| 1 | Geochemical characteristics and genetic model of dolomite reservoirs in the eastern margin of the Pre-Caspian Basin显示文摘The widespread Carboniferous KT-I dolomite in the eastern margin of the Pre-Caspian Basin is an important hydrocarbon reservoir. The dolomite lithology is dominated by crystalline dolomite. The δ18O values range from -6.71‰ to 2.45‰, and average 0.063‰, obviously larger than -2.5‰, indicating low-temperature dolomite of evaporation origin. Stable strontium isotope ratios (87Sr/86Sr) range from 0.70829 to 0.70875 and average 0.708365, very consistent with 87Sr/86Sr ratios in Carboniferous seawater. Chemical analysis of Ca and Mg elements shows that the dolomite has 9.1 mole% excess Ca or even higher before stabilization. The degree of order of dolomite is medium-slightly poor, varying in a range of 0.336-0.504 and averaging 0.417. It suggests that the dolomite formed under near-surface conditions. There are two models for the origin of the Carboniferous KT-I dolomite reservoir. These are 1) the evaporation concentration - weathering crust model and 2) the shoal facies - seepage reflux model. The former is mainly developed in restricted platforms - evaporate platforms of restricted marine deposition environments with a representation of dolomite associated with gypsum and mudstone. | 2 | Ultrahigh sensitive near-infrared photodetectors based on MoTe2/germanium heterostructure显示文摘The efficient near-infrared light detection of the MoTe2/germanium(Ge)heterojunction has been demonstrated.The fabricated MoTe2/Ge van der Waals heterojunction shows excellent photoresponse performances under the illumination of a 915 nm laser.The photoresponsivity and specific detectivity can reach to 12,460 A/W and 3.3×10^12 Jones,respectively.And the photoresponse time is 5 ms.However,the MoTe2/Ge heterojunction suffers from a large reverse current at dark due to the low barrier between MoTe2 and Ge.Therefore,to reduce the reverse current,an ultrathin GeO2 layer deposited by ozone oxidation has been introduced to the MoTe2/Ge heterojunction.The reverse current of the MoTe2/GeO2/Ge heterojunction at dark was suppressed from 0.44µA/µm^2 to 0.03 nA/µm^2,being reduced by more than four orders of magnitude.The MoTe2/Ge heterojunction with the GeO2 layer also exhibits good photoresponse performances,with a high responsivity of 15.6 A/W,short response time of 5 ms,and good specific detectivity of 4.86×10^11 Jones.These properties suggest that MoTe2/Ge heterostructure is one of the promising structures for the development of high performance near-infrared photodetectors. | Wenjie Chen Renrong Liang Shuqin Zhang Yu Liu Weijun Cheng Chuanchuan Sun Jun Xu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,1: | 5 |

| 4 | Morphological and skeletal comparison and ecological adaptability of Mandarin fish Siniperca chuatsi and big-eye Mandarin fish Siniperca kneri显示文摘Most of the closely related fish species are similar in appearance,with slight differences.This study evaluated 35 morphological characteristic parameters and the number,shape,and spatial location of bones in the skull and vertebrae of the mandarin fish Siniperca chuatsi and big-eye mandarin fish Siniperca kneri.We can understand their ecological adaptability,compare their morphological and skeletal differences,and elucidate the relationship between their phenotypic trait differences and skeletal characteristics.The results were as follows:1.The Student’s t-test results revealed significant differences between S.chuatsi and S.kneri in terms of head depth,head back length,snout length,interorbital distance,distance of the eyes from the oral fissure,and width between the posterior trunk and base of the caudal fin.Principal component and discriminant analysis showed that the main morphological differences between S.chuatsi and S.kneri were in the eye position,head hump and body shape.2.There was no significant difference in the number and shape of the skull and vertebrae between S.chuatsi and S.kneri,but they differed in spatial position.The terminus of the maxilla in S.chuatsi is located at the lower border of the postorbital bone,but at the anterior in S.kneri.The size of head hump is closely related to the spatial location of the splanchnocranium in S.chuatsi and S.kneri.The angles between the caudal vertebrae centrum and each of the following:the neural arch and spine;haemal arch and spine of S.chuatsi are larger than those of S.kneri.In conclusion,the morphological differences between S.chuatsi and S.kneri are closely related to the spatial position of skeleton.These phenotypic differences reflect the ecological adaptation of mandarin fish to different natural environments. | XiaoYing Cao JinLiang Zhao ChenHong Li ShuQin Zhu YueYue Hao YaMei Cheng HongYan Wu | 2021 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2021,6,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Numerical Simulation of Deforming Manufacture Process for Automobile Bevel Gear Blank显示文摘Aiming at solving the difficulties of deforming manufacture of the automobile rear axle bevel gear blank,the paper presented to adopt the numerical simulation method to study the rolling process of the bevel gear blank instead of the traditional expensive trail-and-error method. A three-dimensional simulation model of the Φ500 bevel gear blank radial ring rolling machine was firstly created based on the general dynamic explicit finite element code ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and then realized the virtual simulation of the entire rolling process of the bevel gear blank within a producing cycle. The simulation results displayed the real-time blank enlarging and fleck generating as well as the stress,strain and displacement contours,which are in good agreements with the real ring rolling process. | 6 | Safety of a Live Attenuated Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis Vaccine IBRV LNM Strain显示文摘The paper was to evaluate the vaccine safety,and to prevent public health risk due to virus spread,the approach vaccination of was adopted in this research; and neck intramuscular injection of IBRV LNM attenuated vaccine strain was carried out. Blind passage for three generations in animal has tested the reversion risk to virulence. A total of 14 healthy and weaning cows at 6- 8 month old were divided into three groups. The 1st reversion of virulence trials used 105. 0TCID50/mL neck intramuscular injection of IBRV LNM attenuated vaccine strain. Then,the nose swab samples were collected for continuous 14 days. After passed through 0. 45 μm filter membrane,nasal swabs mixture was prepared as the virulence test inoculum for next generation. The body temperature was detected and clinical observation was carried out for continuous 14 days after inoculation. The inoculation dose was 1ml / cattle. Blood was collected on the 0 and 14 thdays of animal vaccination. After serum isolation,it was used for the antibody detection of serum.
