1Nondestructive Testing and Characterization of Residual Stress Field Using an Ultrasonic Method显示文摘To address the difficulty in testing and calibrating the stress gradient in the depth direction of mechanical components, a new technology of nondestructive testing and characterization of the residual stress gradient field by ultrasonic method is proposed based on acoustoelasticity theory. By carrying out theoretical analysis, the sensitivity coefficients of different types of ultrasonic are obtained by taking the low carbon steel(12%C) as a research object. By fixing the interval distance between sending and receiving transducers, the mathematical expressions of the change of stress and the variation of time are established. To design one sending-one receiving and oblique incidence ultrasonic detection probes, according to Snell law, the critically refracted longitudinal wave(LCR wave) is excited at a certain depth of the fixed distance of the tested components. Then, the relationship between the depth of LCR wave detection and the center frequency of the probe in Q235 steel is obtained through experimental study. To detect the stress gradient in the depth direction, a stress gradient LCR wave detection model is established, through which the stress gradient formula is derived by the relationship between center frequency and detecting depth. A C-shaped stress specimen of Q235 steel is designed to conduct stress loading tests, and the stress is measured with the five group probes at different center frequencies. The accuracy of ultrasonic testing is verified by X-ray stress analyzer. The stress value of each specific depth is calculated using the stress gradient formula. Accordingly, the ultrasonic characterization of residual stress field is realized. Characterization results show that the stress gradient distribution is consistent with the simulation in ANSYS. 2Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing Conditions and Cooling Rate on Microstructure and Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy from Atomized Powder显示文摘The effects of temperature and pressure on density, microstructure and mechanical properties of powder compacts during hot isostatic pressing(HIPping) were investigated. Optimized HIPping parameters of temperature range from 900 to 940℃, pressure over 100 MPa and holding time of 3 h, were obtained. Tensile properties after different heat treatments show that both the geometry of samples and cooling rate have a significant influence on mechanical properties. Finite element method was used to predict the temperature field distribution during HIPped sample cooling, and the experimental results are in agreement with simulation prediction. 4Achieve Personalized Anonymity Through Query Blocks Exchanging显示文摘In cyberspace security,the privacy in location-based services(LBSs) becomes more critical. In previous solutions,a trusted third party(TTP) was usually employed to provide disturbance or obfuscation,but it may become the single point of failure or service bottleneck. In order to cope with this drawback,we focus on another important class,establishing anonymous group through short-range communication to achieve k-anonymity with collaborative users. Along with the analysis of existing algorithms,we found users in the group must share the same maximum anonymity degree,and they could not ease the process of preservation in a lower one. To cope with this problem,we proposed a random-QBE algorithm to put up with personalized anonymity in user collaboration algorithms,and this algorithm could preserve both query privacy and location privacy. Then we studied the attacks from passive and active adversaries and used entropy to measure user's privacy level. 5Microbiologically influenced corrosion behavior of S32654 super austenitic stainless steel in the presence of marine Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm显示文摘S32654 super austenitic stainless steel(SASS) is widely used in highly corrosive environments. However,its microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC) behavior has not been reported yet. In this study, the corrosion behavior of S32654 SASS caused by a corrosive marine bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa was investigated using electrochemical measurements and surface analysis techniques. It was found that P. aeruginosa biofilm accelerated the corrosion rate of S325654 SASS, which was demonstrated by a negative shift of the open circuit potential(EOCP), a decrease of polarization resistance and an increase of corrosion current density in the culture medium. The largest pit depth of the coupons exposed in the P.aeruginosa broth for 14 days was 2.83 m, much deeper than that of the control(1.33 m) in the abiotic culture medium. 6Flow behavior and processing map for hot deformation of ATI425 titanium alloy显示文摘Flow behavior and processing map play important roles in the hot deformation process of titanium alloys. In this research, compression Gleeble tests have been carried out to investigate the stress–strain relationship at temperatures ranging from 700 to 1000℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.001 to 1 s^(-1) for ATI 425 titanium alloy. Arrhenius type constitutive equation was obtained to describe the compressive flow behavior with modification of additional deformation dead zone, friction model, temperature model and strain rate. The introduction of novel calculation method for value in Arrhenius equation gives more accurate fitting than traditional one. Processing maps were drawn based on the distribution of dissipator co-content, and optimized deformation temperature and strain rate range obtained. It is proven to be accurate and effective through the experimental results. 7New electrochemical energy storage systems based on metallic lithium anode the research status,problems and challenges of lithium-sulfur,lithium-oxygen and all solid state batteries显示文摘Li-ion batteries have played a key role in the portable electronics and electrification of transport in modern society. Nevertheless,the limited highest energy density of Li-ion batteries is not sufficient for the long-term needs of society. Since lithium is the lightest metal among all metallic elements and possesses the lowest redox potential of.3.04 V vs. standard hydrogen electrode, it delivers the highest theoretical specific capacity of 3860 mA h g^(-1) and a high working voltage of full batteries which causes a great interest in electrochemical energy storage systems. Lithium-sulfur, lithium-oxygen and corresponding all solid state batteries based on metal lithium anode have received widely attention owing to their high energy densities. However, the problems in the cathode,electrolyte and anode of these three systems restrict their practical application. 8Effect of yellow rice wine on anti-aging ability in aged mice induced by D-galactose显示文摘The present study is focused on investigation of the health protective effect of yellow rice wine(YRW)in mice and the potential underlying mechanism.Symptoms of aging were induced in mice by using Dgalactose(D-gal),and different doses of YRW(4,8,and 12 mL/kg BW)were orally administrated to D-galtreated mice for a period of six weeks.The in vivo data obtained in the present study preliminary indicated that YRW markedly increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes and reduced the concentration of MDA both in the brain and liver.Furthermore,a forced swim test showed that moderate intake of YRW(8 mL/kg BW)significantly decreased the duration of immobility,reduced the blood content of urea nitrogen and lactic acid,and increased hepatic glycogen storage.Besides,results from the Morris water maze test suggested that YRW significantly reversed cognitive impairment and also alleviated neuroapoptosis in the experimental mice by regulating the gene expressions of Bax/Bcl-2 and caspase-3.The above results indicated YRW has a potential anti-aging effect in mice and provided us certain molecular evidence for this action.Rong Liu Zukang Fu Fengjie Zhang Qingzhong Mao Chunguang Luan Xinglin Han Jie Xue Deliang Wang Si Qin Feike Hao 2020Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,2:8

10Microbiologically influenced corrosion of titanium caused by aerobic marine bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa显示文摘Microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC) is a big threat to the strength and safety of many metallic materials used in different environments throughout the world. The metabolites and bioactivity of the microorganisms cause severe deterioration on the metals. In this study, MIC of pure titanium(Ti) was studied in the presence of a highly corrosive aerobic marine bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results obtained from electrochemical test showed that Ti was corrosion resistant in the abiotic culture medium after 14 d, while the increased corrosion current density(i_(corr)) obtained from polarization curves and the decreased charge transfer resistance(R_(ct)) from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)indicated the accelerated corrosion of Ti caused by P. aeruginosa biofilm. For further confirmation of the above results, the surface of Ti was investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). According to the XPS results, TiO_2 was formed in both abiotic and biotic conditions, while unstable oxide Ti_2O_3 was detected in the presence of P. aeruginosa, leading to the defects in the passive film and localized corrosion. Pitting corrosion was investigated with the help of CLSM, and the largest pit depth found on Ti surface immersed in P. aeruginosa was 1.2 μm. 11Spatial and temporal distribution of Neolithic sites in coastal China:Sea level changes, geomorphic evolution and human adaption显示文摘The East China coastal plain is one of the most important Neolithic culture areas in China, where rich archaeological sites including those producing the earliest domesticated rice are observed. It is also a place where landscape has experienced dramatic evolution during the Holocene when both sea level and climate changed, such that it is an ideal place for studying human-environment interaction. This study investigated over 2000 sites of pre-history and Shang and Zhou Dynasties, with 655 of which being Neolithic ages, by using DEM and GIS methods. The results suggest that the spatial and temporal distribution of Neolithic sites has largely been controlled by landscape evolution(particularly changes in coastal line), which ultimately governed by sea level changes. During early Holocene, Neolithic sites sparsely distributed in the intermountain basins of east Zhejiang Province, far from the influence of ocean. Over the period of 9–7 ka, the coastal plain(including the shelf) was largely submerged,only the feet of low hills to the south and southwest of the study area, and islands protruding the estuary, cradled limited number of settlements with characteristic 'maritime components'. At about 7 ka, sea level rise decelerated prominently, while sediments supply in the drainage remained high value, the combination of which led to land formation and propagation. Vast space during this period facilitated the growth of settlements in both size and number. 14Using a mesoscale ensemble to predict forecast error and perform targeted observation显示文摘Using NCEP short range ensemble forecast(SREF)system,demonstrated two fundamental on-going evolutions in numerical weather prediction(NWP)are through ensemble methodology.One evolution is the shift from traditional single-value deterministic forecast to flow-dependent(not statistical)probabilistic forecast to address forecast uncertainty.Another is from a one-way observation-prediction system shifting to an interactive two-way observation-prediction system to increase predictability of a weather system.In the first part,how ensemble spread from NCEP SREF predicting ensemble-mean forecast error was evaluated over a period of about a month.The result shows that the current capability of predicting forecast error by the 21-member NCEP SREF has reached to a similar or even higher level than that of current state-of-the-art NWP models in predicting precipitation,e.g.,the spatial correlation between ensemble spread and absolute forecast error has reached 0.5 or higher at 87 h(3.5 d)lead time on average for some meteorological variables.This demonstrates that the current operational ensemble system has already had preliminary capability of predicting the forecast error with usable skill,which is a remarkable achievement as of today.Given the good spread-skill relation,the probability derived from the ensemble was also statistically reliable,which is the most important feature a useful probabilistic forecast should have.The second part of this research tested an ensemble-based interactive targeting(E-BIT)method.Unlike other mathematically-calculated objective approaches,this method is subjective or human interactive based on information from an ensemble of forecasts.A numerical simulation study was performed to eight real atmospheric cases with a 10-member,bred vector-based mesoscale ensemble using the NCEP regional spectral model(RSM,a sub-component of NCEP SREF)to prove the concept of this E-BIT method.The method seems to work most effective for basic atmospheric state variables,moderately effective for convective instabilities and least effective for precipitations.Precipitation is a complex result of many factors and,therefore,a more challenging field to be improved by targeted observation.DU Jun LI Jun YU Rucong CUI Chunguang 2014Acta Oceanologica Sinica2014,33,1:7
15Microbial corrosion resistance of a novel Cu-bearing pipeline steel显示文摘Microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC) is becoming a serious problem for buried pipelines. Developing environmentally friendly strategies for MIC control is increasingly urgent in oil/gas pipeline industry.Copper(Cu) in steels can not only provide aging precipitation strengthening, but also kill bacterium,offering a special biofunction to steels. Based on the chemical composition of traditional X80 pipeline steel, two Cu-bearing pipeline steels(1% Cu and 2% Cu) were fabricated in this study. The microstructure,mechanical properties and antibacterial property against sulphate-reducing bacteria(SRB) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P. aeruginosa) were studied. It was found that the novel pipeline steel alloyed by 1%Cu exhibited acicular ferrite microstructure with nano-sized Cu-rich precipitates distribution in the matrix, resulting in better mechanical properties than the traditional X80 steel, and showed good MIC resistance as well. The pitting corrosion resistance of 1% Cu steel in as-aged condition was significantly better than that of X80 steel. 16A 23 GHz high-temperature superconducting microstrip filter for radio astronomy显示文摘This paper reports a 6-pole high-temperature superconducting (HTS) microstrip bandpass filter for radio astronomy applications. The filter has a center frequency of 23 GHz and a bandwidth the 2 GHz. We have made many efforts, such as adopting 0.25-mm-thick substrate, carefully designing the housing box and filter layout, to solve the problems in realizing a K-band planar filter. A special straight-line half-wavelength resonator (center-widen resonator) was also designed to reduce the insertion loss of the filter. The measured results showed a midband insertion loss of 0.11 dB with a ripple of 0.4 dB, and a return loss better than 11.5 dB. 17HPLC–MS and HPLC–MS/MS analysis of seven active constituents of Xiao-Xu-Ming decoction and application to a pharmacokinetic study after oral administration to rat显示文摘Xiao-xu-ming decoction(XXMD)is a traditional Chinese medicine that has been widely used to treat theoplegia and its sequelae.This paper reports the development of three separate assays based on reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(HPLC–MS)and HPLC–MS/MS for the determination of seven active constituents of XXMD viz oroxylin A-7-O-glucuronide,wogonoside,liquiritigenin,cimifugin,5-O-methylvisammiol,glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in rat plasma.All calibration curves were linear(r >0.99)with lower limits of quantitation(LLOQs)<12.4 ng/mL.Intra-and inter-day precisions(as relative standard deviation)were all <10.7% with recoveries in the range of 88.7–113%.In addition,the seven analytes were shown to be stable in rat plasma samples under relevant storage conditions.The validated methods were successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in rat after oral administration of XXMD.Yilin Wang Chunguang Ding Caisheng Wu Kehe Du Jinlan Zhangn Hailin Qin Jinfeng Hou Guanhua Du 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,2:6
18A high-performance narrowband high temperature superconducting filter显示文摘Recent development of a high-performance narrowband high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filter is presented. A 10-pole quasi-elliptic function response filter with two pairs of transmission zeros (for high selectivity), which has a center frequency of 2.185 GHz and a 3 dB bandwidth of 10 MHz (a fractional bandwidth of 0.45%), is introduced. The filter was fabricated on a 40 mm×16 mm×0.5 mm MgO wafer with double-sided YBCO films. The measured results show that the filter has 0.15 dB insertion loss at the center of the passband and a return loss better than -22.5 dB at a temperature of 67 K.Band edge steepness reaches over 28.3 dB/MHz at both the low and high frequency edges. 20Sandbox Modeling of the Fault-increment Pattern in Extensional Basins显示文摘Three series of sandbox modeling experiments were performed to study the fault-increment pattern in extensional basins. Experimental results showed that the tectonic action mode of boundaries and the shape of major boundary faults control the formation and evolution of faults in extensional basins. In the process of extensional deformation, the increase in the number and length of faults was episodic, and every 'episode' experienced three periods, strain-accumulation period, quick fault-increment period and strain-adjustment period. The more complex the shape of the boundary fault, the higher the strain increment each 'episode' experienced. Different extensional modes resulted in different fault-increment patterns. The horizontal detachment extensional mode has the 'linear' style of fault-increment pattern, while the extensional mode controlled by a listric fault has the 'stepwise' style of fault-increment pattern, and the extensional mode controlled by a ramp-flat boundary fault has the 'stepwise-linear' style of fault-increment pattern.
