| 1 | A Resource for Inactivation of MicroRNAs Using Short Tandem Target Mimic Technology in Model and Crop Plants显示文摘microRNAs (miRNAs)are endogenous small non-coding RNAs that bind to mRNAs and target them for cleavage and/or translational repression,leading to gene silencing.We previously developed short tandem target mimic (STTM)technology to deactivate endogenous miRNAs in Arabidopsis.Here,we created hundreds of STTMs that target both conserved and species-specific miRNAs in Arabidopsis,tomato,rice,and maize,providing a resource for the functional interrogation of miRNAs.We not only revealed the functions of several miRNAs in plant development,but also demonstrated that tissue-specific inactivation of a few miRNAs in rice leads to an increase in grain size without adversely affecting overall plant growth and development.RNA-seq and small RNAseq analyses of STTM156/157 and STTM165/166 transgenic plants revealed the roles of these miRNAs in plant hormone biosynthesis and activation,secondary metabolism,and ion-channel activity-associated electrophysiology,demonstrating that STTM technology is an effective approach for studying miRNA functions.To facilitate the study and application of STTM transgenic plants and to provide a useful platform for storing and sharing of information about miRNA-regulated gene networks,we have established an online Genome Browser (http://gffzzc750bc0108fa4044sw9bx5fbnkxck6f5q.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/designindex2.php) to display the transcriptomic and miRNAomic changes in STTMinduced miRNA knockdown plants. | Ting Peng Mengmeng Qiao Haiping Liu Sachin Teotia Zhanhui Zhang Yafan Zhao Bobo Wang Dongjie Zhao Lina Shi Cui Zhang Brandon Le Kestrel Rogers Chathura Gunasekara Haitang Duan Yiyou Gu Lei Tian Jinfu Nie Jian Qi Fanrong Meng Lan Huang Qinghui Chen Zhenlin Wang Jinshan Tang Xiaoqing Tang Ting Lan Xuemei Chen Hairong Wei Quanzhi Zhao Guiliang Tang | 2018 | Molecular Plant2018,11,11: | 7 |

| 3 | A Hand Gesture Based Interactive Presentation System Utilizing Heterogeneous Cameras显示文摘In this paper, a real-time system that utilizes hand gestures to interactively control the presentation is proposed. The system employs a thermal camera for robust human body segmentation to handle the complex background and varying illumination posed by the projector. A fast and robust hand localization algorithm is proposed, with which the head, torso, and arm are sequentially localized. Hand trajectories are segmented and recognized as gestures for interactions. A dual-step calibration algorithm is utilized to map the interaction regions between the thermal camera and the projected contents by integrating a Web camera. | 4 | Development of optical-thermal coupled model for phosphor-converted LEDs显示文摘In this review, first, we discussed the effect of phosphor features on optical properties by the software simulation in detail. A combination of these parameters: phosphor material, phosphor particle size and particle distribution, phosphor layer concentration, phosphor layer thickness, geometry, and location of the phosphor layer, will result in the final optical performance of the phosphor layer. Secondly, we introduced how to improve light extraction efficiency with various proposed methods. Thirdly, we summarized the thermal models to predict the phosphor temperature and the junction temperature. To stabilize the optical performance of phosphor-converted light emitting diodes (PC-LEDs), much effort has been made to reduce the junction temperature of the LED chips. The phosphor temperature, a critical reliability concern for PC-LEDs, should be attracted academic interest. Finally, we summed up optical-thermal coupled model for phosphors and summarized future optical- thermal issues exploring the light quality for LEDs. | 6 | Optical and electrical properties of a spiral LED filament显示文摘This paper introduces a new type of spiral white light-emitting diodes(WLED) filament with high luminous efficiency and uniform optical performance. The optical and thermal properties of the flexible filament were investigated at different stretching heights, namely 0, 1, 2, and 3 cm. The results indicated that the filament showed the best optical characteristics at the stretching height of 2 cm, because of good heat dissipation. In addition, the radiation temperature of the filament was inversely proportional to the output luminous flux. The reliability of the filament at a stretching height of 2 cm was also evaluated after 1000 h of use. The result demonstrated that the luminous flux decay of the bulb was only 0.85%. | 7 | Research on High Temperature and High Density White Oil Based Drilling Fluid and Its Application in Well 201H7-6显示文摘As the depth and horizontal length of shale gas development wells increase,the requirement for the temperature resistance and the ability of the drilling fluids to stabilize the shale formation becomes higher.A new type of high temperature and high density white oil based drilling fluid system has been developed in laboratory.Research shows that the drilling fluid system has good rheological property,low filtration loss,strong anti-debris pollution capability and good plugging performance at high temperature and high density.The system has been successfully applied in the 201H7-6 well.Application results show that the drilling fluid rheology,high temperature and high pressure fluid loss and demulsification voltage meet the field requirements.The drilling fluid performance is stable in drilling an 1800 m horizontal section,and no stuck or shale swelling and wellbore collapsing are induced.It is the first well drilled successfully with domestic white oil-based drilling fluid in Zigong Region.It also sets several new records including the deepest well,the shortest drilling cycle,and the fastest drilling speed in that region,which provides valuable experience for the future drilling activities. | Bobo Qin Yidi Wang Chunzhi Luo Gang Liu | 2019 | Open Journal of Yangtze Oil and Gas2019,4,3: | 2 |
| 8 | A novel coating technology for fast sealing of air leakage in underground coal mines显示文摘Air leakage in underground coal mines presents a serious hazard for coal production and the safety of miners.Coating technology is commonly used as an efficient means for preventing air leakage.To address existing problems with high dust concentrations in large operations involving complex processes and the high cost of traditional coating technology,a novel coating technology that ensures intrinsic safety by utilizing water pressure and wind pressure was developed.This new coating technology was designed to suction and spray,and the technical parameters of its spray performance was also studied.The experimental tests and evaluation indicated the optimum working range is 0.3–0.7 MPa of wind pressure,1.2–10.2 L/min of water quantity,and 1.0–3.5 m of spraying distance.Moreover,this novel coating technology was tested in the Dashuitou Coal Mine in Gansu Province of China.Compared with conventional counterparts,the proposed new technology is safe,efficient,and convenient to operate.During spraying,dust concentrations were kept at less than 10 mg/m3,and the average rebound ratio resilient rate of solid materials was below 13%.After spraying,the average leakage every 100 m was 4 m3/min,and the oxygen volume fraction in the adjacent goaf was approximately 4%,demonstrating excellent air leakage prevention. | Sihua Shao Chunlei Wu Min Hao Xiaolin Song Xueyou Su Weihan Wang Guosheng Li Bobo Shi | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,2: | 2 |

In the process of LED baking, it was found that the effect of the chip and silicone on the color coordinate drift is less than 3% through the analysis of each influencing factor. But the influence of the phosphors is large and accounted for 11.11% of the overall impact factors.
