| 2 | Ore-forming event and geodynamic setting of molybdenum deposit at Wenquan in Gansu Province,Western Qinling显示文摘The Wenquan molybdenum deposit is associated with a Triassic granite in this area.The Wenquan granite is enriched in LILE and LREE,poor in HFSE,and has significantly higher contents of alkali(K2O+Na2O) and Sr,Ba than those of the island arc volcanic rocks.These geochemical characteristics are similar to post-collisional granites in high K calc-alkaline series.Studies of major elements,trace elements,REEs and chronology of the Wenquan pluton show that,in the geodynamic transition stage of continent-continent convergence to extension,the partial melting of the enriched lithospheric mantle generated the basaltic magma and triggered the partial melting of the thickened lower crust which produceded the acidic magma,and the Wenquan pluton was formed by mixing of the two magmas.Molybdenite Re-Os isotopic dating gave Os model ages of 212.7±2.6 Ma to 215.1±2.6 Ma with a weighted mean of 214.1±1.1 Ma,and an Re-Os isochron age of 214.4±7.1 Ma.These ages are close to K-Ar ages(223 to 226 Ma) and a SHRIMP zircon U-Pb age(223±7 Ma) for the Wenquan granite within the error range,but relatively younger.This implies that the Mo mineralization occurred in a late stage of the magmatic intrusion,and the metallogenesis took place in the transition stage from syn-collision to post-collision in the tectonic setting of the Qinling Orogenic Belt(QOB) after continental collision be-tween the North China Block(NCB) and the South China Block(SCB).This process is also corre-sponding to the geological events of metamorphism and deformation in South Qinling,closure of the Mian-Lue oceanic basin,and exhumation of the Dabie-Sulu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks.The large-scale continent-continent collision between NCB and SCB in the middle Triassic triggered sig-nificant crustal thickening and exhumation of subducted slab.In the late Triassic,the tectonic setting was transformed to the transition stage from collision to extension.Materials from the asthenospheric mantle would ascend into the root of the lower crust,which could induce partial melting of the lower crust and generate Mo-enriched granitic magma.The ore-forming elements enriched in the fluid derived from the condensation and fraction of the magma resulted in the Mo mineralization.The Mo deposits in the QOB are mainly formed in two episodes,namely 220± Ma and 140± Ma.The two episodes of metal-logenesis were developed in the tectonic transition settings from compression to extension,but they were in the different stages of the tectonic evolution.The occurrence of the Wenquan Mo-bearing plu-ton indicates that the Triassic tectonic-magmatic belt of Western Qinling is another favorable region for Mo mineralization in the QOB.Therefore,it is significant to pay more attention to evaluation of the ore-forming potentiality in the Triassic granites in Western Qinling. | ZHU LaiMin DING ZhenJu YAO ShuZhen ZHANG GuoWei SONG ShiGang QU WenJun GUO Bo LEE Ben | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 12 |
| 3 | Influences of pH value in deposition-precipitation synthesis process on Pt-doped TiO_2 catalysts for photocatalytic oxidation of NO显示文摘This work has been undertaken to study the influences of pH value on the characteristics and activity of photocatalyst by depositionprecipitation method during its preparation process.A series of Pt-modified TiO 2 were prepared by deposition-precipitation method at different pH values as well as wet impregnation method,and characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM,UV-Vis and photoluminescence(PL).It was found that the catalysts had the highest photocatalytic activity for NO conversion when pH value was kept at around 7.And the sample prepared by deposition-precipitation method showed higher activity than that by impregnation method.This was mainly due to their high value in highly-dispersed platinum oxides(PtOx) content on the surface of the catalysts.The results from UV-Vis absorption showed that highest absorbance was obtained for Pt/TiO 2 prepared at pH values of around 7.And PL spectra results indicated that the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons and holes of the samples prepared by deposition-precipitation method was lower than that prepared by impregnation method.And in the zeta potential study,the pH values for the isoelectric point of the preparing slurry of 0.05 wt.%Pt/TiO 2 and 0.5 wt.%Pt/TiO 2 were determined to be 6.5-8.5,which further confirmed the enrichment of PtOx dopants for the catalysts repapered when pH value was around 7. | Shuzhen Song Zhongyi Sheng Yue Liu Haiqiang Wang Zhongbiao Wu | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,8: | 5 |
| 4 | Synergistic in-situ growth of silver nanoparticles with nanozyme activity for dual-mode biosensing and cancer theranostics显示文摘A multifunctional nanocomposite of AgNPs@GQDs is prepared by synergistic in-situ growth of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)on the complex of tannic acid(TA)and graphene quantum dots(GQDs)for the construction of dual-mode biosensing platform and cancer theranostics.The nanocomposite exhibits a hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))-responsive degradation,in which Ag^(0)is oxidized to Ag^(+)along with the release of oxidized TA and GQDs.The degradation induces the decreased absorbance and enhanced fluorescence(FL)intensity due to the suppression of Forster resonance ene rgy transfer(FRET)in AgNPs@GQDs,which is employed for colorimetric/fluorescence dual-mode sensing of H_(2)O_(2).The intrinsic peroxidase-like activity of GQDs nanozyme can effectively catalyze the oxidation reaction,enhancing the detection sensitivity significantly.Based on the generation of H_(2)O_(2)from the oxidation of glucose with the catalysis of glucose oxidase(GOx),this nanoprobe is versatilely used for the determination of glucose in human serum.Further,through combining the H_(2)O_(2)-responsive degradation of AgNPs@GQDs with high H_(2)O_(2)level in cancer cells,the nanocomposites exhibit good performance in cancer cell recognition and therapy,in which the synergistic anticancer effect of Ag^(+)and oxidized TA contribute to effective cell death,and the liberated GQDs are used to monitor the therapeutic effect by cell imaging. | Xin Hai Yuwei Li Kaixin Yu Shuzhen Yue Yuanfang Li Weiling Song Sai Bi Xueji Zhang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element显示文摘A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase (AD) activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase (C23O) activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxy-genase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes (tadQTA1A2B) and the subsequent gene (tadR1) were pre-dicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others (tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL) were expected to encode meta- cleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. | 6 | Near field 3-D imaging approach for joint high-resolution imaging and phase error correction显示文摘This paper combines compressed sensing(CS) imaging theory and range migration algorithm(RMA), and then proposes a near-field three-dimensional(3-D) imaging approach for joint high-resolution imaging and phase error correction. Firstly, a sparse measurement matrix construction method based on a logistic sequence is proposed, which conducts nonlinear transformation for the determined logistic sequence, making it obey uniform distribution, then conducts sign function mapping, and generates the pseudorandom sequence with Bernoulli distribution, thus leading to good signal recovery under down-sampling and easy availability for engineering realization. Secondly, in combination with the RMA imaging approach, the dictionary with all scene information and phase error correction is constructed for CS signal recovery and error correction. Finally, the non-quadratic solution model jointing imaging and phase error correction based on regularization is built, and it is solved by two steps — the separable surrogate functionals(SSF) iterative shrinkage algorithm is adopted to realize target scattering estimate; the iteration mode is adopted for the correction of the dictionary model, so as to achieve the goal of error correction and highly-focused imaging. The proposed approach proves to be effective through numerical simulation and real measurement in anechoic chamber. | 9 | Association of single nucleotide polymorphism rs2065955 of the filaggrin gene with susceptibility to Epstein-Barr virus-associated gastric carcinoma and EBV-negative gastric carcinoma显示文摘The relationship between the Filaggrin gene(FLG) rs2065955 polymorphism and susceptibility to Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)-associated gastric carcinoma(EBVa GC) and EBV-negative gastric carcinoma(EBVn GC) was investigated in Shandong Province,China.We detected the FLG rs2065955 genotype and allele distribution by using PCR and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) in 64 EBVa GC,82 EBVn GC,and 111 normal control samples.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of FLG protein in 35 EBVa GC and 51 EBVn GC tumor tissues.Compared with normal controls,the genotype CC and allele C of FLG rs2065955 showed higher frequency in EBVa GC and EBVn GC.There was no significant difference between EBVa GC and EBVn GC in allele distribution of FLG rs2065955,but the genotype CC was found more frequently in EBVa GC than in EBVn GC.The risk of developing either EBVa GC or EBVn GC in genotype CC was higher than in other genotypes.Furthermore,genotype CC of FLG rs2065955 may contribute more to the risk of developing EBVa GC than EBVn GC.There was no significant difference in the expression level of FLG protein between EBVa GC and EBVn GC.In conclusion,the FLG rs2065955 polymorphism was significantly related to gastric carcinoma.Allele C of FLG rs2065955 could be a risk factor for EBVa GC or EBVn GC,while genotype CC of FLG rs2065955 was especially associated with EBVa GC. | Xiaojing Kuang Lingling Sun Shuzhen Liu Zhenzhen Zhao Danrui Zhao Song Liu Bing Luo | 2016 | Virologica Sinica2016,31,4: | 1 |
