchao Jiang Dongxin Chen Rui Yin Mengkai Li Yuseng Gou Wenjuan Zhao Lei Sun Feng Qian 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
10Effect of Seed Preservation Technique on the Germination of Artemisia annua Seeds显示文摘[Objectives] To explore the techniques of long-term preservation of Artemisia annua. [Methods] Using different storage methods,germination test and statistical analysis,the effect on seed germination of Artemisia annua was studied. [Results] In cold storage,the envelope preservation had the best effect,while the self-sealing bag had the worst effect; under freezing at low temperatures,the hop-pocket preservation had the best effect,while the self-sealing bag effect had the worst effect. In short,under different storage methods,the self-sealing bag had the worst packaging effect,indicating that the ventilation property of self-sealing bag was poor,affecting the seed breathing,thereby affecting the vitality of the seed,and shortening the life of the seed. 11Electroactive and antibacterial wound dressings based on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/poly(ε-caprolactone)/gelatin coaxial electrospun nanofibrous membranes显示文摘Endogenous electric fields(EFs)are capable of regulating the behaviors of skin cells in wound healing.However,majority of current dressings are primarily engaged in the passive repair of defective tissue,as they lack the ability to actively respond to physiological electrical signals.In this work,a series of nanofibrous membranes(NFMs)were fabricated by coaxial electrospinning,combining the good mechanical properties of poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL),the bioactivity of gelatin and the electroactivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene,as electroactive and antibacterial dressings for cutaneous wound healing.The obtained NFMs exhibited suitable mechanical properties and hydrophilicity,excellent electroactivity,antibacterial activity,and biocompatibility.Especially,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/PCL/gelatin-6(MPG-6,6 wt.%of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene in sheath spinning liquids)showed the optimal conductivity and antibacterial activity.Excitingly,this scaffold significantly promoted the adhesion,proliferation,and migration of NIH 3T3 cells under the electrical stimulation(ES).The in vivo evaluation in a full-thickness wounds defect model demonstrated that the MPG-6 films significantly accelerated wound closure,increased granulation tissue formation,increased collagen deposition,and promoted wound vascularization.In summary,the versatile scaffold is expected to be an ideal candidate as wound dressings due to its ability to promote the transmission of physiological electrical signals and thus improved the therapeutic outcomes of wound regeneration.Shixin Xu Chen Du Miaomiao Zhang Ruoying Wang Wei Feng Chengwei Wang Qinsong Liu Wen Zhao 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
