1Composite ceramics thermal barrier coatings of yttria stabilized zirconia for aero-engines显示文摘Composite ceramics thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) are widely used in the aero-engines field due to their excellent thermal insulation, which improves the service life and durability of the inherent hot components. The most typical, successful and widely used TBCs material is yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ). In this paper, fabrication methods, coating structures, materials, failure mechanism and major challenges of YSZ TBCs are introduced and reviewed. The research tendency is put forward as well. 3Stabilized Multi-domain Simulation Algorithms and Their Application in Simulation Platform for Forging Manipulator显示文摘Most researches focused on the analytical stabilized algorithm for the modular simulation of single domain,e.g.,pure mechanical systems.Only little work has been performed on the problem of multi-domain simulation stability influenced by algebraic loops.In this paper,the algebraic loop problem is studied by a composite simulation method to reveal the internal relationship between simulation stability and system topologies and simulation unit models.A stability criterion of multi-domain composite simulation is established,and two algebraic loop compensation algorithms are proposed using numerical iteration and approximate function in multi-domain simulation.The numerical stabilized algorithm is the Newton method for the solution of the set of nonlinear equations,and it is used here in simulation of the system composed of mechanical system and hydraulic system.The approximate stabilized algorithm is the construction of response surface for inputs and outputs of unknown unit model,and it is utilized here in simulation of the system composed of forging system,mechanical and hydraulic system.The effectiveness of the algorithms is verified by a case study of multi-domain simulation for forging system composed of thermoplastic deformation of workpieces,mechanical system and hydraulic system of a manipulator.The system dynamics simulation results show that curves of motion and force are continuous and convergent.This paper presents two algorithms,which are applied to virtual reality simulation of forging process in a simulation platform for a manipulator,and play a key role in simulation efficiency and stability.HUANG Shunzhou ZHAO Yong WANG Hao LIN Zhongqin 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,1:3
4Space qualification mechanical tests of HTS filters for satellite application显示文摘High performance high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filters have been designed and constructed for satellite application. The filters are actually a superconducting integration of an 8-pole band-pass filter with an adjustable band-stop filter onto a single piece of LaAlO3 substrate (with dimension of 0.5×45×20 mm3). Typical results of the filters, i.e., Filters A (made by YBCO) & B (made by TBCCO) will be reported. The measured responses of Filter A showed excellent specifications, e.g., an insertion loss less than 0.1 dB, a return loss better than -22.5 dB in pass-band, band-edge steepness greater than 12 dB/MHz and out-of-band rejection at a certain band deeper than -110 dB. To satisfy the requirement of rocket launch and space operation, three filters of the above design have undergone mechanical environmental simulation tests for space qualification. Detailed analysis of the response curves of Filter B measured before and after the tests showed that no noticeable change in the per-formance can be found. 6High frequency acoustic microscopy with Fresnel zoom lens显示文摘The acoustic field distributions and the convergent beams generated by the planar-structure Fresnel zone transducers on solid surface are investigated. Because only 0 and 180 degree phase transducers are used, an imaging system with the Fresnel zoom lens could work at very high frequency, which overcomes the frequency limit of the traditional phased array acoustic imaging system. Simulation results are given to illustrate the acoustic field distributions along the focal axis and the whole plane as well. Based on the principle of scanning of the focus with the change of frequency for the excited signal, an experimental imaging system is also built. Acoustic Fresnel zone transducers are fabricated at center frequency of 400 MHz. 11High temperature super-conducting(HTS) C-band oscillator with phase noise of -134 dBc/Hz显示文摘A high Q HTS cavity resonator with resonating frequency f0=5.624 GHz was fabricated using high quality HTS film and high purity sapphire. The unloaded quality factor of the HTS resonator was as high as QU=1.09×106 at the nitrogen temperature, 77 K. A HTS local oscillator combining the high Q cavity resonator with a C-band low noise GaAs HEMT amplifier was then designed and constructed. The phase noise of the oscillator, measured by a HP 3048A noise measurement system, is -134 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset when the temperature is 77 K. 12In Vitro Antibacterial Effect of Effective Microorganisms( EM) on Aeromonas hydrophila显示文摘In order to understand in vitro antibacterial effect of antibiotics and EM on Aeromonas hydrophila,14 isolates of A. hydrophila were isolated from diseased fish and aquaculture in the study. PCR amplification results of aerolysin gene( Aero gene) of isolates indicated that 7 out of 14 isolates were pathogenic A.hydrophila. In vitro antibacterial test indicated that 14 isolates were resistance to penicillin G,ampicillin,cephradine,cefazolin,tetracycline,terimethoprim,lincomycin and cephalexin,but showed high sensitivity to cefotaxime and furazolidone.
