| 6 | Preparation of unidirectional porous AlN ceramics via the combination of freeze casting and combustion synthesis显示文摘Unidirectional porous AlN ceramics(UP-AlNs)have attracted great attention for their wide applications in catalyst supports,filters and composite reinforcements.However,traditional fabrication processes usually require high temperature and long production cycle.Herein,UP-AlNs were successfully fabricated via the combination of tertiary butyl alcohol(TBA)-based freeze casting and combustion synthesis route using Al and AlN powders as raw materials.The microstructure,open porosity,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of UP-AlNs can be manipulated by synergistically regulating the AlN diluent content and Al/AlN solid loading of the freezing slurries.The optimal UP-AlNs exhibited controllable structure wavelength(λ)and open porosity in a wide range of 21.1-47.1μm and 54.2%-86.0%,respectively.In addition,the corresponding products also possessed anisotropic thermal conductivity and compressive strength.This novel route for the fabrication of UP-AlNs has the advantages of low cost,energy-saving and high efficiency,which shows significant promise for industrial applications. | Zhilei Wei Zhejian Zhang Xiaoyu Zhang Zhiyuan Li Tao Li Jiabin Hu Shunjian Xu Zhongqi Shi | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5: | 1 |

| 8 | Reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5) filler: Performance and interfacial behavior显示文摘We firstly performed the reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-(0.5-12)Nb_(2)O_(5) fillers,where Nb_(2)O_(5) can react with liquid Ag and O2 from air to generate AgNbO_(3).The contact angle of the Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) system almost linearly decreases from~71.6°to 32.5°with the Nb_(2)O_(5) content increasing,and the joint shear strength reaches the maximum of~65.1 MPa while employing the Ag-4Nb_(2)O_(5) filler,which are mainly related to the formation and distribution of the AgNbO_(3) phase at the interface.Moreover,the interfacial bonding and electronic properties of related interfaces were investigated by first-principles calculations.The calculated works of adhesion(Wa)of Ag(111)/Ag-O-AgNbO_(3)(001)and AgNbO_(3)(001)/Al_(2)O_(3)(100)interfaces are higher than that of the Ag(111)/Al_(2)O_(3)(110)interface,indicating good reliability of the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure.The relatively large interfacial charge transfer indicates the formation of Ag-Ag,Al-O,and Ag-O bonds in the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure,which can contribute to the interfacial bonding. | Yudi Qiu Shunjian Xu Xiangzhao Zhang Mingfen Zhang Qinhan Guo Beiji Wang Guanjun Qiao Guiwu Liu | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2: | 0 |
| 9 | The decrease of serum vascular endothelial growth factor concentration in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension显示文摘Objectives:To detect the concentration of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) as well as to explore the role of VEGF in the pathogenesis of Pffl.Methods: Serum VEGF concentrations in 23 healthy nonpregnant women (normal group) ,30 normal pregnant women (control group) and 37 women with PIH (PIH group) were measured by sandwich enzyme- linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Serum concentrations of VEGF in control group were significantly higher (149.39 + 27.15ng/L) than those in normal group (11.98 + 3.99ng/L) ( P < 0.001) , peaking in the second trimester of pregnancy (183.84 + 49.02ng/L) and decreasing in the third trimester (118.37 + 34.29ng/L) . Serum VEGF concentrations (64.45 + 24.33ng/L) in PIH group were significantly lower than those in normal late pregnancy women of control group (118.37 + 34.29ng/L) ( P < 0.01) . There was a trend that serum VEGF concentrations in PIH group decreased with the severity of Pffl (P < 0.05) .
