| 3 | Insulin peptides and their receptors regulate ovarian development and oviposition behavior in Diaphorina citri显示文摘Diaphorina citri is an important vector of Citrus Huanglongbing(HLB)disease.After feeding on young host plant shoots,the population of D.citri can increase significantly.Females also only lay eggs on young shoots.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of this phenomenon.Exogenous nutrient signals can affect the insulin signaling system of D.citri after feeding on young shoots.In this study,the expression of upstreamfactors DclLPl,DclLP2,and DclR in the insulin signaling system of D.citri was upregulated after feeding on young shoots.After being silenced by RNA interference technology,the results showed that the number of oviposited eggs of D.citri was significantly decreased and the ovarian development was inhibited with severe vacuolation.In addition,detection using quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction showed that the upstream regulatory gene DcRheb of the target of rapamycin(TOR)pathway and the downstream reproduction-related DcVg gene were also significantly downregulated.These results suggest that feeding upon young shoots may upregulate the expression levels of upstream factors DclLPl,DclLP2,and DclR in the insulin signaling system.The signal will be through upregulating the expression of DcRheb,an upstream gene of the TOR signaling pathway.This in turn influences yolk metabolism,which eventually causes the ovaries of female D.citri to mature and therefore initiate oviposition behavior. | Ziye Wang Delong Tan Feifeng Wana Shuhao Guo Jinhua Liu Andrew G.S.Cuthbertson Baoli Qiu Wen Sang | 2023 | Insect Science2023,30,1: | 1 |

| 8 | Photo-thermal synergistic excitation:Feasible strategy to detect ethanol for wide bandgap ZIF-8at low work temperature显示文摘Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8(ZIF-8)material was prepared by chemical precipitation method.The microstructure and physical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,BET,FESEM and UV spectrophotometer.The self-made four-channel measurement device was used to test the gas sensitivity of ZIF-8 material toward ethanol gas under photo-thermal synergistic excitation.The results showed that the sample was typical ZIF-8(E_(g)=4.96 eV)with a regular dodecahedron shape and the specific surface is up to 1793 m^(2)/g.The as-prepared ZIF-8 has a gas response value of 55.04 to 100 ppm ethanol at 75℃ and it shows good gas sensing selectivity and repeated stability.The excellent gas sensitivity can be attributed to the increase of free electron concentration in the ZIF-8 conduction band by photo-thermal synergistic excitation,and the large specific surface area of ZIF-8 material provides more active sites for gas-solid surface reaction.The reaction mechanism of ZIF-8 material under multi-field excitation was also discussed. | Shuhao Shi Qian Du Ming Hou Xiaolei Ye Li Yang Shenghui Guo Jianhong Yi Ullah Ehsan Hongbo Zeng | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Copper-tetracyanoquinodimethane-derived copper electrocatalysts for highly selective carbon dioxide reduction to ethylene显示文摘As one of the most promising CO_(2)utilization techniques,electrochemical CO_(2)reduction has recently received considerable attention.Cu is a unique electrocatalyst that can convert CO_(2)to value-added multi-carbon chemicals.Nevertheless,Cu catalysts are always limited by the poor selectivity and stability.Here,we report that using copper-tetracyanoquinodimethane(CuTCNQ)derived Cu nanoparticles as efficient electrocatalysts for conversion of CO_(2)to ethylene characteristic with high selectivity and stability,showing 56%Faradaic efficiency(FE)to C2H4 at−1.3 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE).Upon the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction,CuTCNQ slowly reconstructs to Cu nanoparticles with abundant grain boundaries and residual Cu+on the surface.Theoretical calculation and operando characterization disclose that both as-formed Cu nanoparticle grain boundaries and residual Cu+endow the catalyst with high selectivity toward ethylene.Furthermore,during the reconstruction of CuTCNQ to Cu nanoparticles,the grain boundaries Cu surface is slowly refreshed by continual addition of Cu atoms,thus inhibiting the surface passivation and guaranteeing the electrocatalytic stability. | Xuewei Huang Dawei Wang Shuhao Yan Pengfei An Jianyu Han Zhiyu Guo Xinwei Li Zhongjun Chen Lin Chang Siyu Lu Zhiyong Tang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 0 |

| 11 | A gate-tunable artificial synapse based on vertically assembled van der Waals ferroelectric heterojunction显示文摘Memtransistor,a multi-terminal device that combines both the characteristics of a memristor and a transistor,has been intensively studied in two-dimensional layered materials(2 DLM),which show potential for applications in such as neuromorphic computation.However,while often based on the migration of ions or atomic defects in the conduction channels,performances of memtransistors suffer from the poor reliability and tunability.Furthermore,those known 2 DLM-based memtransistors are mostly constructed in a lateral manner,which hinders the further increasing of the transistor densities per area.Until now,fabricating non-atomic-diffusion based memtransistors with vertical structure remains challenging.Here,we demonstrate a vertically-integrated ferroelectric memristor by hetero-integrating the 2 D ferroelectric materials CuInP_(2)S_(6)(CIPS)into a graphite/CuInP_(2)S_(6)/MoS_(2)vertical heterostructure.Memristive behaviour and multi-level resistance states were realized.Essential synaptic behaviours including excitatory postsynaptic current,paired-pulse-facilitation,and spike-amplitude-dependent plasticity are successfully mimicked.Moreover,by applying a gate potential,the memristive behaviour and synaptic features can be effectively gate tuned.Our findings pave the way for the realization of novel gate-tunable ferroelectric synaptic devices with the capability to perform complex neural functions. | Yaning Wang Wanying Li Yimeng Guo Xin Huang Zhaoping Luo Shuhao Wu Hai Wang Jiezhi Chen Xiuyan Li Xuepeng Zhan Hanwen Wang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,33: | 0 |
| 12 | Acceleration of Lattice Boltzmann Simulation via OpenACC显示文摘The parallel acceleration of well-developed serial codes for numerical simulations of fluid dynamic problems is implemented in this paper. To solve the flow field,the lattice Boltzmann method( LBM) is used. The OpenACC( OpenACCelerator) application programming interface,which is a relatively new standard for parallel computation,is adopted to perform the acceleration. By parallelizing the computation intensive loops and decreasing some meaningless data movement,the serial codes based on LBM are obviously accelerated. Several benchmark problems are considered and then simulated through the OpenACC programming model to assess performance and computational efficiency. | 13 | Multi-Dimensional Composite Frame as Bifunctional Catalytic Medium for Ultra-Fast Charging Lithium-Sulfur Battery显示文摘The shuttle effect of soluble lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)between electrodes and slow reaction kinetics lead to extreme inefficiency and poor high current cycling stability,which limits the commercial application of Li-S batteries.Herein,the multi-dimensional composite frame has been proposed as the modified separator(MCCoS/PP)of Li-S battery,which is composed of CoS_(2) nanoparticles on alkali-treated MXene nanosheets and carbon nanotubes.Both experiments and theoretical calculations show that bifunctional catalytic activity can be achieved on the MCCoS/PP separator.It can not only promote the liquid-solid conversion in the reduction process,but also accelerate the decomposition of insoluble Li_(2)S in the oxidation process.In addition,LiPSs shuttle effect has been inhibited without a decrease in lithium-ion transference numbers.Simultaneously,the MCCoS/PP separator with good LiPSs adsorption capability arouses redistribution and fixing of active substances,which is also beneficial to the rate performance and cycling stability.The Li-S batteries with the MCCoS/PP separator have a specific capacity of 368.6 mAh g^(−1) at 20C,and the capacity decay per cycle is only 0.033%in 1000 cycles at 7C.Also,high area capacity(6.34 mAh cm^(−2))with a high sulfur loading(7.7 mg cm^(−2))and a low electrolyte/sulfur ratio(7.5μL mg^(−1))is achieved. | Shuhao Tian Qi Zeng Guo Liu Juanjuan Huang Xiao Sun Di Wang Hongcen Yang Zhe Liu Xichao Mo Zhixia Wang Kun Tao Shanglong Peng | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12: | 0 |
